"HOMEstretch ROC Phoneburner Review"

**Overall:** The lack of name being shown before I get on the phone makes it nearly unusable, and I only use it when I am rushing to try to contact as many leads as possible. I would use it much more if it integrated better with our CRM and showed me the names of who I was calling

**Pros:** Allows me to dial more efficiently. I can get through a much higher volume of calls by using the power dialer and voicemail recorder features

**Cons:** Has problems where I can't see the name of the person I'm calling. This really hurts my credibility and my ability to build relationships on the phone

"Very limited functionality, decent for a mom and pop shop"

**Overall:** Good for a small mom and pop intake situation

**Pros:** The ease of integration is the best part of the product. Simply upload an XLS sheet and go.

**Cons:** There are no ways to ensure the intaker is actually making the calls
