Au début dimomaint n'est pas facile à prendre en main, car le logiciel est très complet et il faut un peu fouiller dedans pour se l'approprier et l'adapter à son utilisation. Ce logiciel est un pilier dans notre BE.

Pros

Le logiciel est très bien organisé, on trouve tout de suite ce que l'on cherche. La rapidité du logiciel est très agréable. Pour mon utilisation, le logiciel est bien adapté.

Cons

Le seul inconvénient c'est que je suis toujours dans l'attente de celui qui s'occupe de dimomaint chez nous pour créer des magasins par exemple, ou d'autres fonctionnalités, mais cela est un choix de mon entreprise plutot qu'un inconvénient dimomaint.

Mon expérience globale avec le logiciel DimoMaint est très positive. Étant donné que c’est ma première utilisation, j’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié sa prise en main ainsi que ses fonctionnalités, notamment pour le suivi et la gestion des équipements. L’outil m’a permis de mieux structurer mon travail et de gagner en efficacité. Je suis très motivé à approfondir mes connaissances et à m’expérimenter davantage sur le logiciel. Dans cette optique, je souhaiterais également savoir s’il existe des formations ou une certification officielle DimoMaint afin de renforcer mes compétences et valoriser mon profil professionnel.

Pros

Un des principaux avantages de DimoMaint est sa capacité à centraliser toutes les informations liées aux équipements. Cette centralisation permet d’avoir une vision claire et en temps réel de l’état du parc, de l’historique des interventions et des opérations réalisées. Grâce à cela, le suivi des équipements est beaucoup plus efficace, la prise de décision est facilitée et les risques d’oubli ou de perte d’information sont considérablement réduits.

Cons

L’un des aspects les moins appréciés de DimoMaint concerne la gestion des images, qui peut s’avérer parfois difficile. L’ajout, la consultation ou l’exploitation des images ne sont pas toujours intuitifs, ce qui peut ralentir certaines opérations sur le terrain.

Globalement bonne, la hot-line fait sont possible pour ne pas avoir à corriger certain bug sous excuse des décisions d'entreprise. Le commerce est déconnecté des prix du marché.

Pros

Relativement convivial, l'interface web est pratique et la possibilité d'utiliser l'application mobile en déconnecté est un plus.

Cons

Lenteur sur l'hébergement, nouvelle politique tarifaire aberrante ou l'on doit payer un accès web pour les techniciens en nomade donc sans accès web.

Mon expérience avec DimoMaint est globalement très positive. L’interface est fluide et intuitive, ce qui rend la prise en main rapide, même pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. Le logiciel facilite la gestion de plusieurs sites, des plannings d’équipes, des ressources et des commandes au quotidien. L’ensemble est cohérent et bien pensé, avec toutefois quelques restrictions lors des opérations de maintenance (certains équipements ne sont accessibles qu’à des profils spécifiques). Les KPI intégrés offrent une réelle valeur ajoutée pour suivre les performances et optimiser la gestion. DimoMaint simplifie clairement le travail au quotidien et améliore la visibilité sur l’ensemble des activités.

Pros

L’outil offre une utilisation très fluide et intuitive. Il permet de gérer efficacement plusieurs sites, les plannings d’équipes, les ressources et les commandes. L’expérience utilisateur est complète, à l’exception de certaines limitations liées à la maintenance (restriction d’accès à certains équipements pour les utilisateurs). Des indicateurs de performance (KPI) intégrés facilitent une analyse approfondie des activités.

Cons

Honnêtement, j’ai cherché un point négatif… en vain. L’outil fonctionne parfaitement, tout est fluide, complet et bien pensé. Si trouver un défaut était un KPI, ce serait le seul à rester bloqué à zéro.

Nous utilisons uniquement la gestion des bons d'intervention et interventions préventives pour l'entretien de nos équipements et l'utilisation web est très confortable même si, selon nous, l'application mobile devrait être comprise.

Pros

L'interface web est claire et facile d'utilisation. L'aspect web permet de ne pas s'encombrer d'une application sur ordinateur et facilite l'accès. L'export des planning sous forme d'excel est appréciable.

Cons

Il est dommage que la partie "mobile" ne soit pas intégrée de base car pour les gens sur le terrain, ce serait plus pratique.

Logiciel OK, en revanche nous sommes très déçu de nous apercevoir que vous nous facturez minimaint alors que vous nous avez accompagné sur la bascule vers Dimo Maint. Cette pratique ne nous semble pas très commerciale (ni très honnête). De plus, vos tarifs sont très élevés.

Pros

Simplicité, facilité de configuration et de déploiement. Usage OK, evolution "dans le bon sens".

Cons

Parfois pas assez poussé, difficulté de faire aboutir les demandes de modification, et manque de souplesse pour la suppression de BI/ contrats de maintenance etc...

Logiciel très efficace pour la planification, le suivi et la traçabilité des interventions. L’identification des équipements et des installations est également bien conçue.

Cons

Beaucoup d'informations que l'on saisit sont interdépendantes, ce qui peut poser problème lorsqu'on souhaite en supprimer certaines. La partie analyse n'est pas la plus intuitive.

Pas de stats pour mes réunions, des recherches compliquées et peu ergonomiques, une logique complexe à saisir au départ.
