Pros: Management of multi-windows

Easy customization but very limited

Friendly user but too many bugs

Easy to import data

Cons: No consideration of your development needs

New problems with each version upgrade. So you need to spend time in retest to check problems. No intermediate repair update

Does not fully handle the multilingual. they promised developments but do not want to do it anymore

Not enough features for light clients via web module ( only request intervention). they promised also developments but do not want to do it anymore

SAAS solution quite restrictive. many functions blocked

No repairable management

If you are looking for a stable solution prefer the old version Optimaint

Editions and indicators not yet finished developing

Overall: Used for few industrial production centers installed in different country

In use now for 8 years just perfect for our daily buisiness

Comments: We are using MiniMaint for 8 years now and we are more than pleased to use it everyday. The intranet gateway for production is a very helpful option for low cost, excellent for big plant like us. This software is very simple and in a constant improvement. You can do what you want with this software. In case of problem the helpdesk team is very reactive and fine to you a quick and personal respond. recommend this tool is really a very good solution compared to other CMMS software often too heavy and uninviting.

Comments: The microcosm DIMO Maint suite is a powerful solution that starts from small and eays apps for bignning a new deployment and then can grow in version in years.

High quality of Dimo's teams (advices, fast response delay...) is a + in this solution.

DIMI MAINT product has helped us in achieving so many things as quick as possible.
