Outbound Dialer , Query strings, managing dialing list .The way call list is managed to do the outbound dialing is very easy.

Cons

Salesforce Integrations, I wish the call dispositions are captured seamlessly in salesforce. Debugging is little hard with this managed packaged.

The system offer a large view on the workflow. You easy can work on your email from the same interface . Also you can get your calls and document it from there.

I do not like how it times out and kicks me out often. I have a hard time when I am not constantly taking calls.

Pros

It is easy to use, relatively easy to set up if one has a bit of a technical background.

Cons

The implementation process has taken over a year - it's been a nightmare. Also, huge limitation is that there is no ringing tone for incoming calls. Who designs a telecoms system with that major flaw?

Incontact is a company that provides services when needed and solutions through their technical services that allow a large company with over 100 agents to create custom scripts and enterprise grade call centers.

Cons

It is difficult and has a large learning curve and requires dedicated staff to maximize metrics, efficiencies and create new skills and campaigns.

I believe the fact that we are able to install the phone application onto any computer including your mobile device is the new way of having a company phone!

Pros

easy to use and able to install applications on mobile devices is a major plus!

Cons

I have yet had any issues with this application and don't see how there can be since its easy to install and use

unable to customize reports as per our requirements and not sync with our software. Unable to change reporting time from one time zone to another.

This tool is easy to use and review agent status. Very user friendly for reporting and customizing dashboards. The only issue was that the soft-phone on desktops would easily drop calls if the internet is slow. Web phone is a better alternative.

Pros

Simple to use and monitor calls. Reporting and dashboards are easy to customize.

Cons

Had issues with Softphone on desktop but the web phone was much easier to use.

The software is easy to use and not complicated. I learned really quickly how to use the software and never have issues navigating the screens.

Cons

We have a lot of tech issues where the sound quality is not great, phones echo,etc and sometimes we are unable to accept calls.

Cons

A melhoria, seria o aviso de pausa, colocar um time para quando a pausa estivesse para acabar, e avisar quando você estivesse no final dela, porque as vezes esquecemos.

My overall experience is if I had my own company I would definitely purchase this product.

Pros

It is very user friendly. The last thing you want is to have communication issues when you are trying to do your job. This product is definitely what a company needs.

Cons

Sometimes if you don't clear the cookies you get logged out.

Reporting, support, stable.

Pros

IVR Studio and reporting. Both are key for our business and vital. IVR studio I find I learn something new each time I configure scripts.

Cons

No integrated softphone. You could still charge like you do for the softphones but it would be nice to have a biult in softphone instead of using a 3rd party and yet another app to launch on our agents desktop.

It works most of the time, but after a lot of effort

Cons

Constant email outage notifications for products I dont have, and then when our system DOES fail (inevitably), the e-mail comes 20 minutes after the outage.

Reason for choosing CXone Mpower

I was given no choice.
