I love how they give you a demo showing you exactly what they do and what there all about and what they offer and it's very great and they really care about there customers and will go above and beyond for sure

Cons

Not a single thing can I even think of to say bad about this software it's wonderful program

This is a great CRM. It's functionality and ease of use are second to none. I would suggest this to anyone looking to organize their contacts and convert leads.

Pros

Ease of use, interface looks great.

Not as customizable as I would like.

Useful for big lists not managing virtual account management.

Pros

Easy to transfer to different departments/individuals. It is easy to transfer calls to coworkers and see who is available or unavailable for a call.

Cons

Every once in a while an outside call not for our organization would come through my in contact number. Sometimes the system has glitches and can run slow.
