Our compagny works for several years with CheckMarket and the survey creator is really great. The application includes all the basic features you need, it's easy to learn and easy in use. The knowledgebase and customer support are very usefull. They have a solution for every problem and are willing to help!

I'd highlight the ease of use of the system, one can programme a questionnaire without the need of previous experience in the matter. You don't need to loose time with the technical aspects of the pgm. Just write down what you need and in no time the team of check market will realize what you expect. Not only they can help you with the questions but also with the layout. I would appreciate a layout a bit more contemporary.

Easy to use. Lot's of answers you can find in the Help function. Great customer service.

Cons

It was easy to use and if I had questions or couldn't find what I was looking for you can always look in the Help section or send an email.

We choosed CheckMarket between 2 other solutions and we are completely satisfied ever since. The main reasons for us were the really easy way to build the survey with lots of different question types available, the interface for multilingual surveys and the very reactive and friendly help desk.

This is my first attempt to use the software and I will be able to provide a better response in a week.

Pros

Easy to use and great customer service. The response to my questions were great and quick. The team explained my concerns very well with good solutions.

Cons

Some minor features such as how to layout your survey (Separate Titles) could be improved. But overall it appears to be a good alternative to other Survey companies.

We were able to create a content workflow, using checkmarket. However, as CM is basically developed as a survey tool, so some things were not possible or not easy to implement. Nevertheless, CM was able to come up with some alternatives to fulfill our needs.

Pros

CheckMarket has helped us in an efficient and client friendly manner in setting up and conducting the survey, where our employees could give their opinion on themes related to their employment. Afterwards, the reports were soon available. Overall, great experience.

Cons

No specific shortcomings apart from the lack of benchmarks which are not integrated in the reports.
