Good value fees. Good options for ticket design. App provides a simple interface for checking tickets.

Cons

Bit difficult to navigate around Event Creation 1st time. Reporting also not that clear which ones to use, especially for payouts.

Very good generally. Scanning was interesting as I wasn’t sure if scanning once would include all tickets so often had to search through the online list to ensure all tickets confirmed. This was time consuming.

Pros

The ability to reach a far wider range of the public for ticket sales. Giving an alternative purchasing option.

Cons

Found the initial setup difficult. I’m not tech savvy so needed some assistance from another person. Not enough information regarding ticket scanning.

Excellent and easy to use. Customisation is good and it's excellent at facilitating refunds and exchanges. The Sales Reports are extremely useful.

Pros

Ease of use and transparency. No upfront costs. Reliable and great QR code set up for tickets events. The creation of seating plans is excellent.

Cons

More picture elements could be added to use when adapting and creating theatre seating plans. The option to scan one ticket on a booking which in turn scans in all tickets on the booking would also be great.

I thought the process from setting up the account to being paid a painless process. Overall I thought the process has been well thought out and instigated well.

Pros

Easy to set up and manage. Fee was about right and did not put off people buying tickets. There were plenty of options for setting ticket prices and the management of seating.

Cons

The ability to delete a plan which had been created in error. You can only stop the sale of tickets for that entry rather than deleting.

Absolutely superb service, really easy to set up and operate, fast efficient support team, very reasonable pricing, just excellent all round

Cons

I found it hard to understand the available/remaining numbers, but it was not a problem. The maths just confused me at times

Simple, user friendly and reliable both when selling tickets and also scanning them on the day of the event.

Cons

Setup, but understand that you need to put the work in early for the system to take over thereafter.

Super easy to use, made running the school production with selling tickets easy, accessible and easy to track.

Cons

No issues. At times I had to search the page a while to find out how to exchange a ticket when the event was set to non-refundable, but once I found out it was simple.

I'm happy to explore it again for our event for 2027, and look more at what questions we want information for when setting up the event, other than that its been good

Pros

Once we had the event on, it was easy to see the bookings and information we needed, and payout was more or less straight after the event.

Cons

trying to get the information from the system that we needed to create a check in, not sure whether it was how we set it up, and we need to change that for year 2 or that's the way it is, but we needed an excel wizard to extract the information we needed for our event Also after you send a update I couldn't find anywhere to see who it had all gone to as we had people who said they didn't receive it, and I couldn't find a way to check that

The website is clear and user friendly for first-timers, the online videos are very helpful and the application process was swift and easy. Best of all it works! From day one it has done what it says on the tin. Well done!

Pros

Its so easy to join and use, there is plenty of really useful advice, communications with staff are efficient and friendly and it just works!

Cons

Haven't found anything yet. As a new not for profit community film club this ticked our boxes and made life a lot easier.
