Useful reporting, quick and easy booking features and settings are easy to amend and use. Useful add ons such as wristbands and E-tickets, which is very helpful.

This is an easy to use service which supports our need to sell tickets at a variety of Venus. Ticketsource provide fantastic, responsive customer service.
The promptness after the event at getting details of our overall sales and income was superb. I cant praise Ticket source enough.
Cons
I wanted to change the time that sales could run to - couldn't find it on the evening of my event, so may have lost sales.
We usually have the same problem but the slider bar allows us to scroll down - annoying but not a show stopper. Also could do with a mobile compatible version of the website.
Faultiness of charger then completely denied by customer service, will not be using ticketsource again, is ridiculous after they made around £1300 from the event.
As a small organisation we pay 10% extra for the service which we make the customers pay.

Overall: Great platform. I will be using it again for our next event.
Pros: I had our event live within about 30 minutes. Our members were able to buy tickets with limited confusion and that's a big deal.
Cons: There are lots of reports, but I ended up taking the data into Excel so I could format it how I needed it for the run report. At least the platform supports you exporting all reports so this wasn't as painful as it sounds.
"KO Beer Festival "
Overall: Excellent for our beer festival - will use again.
Pros: Easy to set up - intuitive - great 'help' section with video turorials that mske it all very clear. Every booking has to have an e mail address so really easy to contact the customer base with info about the event at any point.
Cons: I don't think you can go back on as a customer and buy sundries once you've booked tickets, it could be made clear that you have to purchase these at the same time.
