As an event hoster, I find creating their listings intuitive, the fee they charge very low and reasonable (meaning I can feel comfortable offsetting this for customers to pay) and their staff communication when contacted swift and helpful.

Pros

I recently had a performer cancel on me, and when I paused ticket sales, and informed customers through Ticketsource, the team got in touch to let me know they would refund both the ticket price and the booking fee direct to my customers. This sort of pro-active, communicative assistance, seems rare these days, as does the fact they weren't money-grubbing! Highly recommend this platform.

Cons

Not Applicable :) I only hope they become more popular so that they pop up higher on search engines.

I'm happy to explore it again for our event for 2027, and look more at what questions we want information for when setting up the event, other than that its been good

Pros

Once we had the event on, it was easy to see the bookings and information we needed, and payout was more or less straight after the event.

Cons

trying to get the information from the system that we needed to create a check in, not sure whether it was how we set it up, and we need to change that for year 2 or that's the way it is, but we needed an excel wizard to extract the information we needed for our event Also after you send a update I couldn't find anywhere to see who it had all gone to as we had people who said they didn't receive it, and I couldn't find a way to check that

It worked for us as a small group and no-one complained that booking was difficult to achieve. We have set up our event for next year.

Pros

It was my first event using TicketSource. Help is always available. There is an option to include the ticket fee in the price of the ticket. Setting up the event was really easy and having the telephone number for TicketSource to make bookings really helped too. It was easy to arrange a refund.

Cons

As this is our first time using it, I had nothing to compare it with. However, some of the options for tick boxes can be a little confusing at time.

The website is clear and user friendly for first-timers, the online videos are very helpful and the application process was swift and easy. Best of all it works! From day one it has done what it says on the tin. Well done!

Pros

Its so easy to join and use, there is plenty of really useful advice, communications with staff are efficient and friendly and it just works!

Cons

Haven't found anything yet. As a new not for profit community film club this ticked our boxes and made life a lot easier.

Pros

Absolutely superb service, really easy to set up and operate, fast efficient support team, very reasonable pricing, just excellent all round

Cons

I found it hard to understand the available/remaining numbers, but it was not a problem. The maths just confused me at times

Setup, but understand that you need to put the work in early for the system to take over thereafter.

Pros

Super easy to use, made running the school production with selling tickets easy, accessible and easy to track.

Cons

No issues. At times I had to search the page a while to find out how to exchange a ticket when the event was set to non-refundable, but once I found out it was simple.

All good. Easy to set up and use. Paid out 4 days after the event. Lower fees than EventBrite. I'd use TicketSource again.

Cons

Obviously I'd like no fees and to be paid out within 24hrs but that's probably a dream! No real cons once I'd got my head around how to use it.

Pretty good, system is very flexible and allowed me to do everything I wanted to do and using the app to scan tickets on entry.

Pros

Flexibility, allowed me to set up the event exactly how I wanted to and modify it until I got the end result I wanted

Cons

Finding under which section all the options were stored when I wanted to modify an event, but it was my first time using the system and will expect that I will get used to it the more I use it.

We've been using Ticketsource for many years and love its versatility and customer support. They're an extension of our team.

Pros

Ticketsource is extremely user friendly and easy to set up, easily customised to match our company branding and listings can be inbeded in to your own website. Step by step uploading of events is simple with the ability to add images and event poster. Ticketsource provide a QR code and link for easy marketing plus the evens are shared on various whatson sites. The site is secure and weve never had any bugs or issues, the site always runs smoothoy and loads quickly. There are not set up fees, ticketsource deduct a competitive percentage from any tickets sold.

Cons

We have no issues with Ticketsource. The customer support is great and any requests or suggestions are always delt with quickly.

very good - customer service was excellent, it was easy to speak to people and ask questions. Very straight forward and prompt payment at the end.

Pros

so easy to set up events, check ticket sales, get in touch with customers. I liked the look of the individual event pages too

Cons

The way the ticket shop was set up. I was running a festival with many individual events, and it was hard for customers to find the right ones. Perhaps it could be sorted by day, type of event, etc, to make it easier to find them?

Making an account and setting up my personal details was easy. Setting up the seating for the venue was not easy or intuitive. Spent far too long setting up the layout etc. But feel I would know what to do now I've completed it once before. It's free to use which is excellent and I was paid into my bank account with no problems. I am going to use it again as the benefits far outway the problems I had.

Pros

Setting up ticket sales was free which is excellent for smaller productions which allowed my to have a worry free start.

Cons

Had to visit a YouTube help tutorial to find a solution to setting up my initial latout of the venue. Not as intuitive as it should be. Took too long to workout the setup.

Very positive. Would highly recommend and use again! Loved the online facility and reporting. Quick payments.

Pros

Easy to use, reasonable charges, great reporting, easy to edit/ update, quick payment after the event.

Cons

Lack of support when needed it. But lots of help with guides/ videos etc and easy to use. Would like to be able to donate without buying a ticket.

Excellent, cant fault the service and the website at all. From start to finish it was straight forward.

Pros

I found Ticketsource really useful. As someone with limit tech skills, once id learnt the basics it was so easy. Event ticket was easy, the marketing and sales side of things was stdaight forward. Value for money is exceptional. Cant fault the fees. I felt like the site was secure, and i was confident using it. Will definitely use again.

Cons

It took me a little bit of time to work out how to use it. And i dod t realise that tickets stopped selling, and the link stopped working 24hrs before the event, have since learnt i can alter that.

Positive so far! I got my first payment through in a timely manner and nobody has had issues booking yet.

Pros

It's easy to use and understand, and I like the fact it is UK-based. I also like the feature that attendees can choose to opt into emails

Cons

It would be good to be able to schedule emails to Event attendees in advance, and Event pages should have a link to the Event Provider on them

Really smooth procees, easy to task. Visually easy to see and menus understandable too. Very good indeed

Cons

Nothing really. I think the setting the money setting side might need short explanations on that page, and even a page colour? Unless I couldn't find it.

Easy, great, seamless, and fun! No complaints and nothing I would have changed, would highly recommend the platform to other organizers!

Pros

Super easy to use! Liked the sales and questionnaire reports - made it easy to share with co-organizers. There were no issues using the platform and I appreciated the quick payment after the event was over. Fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you so much!

Cons

nothing in particular, maybe would have liked getting an email every time a ticket was purchased, and didn't like how the fee increased when ticket prices increased.

It's a friendly, easy to use site. Anything I could think of is there when organising an event for a small organisation.

Pros

Simple to use. Efficient. The reporting features are comprehensive. Automation of closure and payment works a treat.

Cons

Event management, with multiple dates or price categories, can be very click heavy for changes. A 'apply to all' feature for example when changing a price for tickets, would be good.

Pros

Great at getting the event advertised out further and really easy set up for events. I like the reporting features which make it simply to keep track of what is being sold.

Cons

While having the option for sundries is fantastic and helps with knowing how many to prepare ahead of time, it would be helpful if customers had the option to buy without tickets just in case they forgot to at the time of purchasing them or if they wanted to buy more.

Can only sum it up with the words of the great Diva \[sensitive content hidden\]. You're SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST.

Pros

Bit of a cliche but we love EVERY bit of Ticket Source. It does everything we want and more! The recent addition of being able to print tickets that are reserved, rather than sold has become invaluable.

Cons

There's nothing we don't like. When stating out we thought one or two things might be better but we have to be honest and say that it was our lack of understanding the system and not the system itself. Support has been invaluable.

It was very good as it enabled us to advertise our evening much more widely and people could book their seats from the comfort of their homes. We sold more tickets that way than from the shop in the town. Keep your excellent service going
