Musician Religious Institutions Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great product for Small and Big Churches" December 24, 2020 4.0 CCLI gives you a peace of mind when selecting music. Searching through the top 1000 songs brings peace when browsing for something to play for service. I recommend this to any church who is looking for a program to enhance their ability to play music effectively. Pros As a musician, this program has helped greatly with our worship sets, and we have had great ease of mind when looking for transposing keys! And the access to download the PDF files have been helpful for us when the internet went down on us. I have heavily enjoyed using this program for the last 8 years! I've been a part of big and small churches, and it has been beneficial for our growth as a worship team, and as musicians as well. Cons The price is a bit over what I would like it to be, but the beneficial outcome outweighs it a bit. Also, there were many songs I looked up, and CCLI did not have it in their library of music. It caused me to go to another site like Guitar Tabs to get the chords for it. I love the format of CCLI, but when they don't have certain songs, it puts a damper in our plans a bit. July 7, 2016 5.0 We purchased the total CCIS program in Feb. 2011. There is a learning curve for the Membership module, all others are straight forward. Customer Service and response time is outstanding! Pros Ease of use. Accounting and payroll module easy to follow for double entry accounting. Cons Must purchase any upgrades AND training as one unit per module. A little expensive. Would be wonderful if could buy them separately. Review Source ES Erma S. Cons I would like to see some query's that come preset that could be altered to your needs. (ie: Family rosters for directories, membership vs givers,) Payroll New Hire Report does not pull 1099 employees when requested. Supervisor Utilities Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "We have used CCIS church manager software for the past year to keep up with our church books" February 9, 2018 5.0 The ability to quickly and easily maintain our church books and related information and the ability to have nearly anyone train on it. Pros The easy administration is the biggest key for us. We needed a simple, yet robust solution so anyone in our church office could fill in and take care of what's needed. Cons Nothing to really point out as a con. There was a delay in getting support a few times but nothing worth nit-picking. Review Source RK Robin K. We have been using is since it was UMIS in DOS (before it went to CCIS in windows). Pros User Friendly Interfacing membership, accounting, & payroll programs Individual user access customization is good Security Features Customer Support is excellent. Almost always get a live person. Support personnel are very knowledgable and helpful. Web interface support is very helpful. Cons Some reports could be improved (Contribution batch detail) Pledge information while inputting contributions would be helpful Custom reports/queries are hard to produce without customer support help (but they are excellent) Review Source EG ELSA G. Pros Michelle Booher and Kathy Powell are a dream to work out my questions and concerns. They both are professional and have wonderful personalities. CCIS is very fortunate to have such quality and qualified employees. I work alot alone and having them on the other end of the phone line is the equilavent of having a valued and trusted coworker right beside me in the office. Michelle and Kathy are a joy. Pros captures all member database information. can be as simple or as complicated as one wishes to use. Cons queries are out dated...build on top of each other contribution database reports are limited, could be more analytical or have additional ranges for more statistical information needed for giving. Historical stats are important for revenue forecasting. Archive section not added yet. Pros Using this software for ministry is helpful. I like that it is easy to use and there is all I need for the church purposes I use it for. Cons I don't have cons about his. Most features are fairly easy to use. The support staff are very accommodating and helpful. Cons The query is confusing to me, but the support staff has been great to get things that I need.
