I like how you can link a web page to the book. Pros The ease of making documents stitch together as a book, makes it so much more pleasurable for people to read. People still like the flip of the page and the sound it makes. Closest thing to a real book. Cons Easier explanation on how the program works regarding the credits would help. I reached out to the company for help and they were responsive. However, once it became clear that the product was not going to work, they became unresponsive and did not give me a refund. I changed to a different product and was able to post my flipbook within 24 hours. It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate her life with those who couldn’t attend. Also, the ability to share online is phenomenal vs. having to share via email. Our executive team was very impressed with the results and said it really elevates the presentation of our brochures. Pros This software is very robust with a lot of available templates to choose from and the ability to modify nearly every feature within them. In addition, it would a help to have a chat service rather than email for Tech Support. Pros Ease in uploading the document to create the flip book. Cons The e-mail feature was not working and only learned through a Tech Support message that it was not activated.
