Pros

The greatest aspect is to simply have everything from the client listed on 1 page (info, past orders, prosses payment, etc.)

Cons

A desktop app would be better for me as then i could prosses item without the need for a connection

Really simple interface that is easy to find the way around. Great helps docs to assist with setup also

Cons

Limited support for integration with other software. The software charged me for four seats even though I only had three activated seats.

Pros

We like how user-friendly and customizable the software is, we also really like that the Webstore is built into the software.

Cons

Unfortunately google tag manager does not yet integrate with EZRentOut, which is quite important for us. Luckily this will be fixed soon.

Thus far, we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with EZRentOut. The software itself meets almost every single one of our possible needs, it's super intuitive, and the customer support team is fantastic.

Pros

We loved how versatile and intuitive the software is. It had almost everything we'd thought of and then some more.

Cons

We couldn't pair our customers with multiple parent companies without it removing them from the original one. This is challenging for us as a business because often our clients are working as buyers for multiple productions at the same time.

Inventory Tracking and management

Pros

Simplicity and ease of use. Very intuitive. Having no experience with inventory at all, it didnt take long for me to understand at all. Help tabs have been very helpful.

Cons

Couple bugs when using safari and wasted a little bit of time before I realized that browser was not well supported. A note from the site would have been nice, but it functioned perfect in Chrome. Also wish it had more accounting features native such as expense per event categories.

EZ Rent Out allows our team to stay on page regarding inventory, patients and stock without constantly needing to call or text or email- everyone can use their own account to check in.

Pros

Makes it easy track inventory and foresee shortages earlier.

Cons

Sometimes there are difficulties making updates to inventory that's already checked out ex- replacements without starting over.

Used it for 1 month trial then after i showed it to my company CEO approved it for 1 month then annual. Very easy to use. Customer support is awesome. Color scheme looks like facebook though.

Wishing it could be to default 1 hour every order input. It will less the time for customers waiting for a receipt. Because we are on a fast phase 1 hour rental rate.

Easier order management

Pros

Quite easy to use with some great features and the customer portal is a nice touch. Customers can have their own log in to view their orders etc. QR codes can also be setup for equipment which when scanned can link to the item page where manuals etc can be seen.

Cons

A couple of things could be changed on the calendar side to make it easier to view orders in the dashboard and the subscribed URL calendar feed.

We are able to do way more with this software. It is definitely streamlining our business and making our day to day operations more efficient.

Pros

What I like most about the software is the features that it offers and the fact that it integrates with QuickBooks and QuickBooks online.

Cons

I wish that we could add more customized items on the print outs. We ship everything and it would be nice to be able to add an arrival date and shipping method to the templates.
