Pros

The pricing is the best around and the systems are very easy to use. Works well for the equipment rental business. There are many reports to choose from to manage your business.....

Cons

some areas did not seem to be fully implemented however the staff went to work immediately to address our concerns.

Pros

Very simple rental tool (especially if you do not have thousands of rental units). Easy to understand and set up.

We deal in Bike rentals. We have been using a custom-made desktop solution which had maintenance and set up issues. It would always feel like as if that system is getting old. Came across EZRentOut 4 months ago and started using the trial version. On their Plus package now. What it did for us? The app helped us with keeping track of bookings and bike maintenance. Customer management is another big Plus. We are the only vendor in our area for bike rentals. For us, rental pricing is very crucial and we wanted that the software automatically adjusts the pricing to give the best price to our customers. Mailed the EZRentOut guys last month and I was told that they are already working on it. Really like that kind of responsiveness. Have also been great with my other queries in general.

I work for a company where we rent out equipment to student filmmakers! We rely on EZRentOut to make sure we receive every item back and without it, we would surely by lost.

Pros

I like how easy the program makes it to keep track of where our equipment is

Cons

I don't like how hard it is to add items to a rented out order.

We are solving the rental reservations and inventory management with this software.

Pros

User friendly, QBOnline integration, tracking what is where and when it is coming back, and multiple locations for asset inventory.

Cons

We are using it for basic rental inventory. it suits our needs. I have not found anything I do not like, as of yet.

Some data about assets takes a couple of clicks to get to that I wish was front and center. Not a big deal when you get used to the program

I am using EZRentOut app for a couple of months now on standard package. Initially this app was a bit tricky for me as it seemed to be an app for equipment rental businesses. I didn't had an idea how to fit my clothing business to it. Pros: Easy to use, love the Xero Integration feature, best for my Clothing Business, Customer service is really good Cons: Lacks some advanced features in 'Invoice Printing'. Have the paper roll printer and finding it difficult to set it up with my EZRentOut account My Verdict: It's a very promising app, and I like how much these people are determined to improve. A few features are still missing though. The headache for updating invoices at 2 places has gone. So I am sticking to it.

Cons

Can be a bit daunting at first. It took my several hours just to assess if this product is aplicable to my company's use.

Cons

There is an issue with being able to go into detail about work orders, renting out individual items. Will speak with my supervisor as there may be a solution. Am new to the software.

no endless rentals (to be fixed going forward), orders checked out to contact instead of a company which was a small adjustment for us

I CAN KEEP TRACK OF MY GEAR, QUOTES AND INVOICES ARE THE RIGHT FORMS I NEED. IM ABLE TO TAKE GEAR OUT OF THE INVENTORY FOR REPAIRS OR FOR MAINTANANCE.

Cons

I ONLY HAVE 3 WEEKS OF USING THIS SOFTWARE SO I DONT REALLY HAVE ANY CONS YET IF ANY. SO FAR I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CHANGE SOME OF THE PARTS OF THE INVOICE LIKE (DISCOUNT FOR COUPON AND DISCOUNTS ON PROMOTION.)

Pros

The site is very customizable - there are several options within the settings to add/remove/customize.

Cons

Sometimes I'm unsure about what a certain feature does - it would be helpful to have explanation bubbles pop up, perhaps.

I like being able to see what is out and in! And I like that you can set up customers and they are always there!

Cons

I do not like that there is not any training avaible and that there is not a rental contract to print that explains expectations and consequences!

Cons

App needs same features as website. App is simple but lacks search functions. Meaning I have to click through every order to find current returns by repeat clients.
