We rent out digital cameras and media equipment and EZRentOut has been a life saver. Very easy to use. Some advance features are missing but we have been committed their implementation, so cant complain!

Pros

EZRent is so easy to use! I have put this software into place for our internal inventory keeping, and have trained 3 other team members on how to use it - they all use it with such ease and if they are stuck on how to use a feature, it is easy to figure out by playing around within the software for a few mins.

Cons

We use this software to manage our internal activation inventory, but also to create packlists for our events. It is sometimes difficult for people that don't have knowledge of how the system works to understand the pack list as items (assets, asset stock, and bundles) all get inputted a bit differently. It would be awesome if the assets could group like items together with a qty number like the asset stock do.;

We are still in the beginning stages but so far we have been able to roll it out. It will take time to have the remainder of the company get on board.

Pros

the ease of searching our assets and being able to see images of the units. This helps our sales team in the field.

Cons

I would like to have some kind of work order tracking available.

Reason for choosing EZRentOut

price point, functionality, and of course the ease of remote use and the app.

Pros

having all what we need in one place , and helping us to reach out to our customers delivering them our services in a nice way.

Cons

the mobile app should be developed more as our companies depends on mobile app now and we prefer to make it easier for our employees.
