Pros La velocidad de respuesta al cliente, el problema es que se dan respuestas mediocres sin ofrecer una solución real a los problemas. Cons Se notan que ahorran en la red movil que ya que es la peor señal que encuentran para hacer la medición, no se actualiza la posición de los vehículos por horas o días. Without it, I would be running blind and unable to manage my transport network across the regions. Webfleet empowers, and gives the ability for Fleet Management to be successful regionally through its vast remote network data sharing. Their hardware for tracking and tachograph sharing is first class allowing the software to do its thing. Without Webfleet and its offshoots, I would be spending most of my time driving around various sites chasing after drivers. Thank you so much to the entire Webfleet Team. Pros When you factor in Webfleet exceptional live tracking with OptiDrive and Tachograph Management facilities then the value for money is exceptional as it is a one stop shop for all your fleet management needs. There is a nice steady learning curve which progresses nicely to competent level where even detailed route planning is available. Its a very user-friendly modern software system that's high on security and free of bugs and issues. The supporting staff that work here are phenomenal and are only an email or phone call away from providing assistance. If I was unsure then I would always consult the vast array of detailed, understandable training videos on offer first. Cons Its almost too good! Certainly makes my job less of a challenge :-) But in seriousness, I can not fault Webfleet at all. Each new vehicle to the fleet is automatically fitted with a tracker unit. Pros Handy to know where the vehicles are, should a client need to know how far away they are. Before we had a tracker fitted, our machines, trailer and vehicle were all stolen - never recovered. If the Tracker had been fitted, I would be 7 machines richer! Cons Certainly suits my needs perfectly. I cannot fault them for anything. Aktuell bei der Note 5 - 6. Seit beginn des Projektes wurden die Einbauten über Ford (nach EW durch WebFleet) vorgenommen. Jetzt wollte man es ohne ersichtlichen Grund ändern und einen Externen Dienstleister einsetzen. Die Wünsche des Kunden und die Gewährleistung bei Neufahrzeuge haben keine Rolle für die Beteiligten bei WebFleet gespielt. Der Einbau wurde um Wochen verzögert und statt dessen immer wieder neue Termine vereinbart. Pros Das System als solches ist nicht schlecht, wenn denn alles funktioniert. Cons Aktuell melden bestimmte neue Fahrzeuge nicht aller Ereignisse und das seit Monaten. Zum Beispiel AdBlue wird oft nicht angezeigt. Der Support ist aktuell nicht gegeben. Es fühlt sich keiner richtig zuständig.
