Very easy to track employees and make sure all was taken care of. Doing the security risk assessment wasn't near as difficult as I thought it would be, I could take my time and figure out what I needed to take care of. Pros Customer support and ease of use. I was usually able to reach someone about any questions I had. If I couldn't, I heard back within a short about of time. Cons Uploading some of the BAA's was a little challenging. However, they were working on a fix at the time, and it appears that it has been taken care of. Their tracking and reporting features give us confidence in completion records, overdue visibility, and audit readiness.
