From a value perspective, it feels worth it because it combines messaging, collaboration, and file sharing in one platform. Customer support has also been responsive whenever assistance was needed, and overall performance is stable with only occasional minor issues. Cons What I liked least about Slack is that it can get overwhelming when there are too many channels and messages. Important conversations sometimes get buried, especially in active teams, which makes it harder to keep track of everything.
