It’s complete because it has everything we need for effective collaboration. Cons It’s a very good program, I had installation issues though with the app on my Windows device. Sometimes I need to reinstall if there are issues which is a minor inconvenience. I also like that I am able to add apps to it. Pros I like that it provides a way to communicate with your company without using personal phone numbers. Pros I appreciate the way Slack keeps all of my messages organized, especially because it is up to each team to decide how to structure their channels instead of being forced into preset options. Cons I can’t think of anything. The typical complaints I hear about Slack are due to teams setting it up in inefficient ways, but that’s not a software problem.
