Cons While has a wide variety built-in project management functions, some of them are also quite mediocre or better served using other software solutions. I think they should try harder on going deeper into specific functions before spreading themselves too thin. The most useful features for me are arranging messages in different categories, scheduling and canvas. Pros I like the integrations it has with other platforms. The ease of use is a feature I really appreciate about the platform. Chat is fast and reliable. I like the option to schedule my messages or to share files in a quick way. There are rarely any bugs, and it is a good value for your money. I also like the app on the phone, works well Cons I don't like its customer support because they take a lot of time to respond and besides taking a lot of time, they are not very prompt to resolve issues. We’re using the Business+ plan for 30 people, and we’ve asked for help through multiple emails, but they don’t seem to care. We use multiple tools, and this is the worst tool we’ve used so far. If you have another option, we definitely suggest using any other tool that actually has support. Pros I love that is fairly easy for anyone to learn to use, including my older staff members. The chat works very rapidly and makes our clinic extremely efficient at communicating without having to physically run back and forth. I love that different channels can be created for different groups. Cons We use it a bit differently than most people. Instead of setting up each with a different specific user per computer, we use one email to set it up by "region" of computers since our computers are not specifically tied to one person but rather to a group of people. For example, our receptionists all share the same log in so when I want to reach out the receptionist group, I just use one chat line regardless of which of my receptionists happen to be available. I think the only tiny thing is that sometimes I cant find the right emoji because they don't have all of the apple ones automatically, but I LOVE how you can always add your own emojis to the workspace. so fun. Yes, it did it's job as a communication tool and the channel setup probably works well for many organizations, but I found it bothersome to remember all the commands and didn't like the overall feel of it. Pros was used at our organization as a chat tool to communicate and track some project management. As a chat tool, I found it effective, though definitely not my favorite. There is absolutely a learning curve to figuring it out. Cons I did not enjoy the command prompts that requires at it's core. For me, personally, commands are difficult to remember. Channels are used to separate different projects, which is a fine concept, but can very quickly become overwhelming depending on the number of channels created.
