Find it quick and really easy to reach colleagues rather than using email. Pros Great to communicate with various departments and colleagues, whilst also being able to track updates and changes to the company org. Cons I wouldnt say I have a negative review or comment as I do enjoy using it. To be critical, maybe the threads or notifications, but you can turn them off. It just gets a bit much. It is a very reliable communication tool. If I HAVE to choose one, it would probably be ability to further customise the skin (like upload own image etc). We tried using the in-platform comms feature of ClickUp and the team found a steep learning curve.
