Pros: With process street you can manage tasks, and while at it you can assign them and create documentation related to the processes
It is a workflow and process management software that provides a simple and powerful way to manage recurring checklists and procedures in the business.
with a simple interface it lets you create structured documents in seconds, with drag and drop functionalities that make it easy for anyone to use.
As a user, you can quickly create and assign checklist workflows to your team and track activity from the dashboard and get notified when tasks are done.

Cons: There is nothing not to like.
It is a lot of information to start with however, they over deliver (never a bad thing really) information on how to use their system, samples, advice, instructions. So the problem here is there is too much if you are just starting out.
It is always best to have one path so users can see the basics and then give access to everything else (just my opinion)

Overall: This software has way more things than the ones I have described.
It is well worth checking and evaluating all the benefits you can get from using it yourself.
Your company will definitively benefit from it, so it is a must for everyone.

Pros: So easy to use, it's basically error-proofing your scalability. Integrations are awesome, and having connected Zapier makes the workflows and approvals in each step even more user friendly. We're confident new team members can slip into our workflow if they can follow simple step by step instructions we've laid out in our processes

Cons: More native integrations would be nice, but I'm sure they're coming! I've tried so many productivity tools and the negatives are really so few with Process Street. Well done team. Keep going!

Pros: I had been looking for and trying a few different options for documenting Standard Operating Procedures, but found all had some shortcomings. Then I found out about Process Street and loved it right away. It has the perfect combination of being able to document processes with rich media, having checklists and form inputs - great for both documenting SOPs and keeping track of their execution no matter if it's just for you, a small team or a larger organization.

Cons: I wish it was easier to create nested workflows and auto-triggered sequential checklists for wider processes , but there have been improvements and new features added in this direction already, so it seems like those will be addressed pretty soon.

Comments: Process street has allowed me to take ideas in my head and get them out so others can test and improve. It's incredibly powerful and useful for the procedural task. I love how easy it is to use and the team at Process.st are always making solid changes. Couldn't do my job well without it where systemizing tasks is a priority and iterations are a mandatory part of a numbers game.

Pros: Great UI experience, friendly support, and feature-rich. Intuitive, super easy to use, and professional. Extensive tutorials and examples of use. Share your systems and repeat tasks without error. Collaborative workflows and procedure documents created in moments. Ability to schedule is a life-saver. All changes are auto-saved.

Cons: No option for sub-folders. No mobile app yet but I imagine it's on the way. Honestly not much to complain about with this product. Developer is on top of it and very forward-thinking.

Pros: Process Street was the ultimate way for us to finally document and centralize our processes. I'd highly recommend it when managing remote staff to ensure things are done properly.

Cons: It's not the most intuitive (why can't I drag and drop my processes/folders?) software and I wish it was more flexible with certain things (like being able to copy individuals steps to other processes), but overall it's the best tool for process management we've found.

Pros: make checklists easy and quick, your list gets saved regularly while working, you can start a new project based on your templates with one click.. - and you get confettitied when you finish a list :) it does for me what i need it to do.. so, no real Cons at the moment. I use it to migrates websites for instance. The step-by-step checklist i created saved me a couple of times already.. by letting me not forget certain steps..

Pros: Versatile. Customizable. Powerful integration with other apps through Zapier. Excellent tutorials and instructions. Outstanding blog posts with broad range of business advice and perspective. Very, very impressed with this product and the way it has developed over the last couple of years. We use it every day and continue to see ways that it can help improve our company. Highly recommended.

Cons: I don't have any critical feedback, really. Offering more flexibility with rich text formatting on outgoing emails, and the ability for emails to contain GSuite email signatures of the sender by default would be a nice-to-have, but this is a really minor item.

We are much more productive with this software, so fewer things fall through the cracks

Pros: The ability to assign the work to specific people and see their progress, as well as adding material to the lists to be able to work dynamically are amazing features

Cons: I would like to see an integration with Google sheets where the sheet appears in the checklist. I'd also like to add guests to groups.

Overall: It has streamlined our business in an easy to use, manageable way where others have been cumbersome and lacking in features

Pros: This tool does perfectly what is built for: handling SOP and helping with processes.
I easily wrote our procedures and steps in checklists. Now I assign the procedure to my collaborators and they can deliver consistent, high-quality work without stress.

Cons: Some little features can be added, such as embedding videos from 3rd parties.
I would also love a better integration with HelpScout, our ticketing system.

Pros: The ease of collaboration between different departments. You can add assignees to the entire template/checklist, or to specific tasks within the checklist.

Cons: I wish it had more flexibility to use as project management. It works well for static projects that do not change, but when projects require customization it is not as friendly.

Pros: process street is a great piece of kit if you're looking to create user manuals and procedure documents - but the best thing is that it integrates with Zapier so you can actually automate many of the process steps right within the software. This has saved us hours and hours of work, all at the same time as we document our procedures and make them all simple for everyone to follow.

Pros: We have a micro business, so custom software is out of our price range. The software made specifically for our industry doesn't deal with checklists or have the ability to allocate tasks to other members.

I've tried a lot of other software to do what ProcessSt does this it is the first one that everyone in the office likes and USES; one of our staff members is not very good with anything computer related however she loves ProcessSt so that alone makes it a winner.

ProcessStreet has:
- been easy for us to set up as we need it and use straight away.
- made systemising our processes possible in the limited time we have, which has made it possible for us put people who are new to our industry to work in a useful way very quickly
- sped up many of our processes by being able to click links, download forms, and send template emails directly from the task at hand (faster for everyone using it, and easy for new staff to pick up).

Cons: Occasional dropouts. Due to updates I presume. They happen in the middle of the day but as we're in Australia, I suspect these are happening at night with the majority of their customers in mind.

Pros: I'#39;ve tried a couple of process documentation software before, but Process Street was the easier to use, and the one with the most helpful features. I love the templates and the user interface, and the customer support is available most of the time (and really kind).

Our team is loving it and the clients are actually sending us the info we request faster

Pros: The simple process, that allow to add many different parts. I also really like that a checklist is completed, which can ensure all steps are being done. This helps with accuracy a lot.

Cons: Difficulty in sharing users, that are associated with the organization. Many of my team makes express that they are having a difficult time seeing their checklist, when shared. As they have also stated it's not very user friendly.

Pros: I love the ability to load videos, forms, pictures and other forms of data directly into your processes. There is no need for other links or opening more windows. It can all be in one place which is exactly what I needed. It creates simplicity and a streamlined manner for my hiring system.

Cons: I wish you could add pictures to the headers in the actual list. It would make it for dynamic.

Overall: It saved me hours by being able to create an employee onboarding system that's not scattered all over the place in different file folders in different drawers, and power points and google drive. I can either link it or insert it all in one place. It's made the process significantly easier, faster, and less stressful. It's cured some of my procrastination.

Pros: Ease of use; collaboration features; customer support; fully featured; continuous improvements. Appropriate for most projects (even big ones), and avoids all the complexity of MS Project (resource leveling...).

Cons: Minor user interface issues or gaps (zoom issues with critical path, lack of "indent" option for tasks). Overall not a big deal compared to all the benefits.

Overall: A project management solution that works well, without the hassle (and cost) of MS Project. Beats all alternative options I researched and tried.

Pros: Really simple intuitive feel that allows you to use the application in a simple or quite involved manner, to suit your organizations needs. The ability to customise your overview of live checklists really aids management oversight.

Cons: Some limitations with permissions (eg. a guest read-only access to a checklists would be great) but nothing that really impacts its usefulness.

Overall: Simple, reliable cloud-based collaborative tool that allows us to manage company-wide processes in a controlled way. Has cut down on confusion over the latest versions of processes/documents and increased management visibility enormously.

Pros: Even if you're not at a point in your business where you're ready to work with a team, you should be documenting your processes. How do you onboard clients? What does it take to get a blog post written?

Thinking about those things, the things that you don't even think about when you're doing them, will do SO much to bring you out of the weeds of your to-do list, and you'll be creating repeatable to-do lists, which is step one toward franchising yourself.

Cons: I wish the due dates were dependent on the other tasks on the list. Right now, you can only make things due x days after you run the list, but I wish it triggered after something else was done, then it could email me. "Hey, the post has a title. Now it needs an image."

The other thing I wish is that you could use it for a to-do list, then have the things that need to be done RIGHT NOW save for future reference when you're out of the weeds and can turn your to-do list into a variety of processes.

Overall: I don't skip any steps anymore.

Pros: The tracking! As the CEO, I am able to see what my staff is doing without bugging them. It gives me insight into the health of the company.

Cons: Some more advanced features are hard to grok. There doesnt' seem to be a way to make processes private, so individuals and teams can create things only they see, or execs.

Pros: For anyone who needs to make sense of complexity, this is an invaluable tool, largely because unlike many web tools it's not bloated! The simple, minimalistic interface is ideally designed for clear thinking and has helped me structure not just my existing processes but also develop new ideas. Lately I've even started to use it to write complex blog posts because it is far more user-friendly and versatile than MS Word or Wordpress, allowing you to import different media types with a click. There is something relaxing as well as productive about the way this tool is designed. You can export processes to delegate a complex series of tasks to someone via email and make it look easy. It is well-priced for what it offers - a tool that can have a real impact on the way you run and grow your business. Support so far has been excellent.

Cons: Occasionally crashed in the past when auto-saving - but they seem to have ironed out this and other small glitches. Inability to add certain formats is annoying at times e.g. tables I hope they resist the temptation to add too many new features that would make it bloated like everything else. So far it has been kept refreshingly clean and functional - long may this continue!

Pros: Actual processing of work. It is great that steps are in place so that we may ensure all compliant areas are being covered.

Cons: When it malfunctions and we are not able to log in to process street our work, although we print out the forms and ensure we can manually check for work flow.

Pros: Ease of use and very useful templates. Emails are very informative and the free plan is a great way to get started.

Cons: The interface might be a little bland but that is subjective. It doesn't have to be extra pretty to be useful.

Pros: I like that the developers are able to make changes that suit my company and our business type as we grow

Cons: At first the software seemed to mostly serve our service division and installs. The functions of the warehouse weren't planned out accordingly. But the proper changes have been made as these situations arise. So what I like least is often dealt with and becomes a benefit

Overall: The ability to do my job faster, more efficiently, as well as accurately.

Pros: Process Street lets our team know where we stand on every recurring process and what we need to do next.

Cons: Very large checklists can be difficult to load and edit. The checklist overviews are very useful, but the visible columns and columns order often lose my changes.

We use this software for all projects which require more than 2 instances. Really great

Pros: Very intelligent layout, it's incredibly easy to learn how to use the site and maximize it's features. We specifically chose Process.St for it's ease of adoption among our employees. The template/ checklist feature is exactly what we were looking for, and by far the only program that is doing it right.

Cons: They seemingly have so many users asking for feature requests, it will be awhile before we see everything we want developed. Great application but it has so much potential, setting a solid roadmap for when new features are expected to appear seems unlikely.

Pros: The checklist feature. It is great for client work so I can see where I am up to for repetitive processes.

Cons: Not a true workflow. Rather than let everyone in a process know that a new checklist has been started it would be great if users just had a task list.

Pros: I love being able to document critical but periodic processes like website backup and restoration in a simple but robust checklist format. I've uploaded screenshots and can tweak the processes as we learn better ways to do things, and there's no risk of forgetting key steps or details. Also, the free option works for me, since I'm the only one using it!

Overall: I no longer have to worry about whether I'll remember the exact process to restore our website if something happens to bring it down! Backups and updates are now much easier and less stressful.

Process Street is powerfull and easy to use. Proceses, checklists and supporting media - easy!

Pros: Complex processes and checklists can be automated really fast. Support has been outstanding. Our clients are super impressed with how quickly we can build solutions for them in Process Street.

Cons: Would ultimately like to see an app version for devices - though browser version works perfectly on devices.

Pros: I must say that I am not a computer savvy person and I totally resisted even using it, but it has been a great place to store all of my information for my business. I'm sure this is not the most inherently valuable thing in the product within itself but the thing I have found the most valuable is the support! OMG, all of their team members have been helpful and when you ask for help, someone actually responds. They have these awesome informational blogs and podcasts that help you with your business and even webinars which help to make sure you're aware of all of the features that they have. But I must say, the guy I have dealt with the most, our rep is crazy phenomenal! Like I said, I'm not a computer savvy person so I'm very satisfied with the very basic way I'm using Process Street and how it has helped me to organize my information (which the place I'm coming from was a horrible disorganizational mess just to put things into perspective) but this dude really wants me to use Process street to the utmost of it's capabilities. He said I'm using it at only 20% of it's capacity and I'm happy with that. Just imagine if I get to 50% or 80% of it's abilities. Seriously, this guy really cares about how he can help you to use process street better, giving you tailor made tips and information and thereby strengthening your business and helping it to grow. Thank you so much Process street for hiring such a caring, wonderful, supportive and strong team!

Cons: My cons are probably not very fair, because I am not very "techy" but it did take me some time to get to the point where I am now with Process Street and I'm sure that part of my not using it to it's fullest capacity is partly due to my lack of computer literacy so it's a good thing that their support is so wonderful. Otherwise, I'm sure I wouldn't haven't gotten as far as I have. So my con I guess is more so about myself than Process Street. But I would say that what I liked the least is the pain, time and effort it took me to figure it out and the ongoing time and effort it will take to use it more to it's fullest potential. But with their support , I know that the time and effort put in is going to more than pay off in the end. I believe the value that Process Street brings way outweighs the time, effort and costs of the product. The support is just amazing and that's such a huge part of their value. Alright, I guess the following isn't the major stregnth of their support, but they have these really super cool accents too! Okay, I'm a raving fan. I don't have anything to say I like least about this software.

Overall: It helped me to organize and to have all my information, forms, etc. in one place. The blogs, webinars, support and podcasts have also helped me with organization and growth of my business. Our rep has given me a lot of tips on what I need to do to use it more effectively. Every time I talk to him, I learn something else. I'm looking forward to actually creating a real template to run as a checklist on my staff trainings which we do every week. I hadn't even considered doing that until he mentioned it. He's helping me to run my business more effectively.

Pros: I love that the development team is listening to our feedback and constantly implementing helpful changes. They contact me periodically to offer help setting things up. Their support is responsive and helpful. We are really enjoying using variables at the moment...they come in really handy. While we have been using the software, some very useful features have been implemented including assignment and due dates at the task level.

Cons: It still feels new and somewhat basic in some of the features we use, such as text formatting is only one color. But it is still being grown and developed and I feel like my feedback helps to improve it.

Pros: Simplicity. You can master this in less than 15 mins. Very easy to implement. Ready made templates available for this product is of great help.

Cons: More dynamic fields can be added. More ready-made templates are required. Different colours and styles can be made available.

Overall: All our processes are documented in Process Street. It helps us scale easily, fix knowledge gaps. Delegating any tasks is piece of cake now!

Pros: Allows me to write simple or complex procedures easily. The connectivity with other forms of media and internal data capture means the processes it produces are a powerful tool not only as a process to get things done consistently well but also as a training tool to empower flexibility throughout the company.

Cons: I can't change fonts of highlight text, other than in text fields.
I can't copy and paste between checklists eg pick a section of an HR checklist and copy it into a finance checklist as a subsection.

Overall: Allows me to get stuff out of my head, review it, engage with my staff on it and produce an empowering process that everyone in the company owns.

Pros: It's easy to use, its great software and is, in my opinion, a fantastic model where you have 5 free full featured templates and after that pay per month. I use it in several companies and its great. When someone tells me they can't do it I tell them to buckle up and look at process st before wasting my time.

Cons: The visual builder needs some work, its great but is missing some key features that got them a 4/5 in that category. I would like to be able to add a photo element and then add a slideshow, open the lightbox and update the image without having to recreate the element. I would like some more text tools like word has to change font size and colour. Small things, easy to implement and would have a big impact on my team. Pls implement guyz

Comments: After reading The E-Myth revisited, I realised that I needed to seriously change how I thought about my business.

Even though it's just me at the moment (and occasionally a few freelancers), I have to act like a big business in order to become one. One part of that is building processes for as many parts of the business as possible.

Process Street is the best tool I've tried for this. I've tested Asana, Trello, Pipedrive, pen and paper, Wunderlist, and more. But this is the best for the task of organising a business into its component processes.

Pros: I love that I can have a repeatable check list for tasks that I do every 2 weeks. There is so much opportunity for detail that I can store all my notes in it to not forget why I am doing something. And the confetti is fun. :)

Pros: Simple, intuitive user interface -- I am not bogged down with extra features I won't use until I seek them out.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. It's great.

Overall: This product is perfect for our use. We have a number of repeating task types. Overall: I work for a workplace consultancy, interior design and architecture studio. As you can imagine, the process involves many stages. As the company has grown, it has become increasingly important to pin down all of the stages in the process and empower our team to take projects forward. Comments: The app makes it simple to work your process for your business. Its explainer video gave me several ideas what processes that I could process that I did not think about. Their customer service is great too. I send a request and in a few hours they responded. I was blown away. We keep using them and recommending to business associates and clients.

Cons: Sort of tricky to figure it out on your own, but once you get going with it, it's a breeze to setup.

Overall: Implementing Process St. resulted in a huge savings of time for me at work. I use it to interact with my clients. I create checklists that they must complete and that we can collaborate on. One of the greatest parts of Process St. is that they are continually improving the product and even after only a few months of using it, I have already seen many feature releases that are relevant to my use of it.

Comments: We use this platform primarily for manualizing and checklisting our onboarding process for both employees/contractors and with new customers. Overall: After trying out a lot of checklist/process apps, Process street is by far my favorite. It doesn't quite have all the features I'd like, but I know they're very deliberate in what they add and why they add it.

I highly recommend!

Comments: I work for an online retailer. We have been using Process Street for about a year now. This software has a great interface and is easy to use. It has really helped to manage and follow processes. Process Street also made it easy for our whole team to collaborate on specific processes. It's also very nice to add youtube videos into the processes.

Comments: Let's be frank: only companies who have great processes running smoothly will survive. Having a tool that captures this and shares your checklist with your collaborators are really what a company needs. Well, I study many process tools and BPM techniques. TL;DR Process street strips all complexity and goes directly to the essence of a process, checklist: easy deployment, easily changeable and very collaborative and integrated with the tools you already use

Pros: Ease of use Integration with your tools via zapier Drag & drop editor Variables!

Cons: Not having an app yet to manage in a mobile way

Pros: Easy to write up processes and integrate with our current tools and systems

Cons: Sometimes the confetti doesn't show. It worries one member of my team when she doesn't see it because she thinks she's broken it. Also, seeing my tasks across different companies annoys me sometimes.

Overall: I find myself spending more time in Process.st writing up processes and systems to make our lives easier. My team love the fact that they can run through a process on automation AND they get confetti when they complete a task!

Really easily integrates with lots of different tools like Zapier and MailChimp.

Great product for the right company, but not the right fit for us.

Pros: The ability to create internal and external training guides/procedure docs.

Cons: The inability to use a template as a starting point, while being able to edit unique check lists for each client as needed (any changes made, edit the template itself).

Overall: I love the unique way you are able to create internal/external guides using Process St's checklist functionality. It allowed me to break content-rich guides down into super easy to follow (and read), check lists.

The support team are fantastic, I especially loved liaising with Peyton, who took the time out of his night, after hours (I'm based in Aus) to chat to me about my unique use-case and how Process St might be able to help me keep track of my clients, who are all at different stages with us.

Ultimately, there are some key functions I need in order to be able to efficiently keep track of our clients;

>Sorting the home dashboard
> Free read-only access for my team
> And, most importantly, the ability to edit specific check lists without the system editing the template itself.

I'll definitely reconsider Process St in the future if the above functionality is introduced!

Tip: If you run regular IDENTICAL checklists/training programs - definitely give Process St a shot, it will suit you perfectly!

Pros: I've recommended this to lots of friends. If you have lots of balls to juggle, it's a lifesaver.

Cons: When you hit 100%, the task list disappears from your tasks. I'd like to admire it for a while before it goes away. ;)

Overall: I have a lot of recurring tasks and items on my to do list. Process Street shows me at a glance how close I am to completing my work. It's time for a celebration when the progress bar goes to 100%!

Cons: Bad Support, that took days to come to a final solution and most of the time the solution was that is not possible. Wanted to charge to join their BETA program for API.

Overall: We tried to integrate to these guys and it was ridiculous. It cost 10 times more for the expense to use Zapier to integrate our CRM to their package than the cost of their annual fees. Not a good business model.

Then cust support representative graciously offered me to pay a monthly fee to be a BETA tester! WOW!!!

However, at this time we can only provide the API to clients that have a minimum of 50 users in order to ensure that we are able to provide tailored customer service. It should also be noted that the standard price for 50 users is $7,500 per year, this may have led to some confusion. For the moment, we are unable to support single user accounts in the API beta program, but may offer this as an option in the future. Our customer service team works tirelessly to ensure positive customer experiences, however as we are a US based company our response times may be a bit longer for customers in opposite time zones.

Overall: I stumbled upon Process St one day while searching for information. I have found it to be very valuable already and they continue to upgrade and add more features. They send emails periodically to give you ideas on how to streamline your work process. You can even add employees to your templates by email. Implementing process sheets into my business structure has helped with efficiency tremendously. Very good product!!!

Comments: Process Street is a great platform for managing all kinds of business and personal processes. Once I took the time to build these processes, including reminders, email templates, sub-checklists and Zapier integrations, I can now move through my repeated processes without much planning and thinking. I use it for basic processes like migrating a website, as well as more complex processes, like providing a structure for my client project management. It's easy to use and customer support is great. I highly recommend it.

If you want to scale and automate standard & repeating processes, then this is the app you want!

Cons: Everything I think of is usually added within a few months without me even asking!

Overall: I searched far and wide for an app or software that could help my employees perform their jobs without me always by their side answering questions. I have literally made checklists from my living room that outline the processes and my employees are able to get the job done with no extra training!

Recommendations to other buyers: Continuously review your processes to see if they are working. If they aren't it could be the employee mindlessly clicking through the checklist or flawed processes.

Cons: user collaboration with clients is not simple unless you pay for all users

Overall: I have used this service a few times and liked the repeating checklist scheduling and the ability to embed the checklists on webpages and invite clients to comment. The challenge we ran into with it is that when our clients do not have a cost effective and simple way to identify the comments and users with each client team having 2-5 staff that may need to collaborate on a checklist. For us as a focused agency with a smaller number of clients we haven't figured out a way to make it easy. We love the simplicity of setting up the lists would like to be able to include more content in the tasks.

Cons: It took awhile for some features but they are here and working now.

Overall: Process St. makes it easy to delivery checklists and more. I created checklists for 33 facilitators around the world than include what to do before, during, and after the meetings. The new features like task assignment and reporting combine with ease of distribution and form fields to make Process St. a better choice than more complicated workflow solutions. I've had good support and enjoyed listening to the podcasts produced by the founder. Give it a try; you'll be surprised how easy it is to use.
