### "A Great Tool For Visual SOPs That Improves Task Completion Quality"

Pros

Providing a visual, step-by-step process for repetitive tasks in our agency is the primary reason we bought into Process Street. To be able to combine our internal SOPs with an assignable task and track progress on each step is extremely useful. Previously, we had general tasks assigned out to staff with pre-loaded checklists, and a link to reference the SOP for that task. Process Street brings all those elements together into one package and makes it easy for us to ensure staff are following SOPs as they complete tasks, and doing things the right way every time.

Cons

Building new tasks is easy and intuitive; some functionality could be improved such as not having dropped-in images always load at the bottom of the edit view (which can be tedious if you are trying to edit a task with a lot of screenshots, and you have to drag it back up the chain) but overall it's a very user friendly way to build a visual SOP for each task we have in our agency.

Reason for choosing Process Street

We still use JIRA for broad project assignments, but added Process Street into our workflow to complement JIRA. Process Street seems better suited for us to track detailed tasks and provide updated SOPs to staff as they use it, but JIRA is still out "big picture" project management board. Thus far it's a helpful combination having management able to view big picture project phases on JIRA and the technicians completing detailed task-level assignments in Process Street. We are also integrating JIRA to trigger specific Process Street tasks when a project is moved into a specific phase in our project management workflows.

### "Like External RAM for Your Brain: Process Automation Without the Bottleneck"

It has allowed me to exend my functionality beyond what I can load into my brain's RAM for processes. I can make varients and have customer specific process folders even for stuff that I only do monthly. It also allows me to assign more repetitive (but still important) tasks to other employees and know that they are checking the important points.

Pros

It makes creating useful complex processes possible AND decentralized from the ticketing / project management systems that differnent departments use. It is great for documenting tribal knowledge fairly easily and for making it quickly iterative. When our clients go "off the flow chart" I am able to adjust the process while I am working on an instance of that process and have it update all open processes immidiatly. It also keeps track of versioning so you can look back at when a process changed and has a notes section at the bottom of each step in the process to let you process runners keep notes for themselves or send notes to the internal admin about changes/issues with the process. Oh and I can set global variables for things like links that are in multiple processes that also change monthly (calendar links).

Cons

There is a learning curve for the more advanced functionality. I was able to get more out of the product because I understand object oriented programing, but I am not a "real coder" and I was still able to get it to do some pretty amazing stuff. Some of the logic is finiky about hiding and showing steps.

My overall experience with Process Street is that it is a invaluable service that we use for our job, and without it we would struggle alot to keep on top of everything.

Pros

Process Street makes keeping all of our information for all of our clients in one place so easy. It allows all of us to work on each others file, but still get the notifications if someone else has worked on our clients file which makes it incredible to stay on top of everything.

Cons

Sometimes Process Street bugs out sometimes and doesnt save the information as we put it in. We work quite quickly so it is important that this information is being saved the first time, so that if someone else comes in and trys to understand the situation they know all the information.

Pros

Ease of use, user-friendly, and it didn't take long to learn to use it and use automation. The support from our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], and the chatbot has been useful. I was once chatting with a bot, and \[sensitive content hidden\] messaged me to assist with my issue.

You can't do an overall search of a word on a process, you can only search per task, or by searching on the Lgoc search.

I've had a great overall experience. Coming into a new role, especially a new industry; Process St has made the process much easier for me in learning how to follow specific tasks that were new to me.

Pros

The ease and effectiveness. I love that the website is clean and not over cluttered. I feel that is super important in terms of finding what you need in a fast and in an efficient manner.

Cons

The only thing that I would say "bothers" me is I believe the "view" button should be more noticeable so new users aren't confused on how to view a specific process. I think an update to the user flow may help!

Since using Process.st, the clarity on the tasks to be completed in a repetitive process has been eye-opening, no longer are employees making assumptions as to what should happen or ceasing forward movement because the task has some ambiguity to it. Existing workflows would require manual review of completed tasks and a multitude of hours of following up to verify that they were done and by whom. The time efficiency has allowed us to take on additional work with the same amount of staff.

Pros

The ability to have conditional logic among the tasks is wonderful, it allows us to only present the tasks that need to be completed and hide the ones that do not.

Cons

So far we haven't found any cons relating to this solution, we are very happy with it so far.

One of the top 3 software companies I've used. Their focus on engaging their customers is impressive and makes me feel like I'm important to them.

Pros

I love the how easy it is to use on every level. A beginner can understand the basic ideas and being to use a task list within minutes. The next level of creating templates is a bit more complex, but intuitive. Advanced features such as integration with Zapier, automation, permissions, etc. take more work, but easy to self-learn. Again, intuitive. The thing I like the most about Process St is how responsive they are to feature and support requests. They take the time to understand every suggestion.

Cons

As we are a manufacturing environment, many workers don't have access to workstations/mobile platforms. Checklists are not formatted for printing efficiently.

We're not your typical tech or online company using SaaS systems to run and manage their business - we are a veterinary company with remote users in multiple cities, and using SaaS software in our industry is rare. This is compounded by the fact most in our industry are not technically savvy or experienced - so computer systems have to be VERY simple and easy to learn and use. What we do have in common with many tech companies is that we are fast growing, and that is difficult to manage in such a traditional, staid industry. (We were listed as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies in 2016). We run our entire company on cloud based systems, and Process Street is far and away the favorite piece of technology we use. As a long time entrepreneur (and business coach) I always wished there was a simple way to document and manage process and procedures inside my companies, and could never find a tool to do it. Until Process Street. The product itself is brilliant, and is incredible for developing an online employee manual, corporate processes and procedures, and managing regular activities that take place inside any business - hiring, managing, operations, maintenance, etc. But where Process Street really stands out is the fantastic service and support that is both responsive and helpful. This team REALLY wants to hear how to improve their product. They've painstakenly taken the time to listen to my gripes and whining about shortcomings and not just promised solutions in the future - they've built and implemented them. Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say about Process Street, and it has literally transformed the way we do business. We've won awards for our customer service, our innovative approach to business, and sheer growth. And I truly credit a significant amount of our business success (and my personal sanity) to Process Street and what it does for our organization.

\- Very intuitive and easy to learn for even the most tech illiterate users - Magical interface that is constantly being refined and enhanced - Responsive interface is BEAUTIFUL on a smart phone or iPad (no need for an app) - Very clever features that rely heavily on APIs and other apps to extend it's benefit and value - Highly responsive service and support that tries to bring solutions - Regularly releasing GREAT new features and enhancements that add more value - There truly is no other product on the market like this - if you're a small business owner, THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION for dealing with Processes, Procedures and Policies!

\- It's unfortunate they don't build CRM, email marketing, help desk, VoiP phone system or team chat software .. because we'd buy them all if they were 1/2 as good as Process Street - sorry to drop the ball on a balanced review - but really, these guys are awesome and I cannot think of anything bad to say. Except maybe their logo is very similar to Help Scout's logo (which we also use) so sometimes I get confused between their short cuts on by browser bar. That's the best I can come up with. (really, it's the same blue!)

– Lack of granularity in roles/permissions (ex. needs an Editor-level role to allow creation and maintenance of checklists without access to truly administrative settings/controls) – Unexpected results with regard to assignments (ex. all our employees are admins as we want them to have the ability to create and update workflows; being an admin makes assignments/permissions/visibility moot) – Too little automation customization (ex. Slack connection is very limited) – The presentation of certain features and functionalities can be confusing (ex. Reports and Inbox appear to serve a similar purpose, with Inbox being comparatively feature-poor) – Content -> Send Email and Forms -> Long Text lack even simple formatting capability

Process St has helped us save a ton of time and ensure nothing gets missed. In the property management business there's a lot of moving parts and this helps everyone on the team see whats going on and ensure nothing gets missed.

From the start we purchased 10 consulting hours to help get set up, now that we are pretty much good to go, it would be great if we could purchase 30-60 minutes of consulting for random things that come up but at this point, they only offer packages with multiple hours.
