10 out of 10 on product and customer service. I have asked for help several times via chat, and I have always been answered that day via email, or they have given me a link to schedule time with a pro who helps me solve any process development questions or issues.

Pros

I love how you can customize workflows to account for the smallest nuance in a process. We write processes for every customer we serve. Process Street enables us to maintain consistent customer service.

Cons

Just small things that I think Process Street will develop over time. I'd like to be able to easily bold and change the font colors in the comment section, as our team uses that section to communicate.

### "Solid choice for compliance-heavy businesses"

We adopted Process Street to bring structure to our compliance workflows - things like merchant onboarding, KYC checks, and periodic reviews. It's genuinely transformed how we handle these. What used to be scattered Google documents (which nobody ever read) and "did you remember to..." conversations is now a proper system with accountability built in. The learning curve isn't too bad, and their support team have been responsive when we've had questions. I was initially concerned that the team may be reluctant to adopt the tool, but they quickly recognised the benefits and now we have an increasingly "Process-St-First" culture

Pros

The software is brilliant for regulated environments. We're FCA-authorised and PCI DSS compliant, so we have dozens of procedures that need to be followed exactly the same way every time. Being able to build checklists with conditional logic, approval steps and due dates means nothing gets missed. The audit trail is also invaluable - when our compliance officer or an auditor asks "how do you know this was done properly?", we can show them exactly who did what and when.

Cons

The mobile app could be more polished - most of our team are desk-based so it's not a major issue, but it would be nice.

Great experience with the team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] and the follow up training she has provided us - its been invaluable.

Pros

The ability to link the instructions to a process and break processes down into steps and assign to employees. Then being able to schedule these tasks for completion is amazing. As a manager, this has been invaluable.

Cons

No negatives found at this point. There could be some expansion on the use of the one off tasks, but this in no way takes away from the fantastic product that has been developed.

It is a great system that is very thorough and a great fit for PURE. It will basically walk you through each task completely and is great for new hires. This means nothing will fall through the cracks.

Pros

It features photos of Appfolio and walks you through the whole process. It is a great learning tool and time saving for new employees as well as making sure nothing falls through the cracks in the brokerage. It is a fast system and you can move right through it following the tasks.

Cons

That there are options and you have to change the letters and information but that is something that we have to do as all are not the same.

Fairly easy to get used to but may not have the same displays as other programs, may look a little outdated with all of the code showing.

Pros

It is easy to go back and edit our case so that appropriate tasks are triggered for different department members to complete.

Cons

I don't like that I can edit someone elses tasks (usually done by mistake), but I'd like to be able to take tasks from others and then complete with my name attached, and the layout of the page is too skinny of a column.

I ams till learning Process Street, though it seems pretty easy because it gives you step by step how to get tasks done.

Cons

using it sometimes can be a bit complex at first. At first look it can be pretty overwhelming, but easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.

I've had a great overall experience. Coming into a new role, especially a new industry; Process St has made the process much easier for me in learning how to follow specific tasks that were new to me.

Pros

The ease and effectiveness. I love that the website is clean and not over cluttered. I feel that is super important in terms of finding what you need in a fast and in an efficient manner.

Cons

The only thing that I would say "bothers" me is I believe the "view" button should be more noticeable so new users aren't confused on how to view a specific process. I think an update to the user flow may help!

Pros

Best feature is applicable comments appear alongside the specific tasks to which they pertain, rather than getting lost in a comprehensive stream of discussions. Easy to track what actions need to be taken and work with various parties. Very appealing user interface, easy to manage various tasks within purview.

Cons

Inability to adjust target deadlines myself is the main point of friction encountered thus far; as priorities shift, deadlines often move. The deadlines are also static e.g. if I receive a task late, my run time is not adjusted, and thus I may receive tasks marked as late by me on their inception

Process Street is an easy to use platform and has a very simple UI. It is great for any end-user to navigate.

It’s not always clear who is assigned the tasks and whether I’ve already accepted them. The UI needs better clarity.

We can easily track the progress of each tasks, very easy to update and customized the processes to ensure that all processes are up to date and everyone on the team is doing the same process for a specific task. Team productivity is visible. And most importantly we can easily check which tasks are due, which is very critical in our operation.

Vey easy to use and help a great deal in the operation. I helps us track the productivity of each personnel and which tasks are done, ongoing and not started.

There are a few glitches every now and then, specifically when the process has been updated by other user.

Overall I've had a good experience with Process Street. The only thing that would make it better is a better slack integration, otherwise I'm quite pleased with the service!

Pros

I like the process street allows me to easily track requests that come in from my customers and respond to the customer to let them know the task has been completed. The ability to send an email to the customer directly from Process Street is a huge benefit. I also like the ability to use Process Street to submit bugs to my own tech team and track their progress through review and completion.

Cons

The thing that I think has the most room for improvement are the slack notifications. They are very helpful in quickly letting me know something needs to be addressed, but I am often unable to complete the action within slack. It isn't easy to navigate to the web browser from slack, so I need to go access either the email notification or manually go to the Process Street site.

Process Street is an incredibly useful tool for managing complex workflows. Its easy-to-use interface allows us to quickly create and customize repeating tasks and checklists that can be shared with colleagues. It's a great way to stay organized and on top of our workflows. The only issue I've had with the program is that it can be a bit slow when it comes to loading, but overall it runs smoothly and efficiently.

My overall experience with Process Street is that it has helped me so much throughout my job and helping to develop my skills in so many different areas of the company due to the implementation of Process Street in all areas of the company. It has also made it so I am a lot more useful for the company due to me being one of the ones who learns all about Process Street to help others, and with joining the company at the same time it was being introduced and so I have learnt a lot about it due to being one of the testers for it in the company.

Pros

I love how easy Process Street was to pick up and learn. Especially how easy conditional logic was made so that even those who aren't very tech literate can learn the basics of and now with the addition of and/or statements it opens up a whole load more possibilities. Process Street has given me a much bigger and more prominent role within the business that I have only been in for a few months, everyone in the company who has used Process Street has said that it has saved them so much time. Also due to it always changing and evolving we will never stop figuring out different ways to build it into our company.

Cons

Being able to schedule Monthly schedules for week days only is a bit of an issue along with numbers starting with 0 don't work with validations on the number questions.

We use Process Street similarly to a project management tool. All of our new content projects are administered via Process Street and this tool makes it easy for everyone involved in production to know what's expected of them, when. It's a flexible process that changes when, for example, clients need edits or we have to modify the workflow after first assigning the topic. Process Street works with us, not against us. We also use it for miscellaneous tasks like onboarding new team members, new clients, and to set expectations for various repeated projects outside our standard new content workflow.

Pros

I love that I can use this tool to build any workflow, for any use case, and for any customer. I have not found a project management tool (and I've thoroughly tested several) that empowers me to build an intuitive custom workflow like Process Street has. I feel like I'm only scratching the surface of what I could accomplish with this tool and the possibilities are exciting!

Cons

There are some quirks that I trust will be worked out in time, like more options for organizing conditional logic settings or being able to copy parts of one workflow to another. I think the only thing I would change about Process Street is creating some additional efficiencies to scale workflow building but I can't think of any major features it's missing.

I am very happy. There is a chat box on the standard plan that allows you to talk to them about any questions you have.

Pros

I usually have a browser open with multiple tabs to edit my website, locate multiple google docs, and database. On the other side I have multiple documents open and my finder to send out emails with the same email text I always use. NO MORE! I created an enormous workflow in process street that allows me to access my website through a quicklink, edit google docs and sheets by embeding them in the process, saving my form emails for my coworkers and i to use that send from my outlook not through process street (so it looks like i spent time writing the email). This process is amazing. My coworkers all think I am a hero for finding it and they quickly embraced it. I would pay for it myself but my boss said it was a go. I tried programs like monday.com and slack but they were more for design management not an enormous task list that lets you know step by step by step what to do next with a link where to go.

Cons

I still need to learn more about the cons of this software. I will update when I know more.

### "Absolutely Amazing"

It helped me to organize and to have all my information, forms, etc. in one place. The blogs, webinars, support and podcasts have also helped me with organization and growth of my business. Our rep has given me a lot of tips on what I need to do to use it more effectively. Every time I talk to him, I learn something else. I'm looking forward to actually creating a real template to run as a checklist on my staff trainings which we do every week. I hadn't even considered doing that until he mentioned it. He's helping me to run my business more effectively.

Pros

I must say that I am not a computer savvy person and I totally resisted even using it, but it has been a great place to store all of my information for my business. I'm sure this is not the most inherently valuable thing in the product within itself but the thing I have found the most valuable is the support! OMG, all of their team members have been helpful and when you ask for help, someone actually responds. They have these awesome informational blogs and podcasts that help you with your business and even webinars which help to make sure you're aware of all of the features that they have. But I must say, the guy I have dealt with the most, our rep is crazy phenomenal! Like I said, I'm not a computer savvy person so I'm very satisfied with the very basic way I'm using Process Street and how it has helped me to organize my information (which the place I'm coming from was a horrible disorganizational mess just to put things into perspective) but this dude really wants me to use Process street to the utmost of it's capabilities. He said I'm using it at only 20% of it's capacity and I'm happy with that. Just imagine if I get to 50% or 80% of it's abilities. Seriously, this guy really cares about how he can help you to use process street better, giving you tailor made tips and information and thereby strengthening your business and helping it to grow. Thank you so much Process street for hiring such a caring, wonderful, supportive and strong team!

Cons

My cons are probably not very fair, because I am not very "techy" but it did take me some time to get to the point where I am now with Process Street and I'm sure that part of my not using it to it's fullest capacity is partly due to my lack of computer literacy so it's a good thing that their support is so wonderful. Otherwise, I'm sure I wouldn't haven't gotten as far as I have. So my con I guess is more so about myself than Process Street. But I would say that what I liked the least is the pain, time and effort it took me to figure it out and the ongoing time and effort it will take to use it more to it's fullest potential. But with their support , I know that the time and effort put in is going to more than pay off in the end. I believe the value that Process Street brings way outweighs the time, effort and costs of the product. The support is just amazing and that's such a huge part of their value. Alright, I guess the following isn't the major stregnth of their support, but they have these really super cool accents too! Okay, I'm a raving fan. I don't have anything to say I like least about this software.

We're not your typical tech or online company using SaaS systems to run and manage their business - we are a veterinary company with remote users in multiple cities, and using SaaS software in our industry is rare. This is compounded by the fact most in our industry are not technically savvy or experienced - so computer systems have to be VERY simple and easy to learn and use. What we do have in common with many tech companies is that we are fast growing, and that is difficult to manage in such a traditional, staid industry. (We were listed as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies in 2016). We run our entire company on cloud based systems, and Process Street is far and away the favorite piece of technology we use. As a long time entrepreneur (and business coach) I always wished there was a simple way to document and manage process and procedures inside my companies, and could never find a tool to do it. Until Process Street. The product itself is brilliant, and is incredible for developing an online employee manual, corporate processes and procedures, and managing regular activities that take place inside any business - hiring, managing, operations, maintenance, etc. But where Process Street really stands out is the fantastic service and support that is both responsive and helpful. This team REALLY wants to hear how to improve their product. They've painstakenly taken the time to listen to my gripes and whining about shortcomings and not just promised solutions in the future - they've built and implemented them. Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say about Process Street, and it has literally transformed the way we do business. We've won awards for our customer service, our innovative approach to business, and sheer growth. And I truly credit a significant amount of our business success (and my personal sanity) to Process Street and what it does for our organization.

\- Very intuitive and easy to learn for even the most tech illiterate users - Magical interface that is constantly being refined and enhanced - Responsive interface is BEAUTIFUL on a smart phone or iPad (no need for an app) - Very clever features that rely heavily on APIs and other apps to extend it's benefit and value - Highly responsive service and support that tries to bring solutions - Regularly releasing GREAT new features and enhancements that add more value - There truly is no other product on the market like this - if you're a small business owner, THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION for dealing with Processes, Procedures and Policies!

Cons

\- It's unfortunate they don't build CRM, email marketing, help desk, VoiP phone system or team chat software .. because we'd buy them all if they were 1/2 as good as Process Street - sorry to drop the ball on a balanced review - but really, these guys are awesome and I cannot think of anything bad to say. Except maybe their logo is very similar to Help Scout's logo (which we also use) so sometimes I get confused between their short cuts on by browser bar. That's the best I can come up with. (really, it's the same blue!)

Very straightforward! Non-technical users will have no trouble creating effective procedures because to the intuitive UI. The user interface is also highly uncluttered and easy to navigate. Nonetheless, efficiency is quite high. One of the features I value most is the ability to make changes to a process's blueprint while it is still active.

Pros

Process Street centralizes all of the pertinent information and provides a bird's-eye perspective of all of an organization's processes in one convenient location. It's a system that can be used by everyone in the company with little to no instruction.

Cons

However though Process st is constantly updating and adding new features, it still heavily relies on external applications and connections to accomplish specific tasks. What I enjoy most about process work is diminished by this.

One of the top 3 software companies I've used. Their focus on engaging their customers is impressive and makes me feel like I'm important to them.

Pros

I love the how easy it is to use on every level. A beginner can understand the basic ideas and being to use a task list within minutes. The next level of creating templates is a bit more complex, but intuitive. Advanced features such as integration with Zapier, automation, permissions, etc. take more work, but easy to self-learn. Again, intuitive. The thing I like the most about Process St is how responsive they are to feature and support requests. They take the time to understand every suggestion.

Cons

As we are a manufacturing environment, many workers don't have access to workstations/mobile platforms. Checklists are not formatted for printing efficiently.
