I don't love the name, and the design is absolutely adequate but not elegant.

It has been key in on onboarding process and making entry level workers productive.

Pros

The best and most unique part of the software is that as you improve the template, it will update all the existing processes in process. This is key to continual tweaking and process improvement.

Cons

Some of the sorting and filtering of custom fields on the grids needs to be improved, but they are continually updating the software, so it may be done by the time you read this review.

Pros

The ease of collaboration between different departments. You can add assignees to the entire template/checklist, or to specific tasks within the checklist.

Cons

I wish it had more flexibility to use as project management. It works well for static projects that do not change, but when projects require customization it is not as friendly.

Role assignments, email templates, documenting business processes

Cons

Difficult to keep track of all the checklists and tasks. Overwhelming number of emails from Process Street re: checklists and tasks (I'm sure this can be controlled, but I haven't spent the time to figure it out)

Process street makes it easy to track and manage performance across various verticals and activities. Ir takes a bit to setup but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use.

Pros

Process street makes it easy to have all steps, processes and procedures in one place. It saves time and make me more efficient.

Cons

No offline version. As nice it is to track processes, using it with the internet on is distracting and doesn't allow for deep planning.

I believe you should remember nothing and have a checklist for everything. It keeps us in line.

Pros

I love 1) Conditional logic, 2) Dynamic Due Dates, 3) The ability to assign tasks 4) I love that tasks can have videos, links, text, whatever I need to customize it.

Cons

1) I wish I could print out to-do lists for the day. 2) Trying to find archived lists can be a little difficult in my opinion 3) I kinda wish I would move or color code the blue tiles so that I can see more high priority tasks first.

They have been great at listening to our requests and have implemented some of them. The product was pretty easy to learn how to configure and not only captures the completion of tasks but also automates parts of the process. It's a great product for minimal cost.

Pros

I love the concept of checklist software, and of all the ones I reviewed, this one has the most functionality. Additionally, they are adding functionality continually.

Cons

There is still some functionality missing that we would like to see. There is also some limitation on formatting of text within a task.

That's the best App I've ever used for managing my processes! We are using free version and it's really worth it. We still using Asana for managing projects and all processes removed from there to Process.st.

Pros

Integrates with Zapier! Processes could be used as LeadMagnets for capturing leads from website.

Cons

Actually, I don't know ((( All features I need this service has.

I love process street. I have developed several checklists for tracking different tasks in my business. I have checklists for hr onboarding as well as client onboarding. It is a great tool that is very user friendly. I especially love the ability to quickly create a checklist via copy and paste of a column in Excel. This greatly improved the speed with which I can create powerful checklists. If you need to track tasks that can get a bit complex but follow the same set of steps each time, this tool is for you.

Pros

Very user friendly. Easy to find features and use them. Great free offering.

Cons

Sometimes becomes unstable using Chrome (freezes up or doesn't load at login) but I have no problems using Firefox. I think it could be a memory management issue with Chrome, though.

I am a big fan :-)

Pros

Its the first software of its kind i use - and since i am new in my position here in mølbak i think its great that its so intuitive and easy to work with.

Cons

We in mølbak have some issues since the credit card used to pay for this software have been changed a few times resulting in problems accessing the software. If i could decide it would be better for me that we payed for a year in advance since that would remove my problems but if the creditcard holder disagree what can you do :-(

You can zap it with Slack, Trello, your CRM - ZOHO, etc. That way as you start moving people through the checklists it will automatically trigger new events in different systems.

Pros

Lets you create anything you can imagine. We primarily use it for our onboarding/sales checklists to make thing so much easier.

Cons

It has a steep learning curve and it can take some time to setup. You also have to train up your team; of course if your current PM system has a similar function I'd use that. Rather then having to use multiple systems.

Customer service is amazing and quick. Takes time upfront to learn the software, but you have great support along the way

Pros

Allowed us to go paperless in our case management Streamline processes, increases accountability, drastically limits back and forth on email or other platforms Not one size fits all- you can adjust and make it exactly what you want and need for your organization

Cons

App still needs some work, but its brand new and will get there I would like more functionality with tasks Auto assign function doesn't work the way we need it too.

Reduced non value added activities in the process. Saved a lot of time.

Pros

1\. Can create a list of tasks and generate a template for the standard operating procedures in the company. Then we can assign individual persons or teams to execute the process and monitor the progress through the online dashboard. 2. Integrated to third party apps including gmail, calendars, paypal, etc so that we can automatically schedule tasks and assign workflows directly through the process street. This is the biggest advantage of the software. 3. Available as PC application. Accessible through web browser (Compatible for mobile views). Can get notifications after accomplishing the tasks. 4. Intuitive to learn and easy to use. Great way to communicate with team members and structure work process.

Cons

1\. As of now we can only assign an entire process to a team. We can't assign people to individual tasks. 2. Expect more default templates to make things easier for first time users. 3. Mobile application is not yet available for android platform.

I like it most for archive purposes - or like a simple diary where I keep any useful training material as different templates for different parts of the team (support team, social media team, admin and management team). Cause I can easily place as much info I need to. I would not depend on it solely for project management purposes.

Pros

Easy to edit template with several functionalities. I like the simple way to choose with whom from your organisation you can share the specific template.

Cons

Maybe I need more time with it - I use it on weekly basis for about 6-7 months. Seems a bit vague and too white :) plain to me. I am used to colors and they help me to easily recognize different type of tasks and templates.

From an Accounting and HR perspective, it's a life saver. Repetative and team tasks GET DONE. Over all, sales to cash process are tracked. Continuous improvement is also made easy.

Pros

My 'most like' is definitely the Customer Support and ease of use.

Cons

Some integrations are limited, however Customer Support listens to needs and new feature/integrations are always happening.

Beautifully simple and responsive. I've used it for new team member onboarding for a year and a half and Process Street helps me avoid a sea of onboarding process documents.

Pros

Easy to get others using it and helping modify checklists since it is so simple. That's been important for us since we can rope in several areas of expertise directly, bypassing a painful email back and forth game for each step of our process.

Cons

Not ideal for database. I use our process checklists as records of onboarding once each team member becomes fully functional, and there aren't many ways to organize archived checklists. Needs more report generation options as well.
