The project was successfully delivered and moved to production. Support was a real strength during the whole implementation, with good follow-up and smooth communication. Babelway helped us meet Peppol requirements while integrating properly with our ERP. Pros Babelway supported us very well throughout the setup and deployment of Peppol to make our ERP compliant, both for outgoing invoices and incoming invoices. The team was responsive, available, and solution-oriented. The workflow automation and data transformation capabilities are efficient and make integration with our systems much easier. Cons The initial onboarding can take some time (configuration, understanding mappings and business rules). A bit more guided documentation and step-by-step guidance would help speed up adoption, especially for less technical users. Cons L'aspect le moins appréciable est le coup d'exploitation, en effet, l'EDI a un coup qui peut vite devenir important, mais pour pouvoir se passer d'un provider, il faut une structure informatique interne assez importante.
