### "Highly Recommend AxisCare for Home Healthcare Agencies"

Overall, the folks at AxisCare have done an outstanding job of continually developing the AxisCare System and they are excellent at updating us and continuing to update their knowledge base and training support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good solution for their home healthcare business.

Pros

It is obvious when you first join AxisCare that their onboarding and training teams have designed well-thought-out content and continue to develop knowledge bases and support via ZenDesk. They listen to us when we make enhancement requests and their customer support and speedy follow up are outstanding.

Cons

There are two primary opportunities for improvement and they both revolved around the applicant tracking software system and database transfer of completed application forms directly into AxisCare. Our state requires over 30 specific forms in the application process. This requires us to be able to upload over 30 specific images and PDFs and the AxisCare System currently requires us to upload each one separately, which is extremely tedious and a large dedication of time for each applicant. We have yet to hear back from the development team on when this is going to address. I have to imagine that this is a must-have for every HR Department of each of their clients and this seems to me to be such a basic development request. Secondly, our current Caregiver Applicant Process is facilitated by Apploi (third-party) and Apploi's Third-Party vendor, HelloWorks. We currently capture all 30 forms via data entry from primary caregivers' mobile phones and this data is stored on the servers of Apploi, but there is no current data map that updates all of the data from HelloWorks to AxisCare. This is a significant data mapping disconnect, as we have to update hundreds of data fields in AxisCare for each caregiver applicant. There has to be a better solution for each of their clients than being told that this is not possible.

### "Enjoy Using Axiscare But Would Love To See Updates"

Overall I have enjoyed Axiscare and finds that it helps us run our business. The mobile app is very easy for caregivers to use.

Pros

It is visually pleasing - simple but with enough detail to differentiate different tabs that I use frequently.

Cons

I wish there was a way to charge different rates depending on what day of the week and what time it is. For example, our business charges different rates for daytime visits, versus evening visits or overnights. We have to manually enter this in each time. If a visit happens to overlap two different time periods, it would be great if the rate could change automatically - instead of us having to chain 2 visits with different rates.

### "the cutomer support and billing is terrible"

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.

The prodcut itself is not bad for the money but the service is terrible

Cons

The prodcut itself is not bad but they way the tickets are not handled, there is no trail t follow up. the forms dont work properly and they change our setting and funtions with out telling us causing issues for us and causing us to lose money. When we call and ask for a supervisor they will do everything to keep you from letting anyone know. I also have concerns about the billing and how its handled. They bill when they want to, no set dates and rep. is always off with sick kids and then has the nerve to put warnings that we have not paid and not take off after we pay and refuse to help our staff because we had a past balance and had payments scheduled and prmised to pay as soon as the benk allowed. Really concered about the direction that this company is going with the poor service and lack of polocies except making rules up as they go. Also the customer service reps are very rude and really dont want to hear what we say but just get us off the phone as soon as possible.

It’s been a great way to stay informed and continue growing with the platform. I’ve also had the pleasure of connecting with new people, learning together, and sharing ideas. I really appreciate the ability to share forms, tips, and best practices with others—it creates a strong sense of community and collaboration.

Pros

Overall, our experience with AxisCare has been very positive. One of the biggest strengths is their customer support—any time we need assistance, we’re able to quickly get in touch with someone who is knowledgeable and helpful. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference in our day-to-day operations. In terms of features, the real-time scheduling view is one of my favorites. It provides a clear and efficient way to manage and monitor daily schedules, which helps keep everything running smoothly. Like any system, there are occasional bugs and issues, but they are typically addressed in a timely manner, and support is always available to help troubleshoot. Overall, AxisCare is a reliable platform that continues to support our team effectively.

Cons

One area for improvement would be the community scheduling feature. ### "So far okay, but still learning"

Support staff are excellent, learning the system was good, some could be a little simpler to navigate, but then some tools are very useful.

Pros

We like how we can hold lots of information on clients, caregivers and applicants. How you can jump from client to caregivers.

Cons

We are still finding little glitches, with visit times that end and start at the same time, if a CG has accepted a broadcast. Creating forms and tying to figure out why it isn't fillable by email. Thought we had the signature fixed, but no the CG can sign both parts, even when it says OFFICE STAFF.

I don't like that I can't copy shifts to the same day. There are some features in scheduling that are less intuitive than I would prefer.

I have been very satisfied with the system for the past 4 years. The system is designated with enough alerts and features to have an efficient workflow from scheduling to payment posting. The feature for tracking of employee certifications allows us to stay compliant with state and federal regulations.

Pros

Most of all, the value of the application for the financial investment. It is a very user-friendly system, for both users and caregivers out in the field. Real time alerts that allow administrative staff oversee the field staff and ensure we are supporting the needs of our clients; improves customer satisfaction. Love the integrations for the private pay patients -- the whole billing, invoicing, and payment posting is seamless. I greatly appreciate the quick response from customer support whether via phone or email. My requests have always been answered which allows me to fix any scheduling errors, billing/invoicing or even EVV issues in a timely and efficient manner. The background screening integration has made this process so much more efficient.

Cons

There are very few things. Blocking series of days for caregivers. The system is not flexible with making edits to a "block" of days.

AxisCare houses all the information in one place with many options to use and share it. Our staff and caregivers all have access to the same information.

Cons

The constant refreshing when the system is idle. I would like to be able to turn that feature off. It messes up when we are uploading information.

Out of all the vendors I have used AxisCare is the closest one to being a "one stop shop" platform.

Pros

I like the robust reporting and access to integrations.

Cons

I had issues with billing batches rejecting due to a space in a diagnosis but not being able to figure out there was an issue until two weeks later. Shifts that are changed prior to an aide clocking in or out is generating a modification for our aggregator Sandata and shouldn't. When reconciling billing it does not reconcile the same shift dates that were ran in other batches. Since batches can't be deleted once reviewed some batches have the same data.

Fantastic.

Pros

The ability to customize each feature based on the needs of the positions is highly useful. Also, the fact that AC was made by home health care owners, for home health care owners, means they know what matters.

Cons

The Forms section needs upgrading. Staff can't sign incident reports and the application for employment doesn't do us much good. We have to use other software for that.

I don't recall what other software we were looking at. We chose AC because it was recommended by others and they also seem to know the industry very well.

so far so good. even more so after having attended relevant webinars. being provided a link to access the vid is GREAT!, a lot of info to take in all at once, difficult to remember all of it so its really nice we can go back to watch them over as many times as needed.

Pretty User Friendly, scheduling is simple, once you learn how to use it. real time calendar feature is great love that u can switch between client/CG view.

Cons

needs more scheduling flexibility, multi-family care. Exp: for couples who both receive pd hours, being care for by 1 CG, mid shift clock out/in is not always poss when providing service outside the home. chain visit across multi people would be nice to have. dont really care for the "POINTs" system, would like the ability to create my own system, that would be very useful!

### "The ease of AxisCare"

AxisCare was easy to learn and get acquainted with. Many aspects of it are very intuitive.

Pros

The phone application is great. I can just look up a client and get a map to their location when I need to. It's so easy and helpful!

Cons

I don't like that I can't type in comments next to the Medical History criteria or Supportive Devices list on the In-Home Assessment form.

My overall experience has been positive. I think it is a very effective program.

Pros

It is a one stop shop. Clients and staff all in one place. I especially like the variety of reports available. Extremely helpful

Cons

I don't always know the name or location of the report that I'm looking for.

Overall I have had a positive experience with AxisCare. The software is fairly intuitive, and staff have been helpful and responsive. It would be very helpful to able to bill for mileage, and not have to do this separately and manually.

The excellent customer support and availability.

Cons

AxisCare's inablility to electronically bill for transportation
