Pros

reliability, real time changes. i've had very little trouble with it the software but axiscare does not always give me my text updates. not sure why.

Cons

It's not that great with iphone or tablet. Especially when pop up windows appear when trying to make a schedule change.

Pros

The interface is easy to use and very cost effective. The app is awesome and easy for our caregivers to use. The customer service has been top notch and they are able to fix any issues I have had quickly and easily.

Cons

It mandates that all employees have to clock in/out or none of them. Wish I could pick and choose that option for each individual employee. I also wish a past visit would have some sort of marking if the ADLs have no been checked off on the caregiver app. Hopefully someday the app is expanded to include admin features.

Pros

It's very simple to make changes. It's a one stop change when opening the shift. I like being able to just type the first few letters of the name.

Cons

I do not like the open shifts page, as a scheduler I am still using Legacy because I can't see the caregivers who have been there before in green and the conflicts, on the new version, it simply shows me conflicts. I'm afraid to lose this feature when Legacy gets taken away!

I like that is is always being updated and customized. The software updates are thought out and you can tell feedback was listened to.

Cons

I dislike the glitches and errors. Very often there is a new error that is very frustrating and it takes time to fix the issue.

Cons

Sometimes it isn't as quick as I like it to be. There seems to be a lot of down time. when switching from one screen too the other.

Pros

They are always making new changes to improve the use of the site for providers.

Cons

That we cannot add a schedule on the Caregiver end, only the client side of the schedule. It is not user friendly for mobile use. Would be WONDERFUL to have an AxisCare app!

So for, loving the software and the function has cut down on a tedious process and a lot of time has been saved creating invoices and entering time into Quickbooks.

Pros

I love how everything is easy to use and to figure out. Like how the training went over most all aspects of the software and functions when beginning. Love the webinars on in-depth function of the software that is now being offered. Love how easy it is for the staff to use, cut way down on the missed punches.

Cons

I was having some difficulty with the forms and that was not covered much in the beginning but the last webinar really showed me some tricks and made it easier for me to build my own or edit what I have. The only "Con" is that the mileage does not transfer over to Quickbooks as it is documented, it transfers over a different amount than what is entered for the employees, so I have to manually count the miles they enter and put it into QB myself to get it right.

Very easy to track caregivers hours and check in check out times. Love the alert that a caregiver has failed to check in or out.

Pros

Very easy to train caregivers to use. A very intuitive interface. The phone app is wonderful and scheduling is easier.

Cons

I have not found anything I do not like. The program is very large and encompasses all aspects of our business that I have not yet gotten to thoroughly low all parts of the software.

Pros

AxisCare has a little of everything. You don't have to go place to place to look for something on a client, it's all in one place. I especially like their telephony feature. It's easy to use for my caregiver's and it reports everything back to their supervisor. They are always adding new features to their system. The thing I like about the vendor is that if you ever have an issue you may call and talk with someone to help fix it. I would highly recommend this product to someone.

Cons

Every now and then when they update part of their system there are bugs.

I wish we could highlight things on the caregivers calendars as well as add notes to the calendar concerning a certain visit. I wish you could pull up the caregiver calendar from the schedule.

Pros

I like that the software is user-friendly. I usually get a quick response to emails concerning questions that I have. Invoices reminders help with paying on time. Initiates training is schedule around client availability. They have a friendly staff that will respond to your questions with promptness and kindness.

Cons

I don't like the fact that you cannot pay your bill online; being a small business, it's just a simple task that makes a big difference in cutting down a step. I don't like the guide to the system. I would like a step-by-step guide with suggestions on best practices, especially if this is your first system. I wish more forms were readily accessible and predawn loaded with ability to modify.

I have used Axxess before and didnt like the layout at all. Axis Care lets you do everything from the site, and is very resourceful! Love it for scheduling and managing clients.

Pros

I like that you can reach caregivers from the system, and I like that you can write notes within the profile and tag necessary staff.

Cons

I wish it was more customizable towards the user.

There are so many wonderful things to say about AxisCare – where do I begin? We made the switch from ERSP to AxisCare over a year ago and have never looked back. Honestly, the difference is night and day, and it is so refreshing to use a system that actually makes the job easier! As a employee in a rather busy office environment, AxisCare allows me to have all live updates regarding our clients and caregivers at the tip of my fingers. The many features that AxisCare offers is invaluable when it comes to assisting me accomplishing daily tasks like scheduling, notating changes, making those important business connections, both effectively and efficiently. Another feature I love about this system is how user friendly it is - It was so easy and fun to learn! I would most definitely recommend this software to any business owner who is looking to maximize efficacy and help their employees excel.

Pros

This product does everything we need it to do and so much more! We are only scratching the surface on the marketing side of this software. The scheduling aspect has been great and easy. And it syncs with QB so easily. The vendor has been awesome and always responds very quickly to any questions I have and has taken note of the suggestions I have. So far, we are very pleased.

Cons

The things I don't like about the product are 1. The calendar doesn't sync with our company iCloud calendar. We would really like to be able to view everything on one calendar. 2. Again with the calendar, I would like to see a full monthly calendar with client appointments. You can see that one client at a time, but not all clients at once. The weekly client outlook calendar goes in alphabetical order, which is confusing when you are trying to look at the flow of a day. I have no complaints about the vendor.

Pros

We have been with AxisCare for almost a year now and love it! The software is web-based, which is great and easy to learn. The marketing feature for keeping track of leads and our marketing plan is very useful. Caregiver applications come straight to us via the software, which saves a lot of time and makes sure we don't miss any applicants. The software easily matches caregivers with clients. The Customer Service support is awesome; someone is always there to help; suggestions are taken seriously and, if possible, implemented.

Cons

There is no iPhone app yet. The software does work great on the iPhone by just going to Safari and typing in the web address, but an app would be quicker and easier.
