This is a wonderful tool to use to retain important information regarding clients and caregivers.

Pros

I love that I can create reports that are needed. I feel like information is easily accessible and that it is easy to use.

Cons

Would like to be able to see which user made updates to the database. At this time, when updates are made we are not able to determine who made the adds or adjustments.

i'm very happy with the product and the overall value

Pros

Easy to use, good integration between scheduling, billing, marketing, etc. Makes the day to day activities of running an agency much easier. Much easier to communicate with clients, caregivers, nurses, etc.

Cons

continue to improve self made forms option so that data that is added can populate standard fields in the software

I have used several software scheduling systems and Axiscare was the easiest to use

Pros

Being able to put on caregiver's calendar their time off. it makes it so much easier that to have to go look else wear to see if they have time off.

Cons

Not being able to add 2 authorizations like for a nurse and caregiver, so that it can determine if we would go over the authorized hours.

There have been a few instances where the software needed some enhancement, but they were responsive and made the changes quickly.

Pros

I really have enjoyed using this product. I am a scheduler for our HomeCare provider and it has enabled me to become very organized and made communication very simple!

Cons

We have issues with the app not connecting sometimes, but overall everything works very well. I know it has a lot to do with service in the area and that is understandable.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. The support we received is wonderful! The system was able to be adapted to fit the many needs of our growing agency

Cons

What we liked least is that the "How To" videos are on YouTube. At times, the volume was not able to be increased enough to hear the information. The live trainings were great, but it would have been very helpful to have a hard copy guide to utilize as our staff was using the information. Also, the ability to create careplans that could be utilized for other services would be awesome

It has been relatively easy to get technical assistance, and they don't treat you like "dumb question"

Cons

Seems like it could be a little easier to navigate from one screen to another. And, it feels like it times out too quickly.

It seems like there isn't a very good way to separate 2 disciplines work, but if you only use this for aides then it's great!

Pros

Has all of the features that I needed. The customer service ladies are awesome. They are there when I call or they call me back in a timely manner.

Cons

I put nursing ADL's in their own category but they still show up on the aide's ADL list.

It has been 2 weeks and I have like it so far, very easy.

Pros

Calendar very easy to navigate. I can see who is working with my clients, all shifts. Client profile user friendly. I like the way i can store my notes and add tabs if needed.

Cons

There is nothing negative of this new application Axis Care we are currently using. Very easy to work with.

Pros

I like that this product is easy to learn and easy to use. It makes it simple to input new clients and streamlines the Home Care process. I enjoy how we can use Telephony and scheduling with the same system to tract the ADL's for our clients.

Cons

How there are some glitches in certain screens. Home screen shows some visits unassigned but they are assigned.

Very pleased with this program.

Pros

Support is amazing! I can always count on someone. Very easy to use. Love the online application. The marketing aspect is great! Also very easy to sync with our payroll provider!

Cons

Hard to read schedule reports. Not easy to follow. Not user friendly. This would be the only thing we would change.

It has been frustrating getting customer support. I understand you are working on it but when you can't speak with someone immediately and have to leave a message it is very frustrating.

Pros

The price, forms creation (although I have not created any). I like the fact that I can keep track of any marketing.

Cons

There is not dedicated online support center. I have to always call customer support for help. The creating schedules an authorizations is complicated. The setting up the mobile apps to complicated.

Our office is one of Texas' leading companies in providing quality in home living assistance services. We NEED Axiscare to keep us going, organized, and growing. We started with a somewhat similar program before switching to Axis and I can honestly say I didn't know what we were missing until we started using Axiscare. There are so many useful components such as great marketing tools, call logs, reports, calendar management, too many to list! It's also an added bonus to know the support staff is always there to readily assist. It's extremely user friendly and has any and everything you could ever want in a home care management system!

The software is easy to use and suits my needs. I am new to the industry, so this is my only vendor I have used with scheduling software. That said, the staff has always been positive, responsive, and helpful when I need them.

Cons

I like the ability to add documents and send them to caregivers through the software like I have seen on Clearcare.

How easy it is to navigate. And if I have any questions they respond to me quickly. It's more convenient to work on when traveling and on the go. You can access by your phone, tablet or laptop.

Cons

So far there is nothing I don't like about the system. It's everything your company can benefit from.
