So probably have to discontinue the service even if we like it. Pros Its east to use. Best thing that sets axis-care apart is month to month billing without any contract. This is my third scheduling software, and while the last one was OK, it could not hold a candle to AxisCare's functionality and support. Love the Caregiver App! When will there be one for management? Linking with Google Calendar is a huge plus. The ability to view it on iPhone, iPad, PC, etc. is extremely helpful. Customer service is fantastic. Cons I wish I didn't have to re-login so often. I've also had problems removing visits from the verify schedule page lately. To remove or change visits, I have to go to the client calendar. Pros I Can easily track caregivers. Payroll calculations are a breeze. Client record keeping is very simple. Pros The service we have received form Axis Care is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my organization. We are a big company with many caregivers and clients. We are coming from another software that we had a bad experience with. Axis Care has done everything within their power to make this a transition for us. Cons There are some features we would like to see added to the system, like weekly schedules that filter over to the care plans and some other things. March 13, 2015 5.0 Pros As a new user, I was hoping to find a software that was very user-friendly with a support staff to handle any issues I may encounter. AxisCare and the support staff have been great. From the beginning, the friendly staff will setup training times with you and walk you through everything you need to know. After playing with the software attempting to teach myself, I was amazed at how much I picked up on prior to the training sessions with the support team. Easy to use is an understatement.
