Cons

Honestly can't list any, but my business partner says that she wishes they had a few more forms already designed and archived.

Create a one click clock in.

Pros

Ease of use. Lay out of calendars. Love the directions/map feature from the office and between client and caregiver.

Cons

No way to see texts and emails sent to caregivers. Cannot see what user set up shifts or changed them.

Pros

I like the ability to run reports and look at different views of client and caregiver calendars. I also like the ease of navigating from screen to screen. Everything is self-explanatory.

Cons

I wish there were less tabs. For example, when selecting a client's profile, it would be nice if all important information was on this profile page rather than needing to go to the responsible parties and notes. it just cuts out a few steps.

Right off, it handles 80% of my needs. Though I'm still working on the other 20% and because you offer customization, I'm trusting that it'll be 100%.

Cons

I would rather have a mobile app versus mobile access. Some phones and tablets don't interact at the systems optimization.

Cons

Calendars can not be seen on schedules if scheduling marketing or meeting visits, Reports for numbers are difficult and unclear

We have been using AxisCare for 18 months, and it has met and exceeded all expectations. We researched several alternatives, and Axiscare had the most functions, looked easy to use, and the cost was very reasonable. We have had awesome customer support - any questions or issues are answered quickly. AxisCare works great on my iPhone and iPad. The marketing function has helped our business grow through tracking leads and referral sources. I would recommend AxisCare to any company that is looking for a new homecare management software.

The software package has good pricing, and a pretty flexible structure. I can personalize a lot of sections for my company's specific services.

Cons

There are a few areas that cannot be adjusted once they have been set, so you'll have to delete the entire thing and start again.

Not fully translated to Spanish. Dont like that every type of user can verify visits in the Schedule.

Pros

The system has allowed our company to grow rapidly and to keep our staff on time and where they need to be every shift and every day. The telephony clock system allows the managers to track shifts, and the billing is a breeze with it.

Cons

The system could use a few more options when it comes to user, caregiver, and especially the family level access. It works as is and is not a great problem, but that would be nice.

We at Visiting Angels provide non-medical, living assistance services. We switched over to AxisCare in May of 2012. The system was very user-friendly; the transitional period was surprisingly quick and had very little issues. We have not had any major issues since we began using AxisCare. The few minor issues that we encountered were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Based on the ease of use, customer/technical support, and all-around positive experience, I would highly recommend the use of AxisCare Total Homecare Management.

This is a user-friendly homecare management program that truly benefits everyone. AxisCare makes management simple and effective with many great features such as telephony, reports, marketing management, lead management, call logs, evaluation alerts, and so much more. They also have an amazing tech support staff. Lauren is awesome and very helpful.

It's user-friendly and easy to incorporate into your business. Their staff has knowledge of my industry and is able to relate to the day-to-day struggles in the industry and offer solutions.

Cons

We have no complaints at this time. There were a few bugs in the beginning that have since been worked through. Even with those initial issues, the support staff was able to identify a resolution quickly.
