Pros

It is easy to find information. enter information, and make notes with Axis Care. It also loads quickly and makes sure to check with you at every point to make sure that any changes you are making are correct.

Cons

Axis care is very hard to use and often does not work properly with mobile devices. Which makes it very frustrating to work outside of the office.

There isn't a app for admin users. There are a few things that need tweaked, but overall I like the app.

I really like the way Axis Care is always looking to upgrade. It isn’t static. It gets better & better!

Pros

I like the fact that it is geared towards our industry. I also love the fact that it is so easy to use.

Cons

I guess it would be that my staff prefers to use the legacy calendar instead of using the beta calendar.

Pros

The product is easy to use. We can access our scheduling system anywhere. It's also made tracking marketing/sales a breeze. I have been able to really identify who are the best referral sources and also which referral sources need more attention. The support team is also fantastic.

Cons

Nothing. They are so easy to work with, and the product is easy to use.

We're very happy with Axix Care. Our Home Care Registry is brand new - and Axis Care held our hands at the beginnoing so we'd get a good start. Thank you Axis Care.

Pros

Customer Service is sensational. One Sunday, I made a mistake and didn't know how to correct it. I emailed customer support figuring I would get help Monday - but 15 minutes later I got an email with my answer!! This is how customer service is all the time. Scheduling is easy.

Cons

Some of the menu options are confusing: in particular where to find - the calendar for all caregivers.

Pros

It saves me a lot of time in staying organized. I am able to consolidate all of my files on caregivers and clients in one place. I particularly like the new feature of being able to download files of caregiver documents onto the caregiver's Axiscare page.

Cons

I would like to see the website on an app so that I don't have to lug around my laptop to meetings.

Pros

What I like best about this program is that it is very convenient. My caregivers are able to log on, view their schedules, do their care notes, view necessary information regarding their Patients, and much, much more.

Cons

There is nothing that I like least about AxisCare. AxisCare has so many features, and it's extremely easy to use.

The support for this product is great. They are very timely in their responses. You are also able to give suggestions for future upgrades. It's web-based and works on all of our devices (Windows phone, Desktops, iPads)

Cons

There are a few bugs in the reports that are being worked out but nothing that effects our daily operations.

AxisCare has been an amazing tool for our business. Being able to access the software from anywhere is a really nice tool when the managers are on call! There are so many features AxisCare provides that we enjoy such as alerts when caregivers trainings and evaluations are due, alerts that a shift has not been assigned, and being able to set clients to inactive status versus completely removing them from the system.

Pros

I really like that it is so easy to navigate your way through the pages. Some products are so confusing that you hate to even attempt to use them. I like that you can link CG's to Clients and vice versa. It makes staying on the same page with everyone very easy.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the product.

I'm not sure if it is iPad specific, but I find that inputting notes (marketing plan...call log....) while in the field is so slow that I simply don't do it anymore. I still LOVE having access to all the information in the field and wouldn't do away with my iPad for that reason--because the size of the information is so much more readable in size and ability to "click" on what I need.

Pros

The title says it all...everything is in one place and you can easily see how everything relates. Clients to caregivers. Caregivers to schedules and availability. Marketing efforts to referrals and reciprocating referrals to community partners. Quality of leads...I'd have to write a whole journal to express how there really is a relative AXIS to everything in AxisCare!

Cons

Screen font is small, especially on mobile devices/tablets. There are things I hope get added/improved, like: Ability to add more than one referral source... Drop-down lists of a contacts' classifications in alpha order (not just the order that they were put into AxisCare)... Some more auto-population features... (I know, I really should send the ideas when they are fresh on my mind, because, for example, I can't think of the specific times/things I've wished there was some auto-population.)

Axiscare software has a ton of great, user-friendly features, but the best part is their support. This is my first experience with home care software, and the AxisCare support team has been there to answer all of my questions. The training was great as well.

Cons

There isn't anything that I dislike about this product or vendor.

The software enables users to easily add information as well as other users to the program. The software also allows users to compile tons of data and customize the output for analytics reports.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about the product. It would be nice if users could set alarms on the calendar for meeting reminders.

I like your software but can't use all the functions. It needs to be mobile friendly. Need GPS clock in/out. It would be good if you have an app for it that is simpler to use. We just need great scheduling, GPS clock in/out, integrate with QuickBooks, and be able to sort out reports. Thanks

Pros

Great functions for administrator. Office functions are great. Scheduling is made simple and easy to fill in gaps within shifts,.

Cons

It's not quite intuitive and requires on going training. Not mobile friendly. Too many bells and whistles. Administrator don't need all those functions.

I really like the easy options available for clocking in and out of my shift. I also appreciated that it was easy to use with other features.

Cons

I do wish they had a w2 option, like something that can keep track of texas and withdrawals for tax returns.
