Pros AxisCare is very user-friendly. Everything I need is accessible from the dashboard, and running reports are a breeze. It's not often, but when I need help, their Customer Support team is fantastic. They remember who we are, where we are, what we do, and what we need. I've never had to wait more than an hour for them to fix my issues. Cons I have no complaints about AxisCare. We've been with them for almost 3 years and have no intentions on switching! Our first priority was Customer Service and ease of use. Axis Care came out top for accessibility to customer service. Being in our locality, it made it so much more desirable for us because we can reach them when we need them. Cons Coming from the previous software agency I used to AxisCare has been like a breath of fresh air. I have no complaints. Cons Clocking in and out PSW's. Caregivers are able to clock in and out, because the system tells them they are not in the location. PSW can clock out, but not clock in. Review Source EA Eva A. I have tried two other vendors and didn't like the system it was too complicated and a lot of features were missing. What I like about Axis is you are willing to modify the system for what best fits your clients needs, and that is always a winning service/product! It is very user-friendly after you learn the program. It really is the total package! The support staff is great too. I love that AxisCare software is built by a home care agency for home care agencies. It's very easy to navigate and they've thought of almost everything you may need now or in the future as your company grows. Growth and communication are so much easier with Axiscare.
