AxisCare is very user-friendly. In the homecare business, AxisCare makes everything so easy to keep track of. Whoever designed this software has covered all the bases.

AxisCare is really easy to use and cuts down a ton on the time required to staff jobs. Since implementing AxisCare 2 years ago, we have seen 200% growth each of the last two years. It has made all of the difference for us. The marketing/CRM piece alone is worth the price.

This product is EVERYTHING you need and more. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Pros

AxisCare is very user-friendly. Everything I need is accessible from the dashboard, and running reports are a breeze. It's not often, but when I need help, their Customer Support team is fantastic. They remember who we are, where we are, what we do, and what we need. I've never had to wait more than an hour for them to fix my issues.

Cons

I have no complaints about AxisCare. We've been with them for almost 3 years and have no intentions on switching!

As a new agency, it is important for us to research the market and do our due diligence when it comes to scheduling software. Our first priority was Customer Service and ease of use. Axis Care came out top for accessibility to customer service. Being in our locality, it made it so much more desirable for us because we can reach them when we need them. Also, judging from the response from other franchise owners and review from caregivers, the software is very user friendly.

More ways to do tasks. Where it'seasy to navigate from different pages to reach the same page and vice versa I also like the fact that we can creat forms and applications related to our prefrence

Does not have a left click to take you places. Other softwares i have used we could click on the clients name left click and a list would pop up has all chioces what to do with the order

The product is very easy to use but at the same time very flexible to the process of your company.

Cons

Coming from the previous software agency I used to AxisCare has been like a breath of fresh air. I have no complaints. They don't have a mobile version, but that Is simply because when they release or add on to their product, they ensure that it adds value to their customer.

Axiscare is an amazing program! It has clean lines, and is very easy to use. My managers have been able to learn how to use basic features of Axiscare within minutes of use, and the more advanced features a very short time after that.

Its a good program easy to learn ans use, but its missing some very important features, that will make the coordinators job easier

Pros

I like the display and features like, texting Caregivers, Calendars, view of calendar, notes, reports.

Cons

Clocking in and out PSW's. Caregivers are able to clock in and out, because the system tells them they are not in the location. PSW can clock out, but not clock in.

Pros

I like the system overall. I have tried two other vendors and didn't like the system it was too complicated and a lot of features were missing. What I like about Axis is you are willing to modify the system for what best fits your clients needs, and that is always a winning service/product!

I think work a little more on your customer service and training.

Do not have to use paper for documenting is very helpful. The staff like it a lot and they were very thankful for transition.

Cons

Would like to be able to copy forward schedule into next month. It may be a way to do so but I am not sure how to. I reached out to someone and I was not able to get assistance.

This product is easy to use and I can find everything I need. I like the fact that I have the option of calling customer service when I need assistance and the reps are always eager to help and offer on-line training if I need it.

Cons

The system changes dates and times without us doing so and we have not been able to resolve this issue as of it.

I love how many different options AxisCare has to choose from. It is very user-friendly after you learn the program. It really is the total package! The support staff is great too.

Cons

It has a little bit of a learning curve at first, but after you get it You will love it! I think some of that was our fault for rushing into it so fast.

It took me 3 years to decide on a software and AxisCare has been a wonderful change from paper and pencil and lots of phone work to computerized staffing. I love that AxisCare software is built by a home care agency for home care agencies. It's very easy to navigate and they've thought of almost everything you may need now or in the future as your company grows. Growth and communication are so much easier with Axiscare.

Easy to use and customization of tabs and pages. You get good value for a great product comparable to the best competition out there.

Cons

User interface needs improvement. No mobile access for admin users. Would be very helpful if this feature is included.

They have the best customer service staff, from sales to tech support, to customer service. Hands down the best. Everyone, no matter who you speak with, is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and will respond to questions and inquiries quickly.

Cons

Format when creating assessments and care plans. Not able to delete clients.
