Support has been great, especially with my weird, company specific, problems!

Pros

Form creation works well for the various data I need, the ease of data entry and intuitiveness of the forms are helpful.

Cons

I cannot give an adequate answer at this time, I am too new of a user. After I log some time in, I will be more qualified to answer.
