I am able to dispatch, arrive, and close out my own calls. The tablets allow for constant communication between me as a tech and all office personnel. The tech app itself comes with a presentation tool to help land more sales, along with an option to attach images of before/after work performed. Overall, a seamless product! highly recommend.
