Our University has grown tremendously from a few programs to over 464 programs since switching from UniverseIT to Classe365. Our instructors and students are extremely pleased with Classe365. And if a query gets escalated it is resolved fast. It is also easy to capture marks and locate marks. Pros It is fast and easy to use. Gradebooks are easy to find and populate. Cons If you search a name then it will pop up everything that has those characters in it. Perhaps if the initial search can pop up at the top and the rest below would help with time as one then need to scroll through a massive list with students that has the same name/relevant/or same characters in their name. For example if I search Joha, it gives all the Johannes/Johan in the middle names instead of the initial first name search and then I need to scroll through the students to find the right one. Unfortunately, after booking 3 meetings with them, no one ever attends the meeting and the one time they did, the consultant was incredibly rude and seemed in a hurry to leave the meeting which is what left me with so much confusion to start with. However, Need to take another look at the archiving features in Classe365. It should be possible to archive students even without the Alumni module Pros LMS is the most important and effective module. Its functionalities and features are quite useful to both faculty and learners and it is user friendly. The Student Information Portal is clear and easy to use. The grading and assessment are fantastic features. Reports are equally great Cons Finance Module is very cumbersome. Additionally integration of the invoicing module with 3rd party accounting systems can be problematic and does not always integrate well during use. Schedules and Communication module is somewhat difficult to use. Graduation module is difficult to use and takes an unusually long time to graduate students to a new class at the end of the school year. Reason for choosing Classe365 Reviews were positive, and had demonstration meetings with Classe365 sales team and were satisfied it will meet our needs. During this years we needed some assistance and the team it was always disposable to answer our questions and resolve little problems. Sometimes they add new add ons with that tasks to the software and included at new versions. During 5 years we follow the growing of Classe365 from a small to a global company. They growth but they continuous to answer us like when they were small and this is very good and unfortunately never happen with companies that growing sow fast. Ashley continues to be disposable to Big and small companies and that's very good! Pros Classe365 have all the modules that our school needs with a sample intuitive and nice design. All the software it's easy to use from our team and from our students. Cons would be great if the financial module could have connection with Portuguese invoice software with Government financial rules in Portugal. Reason for choosing Classe365 All of this companies try to sell us service, they try to bill us internal or external consultant. With some of them I had 10 meetings with 100 guys and nothing happens... Others was purpose to implement and charges all the process.... They are performed to sell to Big companies and don't know how to work with middle companies. Classe365 simplified not only the software's to manage schools and universities but as well the process to implement this softwares, training their clients and give them support. Administrator Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Classe365 User Since 2021 And Still Loving It" August 8, 2023 4.0 When we first set up with Classe365, the support team was fantastic in helping us getting everything set up. We had spent countless hours and live calls with them to ensure all the student data was imported, the CRM tool allowed to transfer new admission data to our student management database, and LMS was set up correctly. They understood that if we were set up for success from the beginning, then there would be less problems once we launched Classe365 to our students. Our teachers and students love Classe365 because they can access through their mobile (app) and teachers can communicate via social platform. All of the teaching notes, videos, discussions are also available for our students to reference. Since 2021 when we first started using this tool, it has made a tremendous difference in the entire process (in-take, admission, student management, LMS, reporting, payments) in how our school is operated. Pros The interface is easy to use, set up is straigthforward and dynamic, has many integration options (Zoom, Quickbooks, PandaDoc) that allows for a seamless transition, response time from the tech support team is quick and thorough, and they're constantly evolving to make sure they stay relevant in the industry. Cons Classe365 has their general onboarding documents, and we have created our own onboarding documents that are specific to our school for our admininstrator, teachers, and students. The issue we run into is that there are new functionalities being introduced constantly (which is a good thing) but this requires us to constantly update our own onboarding documents to reflect the new changes. The administrator may be informed of the new changes but can be tricky to communicate these changes to the students/teachers. We are also a small business so we don't always have the time to review all of the new functionalities so would be great if we can speak to a representative once in awhile to review whether we can adapt these new tools/functionalities to our business model. Alternatives considered [Google Classroom](https://www.capterra.com/p/186631/Google-Classroom/) Reason for choosing Classe365 I chose Classe365 over alternative products because it is an affordable one-stop shop platform for a small business and this product is dynamic enough for large institutions as well. I was also able to speak with their team before we decided to go with this platform and they were able to answer and address all of the questions I had which reassured me that this tool would make our lives easier from administrators to teachers to students. This product is well thought out to capture all of the processes from in-take to student learning and management. They don't stay status quo and are always evolving to be better and stay updated to the latest learning tools. Highly recommend it. Almost all manual processes and forms were shifted to become digital and automated. This reduces paperwork and minimizes errors due to manual processing. This also helps our students to manage and view end of program and end of term grades and soon clearances. Hopefully more comprehensive features designed for tertiary/college education will be added to the existing comprehensive features. Pros Classe365 is an epitome of a school management system. It has comprehensive features that provides services from admissions to graduation. The platform is easy to navigate and manage making it accessible for all types of users.
