Pros Classe365's platform is very easy to use, price is quite reasonable, and the modules we have subscribed to are very useful. The support is absolutely outstanding! There is always someone available to speedily and patiently help when you need assistance. New features and improvements are constantly added. Also, if you need a functionality, you can suggest it for future development, meaning they care about their clients' needs. Cons I would have liked to have a bit more flexibility to customise some functions according to our institution's specific needs. The Knowledgeable is a helpful start but if we request extra detail, the staff come through for us. If we see something needed and they hear the same need from other institutions, Classe365 will roll out the feature. It's been very impressive to see the development of the software. Support is excellent. I never have to wait long for responses to my inquiries. Pros Classe365 is easy to set up. It has many video and written tutorials that assist in setting the system up for my clients. With its modular implementation, it makes it inexpensive especially for small institutions. Cons Some features are lacking especially in the forms section. It would be ideal to include conditional logic to make the forms more professional. Cons The storage space is a bit small to these institutions like GoEast Mandarin. It would be great if they could use a feature that compress and save the storage of all files, like documents, ppt, videos and audios. This multi-service platform offers a powerful SIS, a complete LMS, a very useful CRM, and the most important thing: it connects the whole educational community (parents, students, teachers and administrators). The fact that it is web-based, makes it very useful, always available and very affordable. The price beats any other competitor. Since it is modular, you can get what you need and you don’t have to pay extra money. We are using it in Latin America and it is incredible the way in which it adapts to almost every educational situation and need. No doubt it is a great tool for today’s schools. Pros The software is really user friendly and there are so many articles and resources to help organisations set everything up, not to mention the support staff are really patient and will work with you to resolve any issues. Since implementing the software in 2019, it has dramatically improved efficiencies in our student enrolment and reporting processes. Cons There are still a few features it would be good to see improved as part of the core subscription including more flexibility with scheduling in the program (e.g. being able to schedule multiple classes and resources at once). As well as an integration with Outlook calendar so spaces can be booked through the program. It would also be good to have the ability to duplicate whole term schedules to save in having to create each term's schedule from scratch. Review Source Gary S. Pros When evaluated a software we could use to deploy for the Universities, Vocational Training Centers and Colleges, Class365 turned out to be the most flexible one. A great and intuitive user interface makes it easy to deploy the software even with not so experienced users. The API integration capabilities allow us to connect to other systems such as student loans etc. Cons I would not know anything our users or students would not like about the software. Pros We chose Classe365 because of the online accessibility from any computer or device. This has made it possible for us as administration, teachers, and support staff to take control of roll marking, student information and online learning from anywhere at the school premises or outside of school. The support staff has been excellent. They have listened to our suggestions for improvements, and have helped us out where possible with any issues we encountered. The platform is easy to use, and intuitive. Cons There have been a few things that we have worked with support staff to resolve. Mainly to do with synchronising our existing practices with the features of Classe365. I have not yet had an opportunity to see the new and improved version, so cannot comment on whether or not these issues have all been solved. Pros The customer service team's flexible approach to making modifications to suit individual client requirements. At first, I found the software lacked the necessary back-office accounting functions. This was resolved in a very timely manner by one of the customer reps. who went to great lengths to study each aspect of my concerns and ensured that the software was modified to incorporate our exact requirements. Considering it is was not originally intended for full accounting use, it has now incorporated functions which are much more user-friendly and necessary for the billing, receipt and debtor analysis functions of accounting Cons We would now like to see the software expanded further to adequately incorporate our HR requirements.
