Pros

Ease of usage. Easy to upload invoices and check status of invoices. Easy to see where invoice is in payment systems.

The amount of notifications you receive.

It is a positive overall experience. It is an intuitive program that even someone who was not familiar with Ledes billing could figure our quickly. As someone who uses multiple programs to bill different clients, I can say that LegalX is truly one of the easiest that I use.

Pros

It is easy to bill clients and get updates on billing rule changes all in one place. It allows us to keep our clients up to date on cases and manage case assignments.

Cons

It is really an easy program. I have no complaints about LegalX. We have been using it for 15 years or more and it has only improved in that time.

Reasons for choosing Legal-X

We are not able to chose this product. We are a law firm and the client that hires us dictates within what program they are billed.
