Pros: In my opinion, no other online reservation company can compete with FareHarbor's professionalism or software platform.

FareHarbor values a tour business no matter how small or large it is. Team members have specific expertise in generating tour sales online: digital marketing, Google Analytics tracking, SEO analysis, website design and so much more. Furthermore, I have a great rapport with my awesome Account Manager who is always looking out for my best interests. She is responsive to my emails and scheduling a time discuss issues that take more time.

Friendly and knowledgeable team members and advanced reservation technology are some of the many reasons why Fare Harbor's astonishing growth skyrocketed in just 5 years!

Cons: Two things that would be great with one-click instead of several steps: deleting a tour and changing a tour time.

Pros: We love how payments are handled in conjunction with reservations, so we don't have to manually enter any payments made. We can easily track what clients owe.

Cons: **not about the software but we don't like that we keep getting a new account manager every six months. Everybody starts the same, talking about how they are going to help track our sales, etc., then it's silence, then new account manager.. It's hard to build a relationship with a human this way, and its easy to feel like you are dealing with a faceless organization that doesn't know us.

Awesome! They have never let us flounder!

Pros: Very easy to use with amazing tech support and client manager. From the beginning, they have been there for us and still are!

Cons: Would like guides to receive a automatic detailed manifest rather than having them sign in for it. Tax & fees regarding gift certificates/cards has been a minor issue.

Overall: Easier to use than Peek Pro & Gizo. Major improvement on support!

Remarkably flexible. Does everything I need it to do. Support people look for ways to help my biz.

Pros: Cleverly flexible. Has configurable settings to do all sorts of customizing of available time slots, staffing, pricing, etc. I never run into something I wish it would do that it doesn't already do. I know there are portions I am not even using that would probably benefit me even more.

Easy to populate initially. I really don't remember much about that process because the FareHarbor people did most of it for me.

The support team calls me from time to time to check if they can help me configure my upcoming seasonal schedule or anything else. Sometimes they contact me to notify me of new features I might be interested in. They spread non-competitive information about their other customers' experiences that might benefit me with regard to managing reviews, working with affiliates, working with concierges, etc.

Integrates with Viator and Expedia and other resellers. Has never ever been unavailable.

Cons: It can't be both endlessly configurable/customizable and fast/simple at the same time. So I feel like there are a lot of clicks to get done what I need. I can't think of how to eliminate clicks though without eliminating features.

Beyond that, I am reaching for ideas. Perhaps if there were some sort of integration with our QuickBooks accounting software that would be helpful.

Because I am on it all day every day, perhaps an android app would be better than accessing it from the browser on my phone, but I am not sure how beneficial that would be.

I am unsure how they could do it, but they as a company don't have any web presence that drives visitors to their vendors. Back when Zozi was around, they had a website that steered people to their customers but that was a different business model.

I can't complain about the cost. I pay them so little that I wonder how their business model works.

But I really have to get creative to think of any shortcomings. None that are software related.

Overall: I wrote a review for software that I use. I don't know what Capterra really does, but I might look to see if I can find a substitute for QuickBooks accounting software here.

Pros: The versatility it allows for my many varied events from my haunted house where I need super fast POS to a very flexible yet descriptive online booking system for my Escape Rooms and Mystery Dinner shows.

Cons: Because the software allows so much, it is a bit technical to update everything yourself (like adding specific discounts to current and future events that you want to turn off and on frequently). Luckily, every time I've needed to contact Fareharbor to ask for help, they are patient, fast and professional and either walk me through the update or take care of it themselves without making me feel badly about contacting them.

Overall: Increased revenue and a significant time reduction in dealing with bookings.

Pros: Easy to add new offerings, photos, easy communication with guests & affordable for a small business. Automatic follow up emails are super helpful feature!

Cons: No staff availability option/calendar integration, no equipment roster for trips or rentals, multi-days don't block out all days they are out on the calendar which would be a helpful visual for scheduling and it would be interesting to have google analytics integrated in the fareharbor system. Maybe I just don't know how to do some of these things.

Overall: Better customer service, guest communication, easier to prepare for trips with guest rosters and good customer service from Fareharbor to help get tasks done that don't seem intuitive.

Pros: The software is very clean and easy to use. The team at Fare harbor is, by far, the best company we have partnered with in our 20 years in business. The team has a young vibrant approach to business with an obvious willingness to please and get things done. In addition, being from an engineering background I know when I'm talking to people that know what they are talking about. It is so refreshing to work with the Fare Harbor folks.
My wife and I both looked on line for negative reviews on FH and neither of us could find a single bad report, "that's nearly impossible," but you have achieved this, Congratulations!
We are delighted that our family has joined your family.

Cons: Other than a small bookkeeping issue, where we require an extra field or two in the reports area and which is being addressed, there aren't any Cons to date.

Overall: It's making our back end booking system very easy and clean.

Pros: Fareharbor is totally customer focused. They work to help us grow our business. You hear businesses say these things but usually they are only looking to grow their business. Fareharbor's customer support is the best we have ever used. Most of the service is easy to use but when you need that extra help, Fareharbor is always there to help with staff that are professional and know the product well. They both save us money and at the same time help us grow our business and make more profits.

The bottom line is if you have a business that takes reservations, you should be using Fareharbor.

Cons: While I think the service is easy to use, I hope (and know) it will get easier and move powerful each month. Fareharbor is constantly updating the service and the updates are mostly transparent to us and to our clients. I really don't have anything even a little negative to say about Fareharbor.

Overall: Makes signing up for our programs easier for our clients and easier for us to manage.

Pros: Ease of use - the backend is simple to navigate, events are simple to add, delete and modify. Customer support - they have a solution and answer to everything. I've yet to get a no from them.

Cons: It can be difficult to customize (or understand how to customize) reports. Fonts styles and graphics could be a little more high-end, or offer the option to be more high end, to reflect more premium brands.

Pros: - Great online booking platform. A huge improvement to our older system
- Great customer support that accompanies the software.
- Reporting looks great.
- So far it has been quite customizable to fit many of our needs.

Cons: - So far it hasn't been the easiest to incorporate for our retail sales (issues with accepting Canadian debit. Printer set up not so straighforward. Refunds for non-US banks are not straightforward if you don't have an upcoming payout)

Pros: The ease of use, I'm not good with computers but this makes the whole process smooth as silk. Most times I have been able to figure out how to do/change something with the use of the "Help Center" and when I couldn't a simple call and it was done!!!

Cons: I Can honestly say I have not found anything to complain about at all, EVERY person I've contacted by phone or email has helped me asap without delay and to my fullest satisfaction.

Pros: easy to use, it makes sense it's logical which I found is not the case with other systems that I tried to implement and the support is beyond words, they were able to design the system to suit my business very quickly and efficiently

Cons: not a single thing, I haven't found anything that this system can't do for my business, occasionally a glitch pops up with an API but the support team get on to it immediately to rectify it and are in constant contact to make sure we are happy

Pros: Pretty much everything. Never had issues with customer service, was simple enough to learn so new hires had no issues.

Cons: Not cheap, but it was a large company that was buying it and sometimes the ease of use is worth the extra cost

Pros: It is very easy for staff to use and even those who are not tech savvy are able to pick up using the system very quickly. There is great versatility in the kinds of products able to be created and days of availability.

Pros: While the features of this software are plentiful and easy to use, we most enjoy the prompt, friendly customer support available to us through FareHarbor. Our Account Manager, Kristin, always delivers excellent work even when we provide her with information that can be unclear. She is a fantastic liaison between our business and FareHarbor Support, and she seems to go out of her way to ensure we're using FareHarbor to the best of our ability by facilitating appointments with FareHarbor support for us to learn how to make minor changes on the backend of our website, answering questions in a timely manner, and implementing new information to our website on a weekly basis.

Cons: One feature we enjoy least about this software is its mobile functionality. While it's certainly compatible with mobile devices, it's not always the most mobile-friendly in terms of working behind the scenes and formatting. Some examples include trouble viewing booking notes and updating manifests, text appearing too large, pictures a bit out of focus, etc. However, any adjustments we ask to be made in terms of format are quickly resolved by FareHarbor Support.

On another note, there are times when we make adjustments in the dashboard ourselves - without the help of customer support. Yet, often those changes still have to be submitted to FareHarbor support staff, so they can make those amendments appear on our website to customers. It feels repetitive. If those small changes could automatically be reflected on the website, we feel both our staff and customer support staff could become more efficient.

Finally, there seem to be plenty of features available at FareHarbor of which we users are unaware. For instance, our website was outdated and desperately needed some attention. We weren't aware we could get a website upgrade, or makeover if you will, until a support staff member reached out to us about that possibility directly. Perhaps implementing a list of available features - especially those that are at no additional cost - to all users would be a positive change all around and would ensure use all parties are using FareHarbor to the best of their ability.

Pros: Ease of use, incredible customer service and compatibility with multiple platforms. Anytime I need additional support, it's a quick phone call or email away.

Cons: Cost. It's very expensive but the return on my investment absolutely justifies the cost. The amount of support, additional services and all of the aforementioned pros make it the single-most important sales purchase we've ever made.

Overall: Increased sales, a platform to share information, easy invoicing and reporting.

Pros: It's ease of use in adding and maintaining products and schedules. Also good reporting on deposits, manifests etc. Fareharbor allows us to offer a variety of discount codes, price points and other customization's. The biggest advantage for us is the easy integrations and sales using Trip Advisor and expedia partners.

Pros: fair harbor has made it posable for me to bring my business to were it is now fair harbor was a perfect fit from day one

Overall: I was able to build one boat 3day a week to two boats 7 days operation in less than two years

Pros: The software vendor really holds your hand throughout the set up process, all the while ensuring that you learn how to work the system back end and tailor-make the solution for your business. Excellent customer support with easily available, informative and friendly account managers. I cannot fault the system or the support.

Cons: Like all such software solutions, the back end is a tad clunky, but the more you use it the more intuitive it becomes. Of course there is always the brilliant support from the account manager when you hit a wall!

Overall: Cost effective, fully customisable solution for my small but growing tour company in Northern Ireland. Excellent customer support, technical knowledge, friendly account managers and aftersales assistance. Makes marketing and selling my products a breeze, content in the knowledge that my account manager is there for support and assistance, whatever the issue.

Cons: The only difficulty I have had with FareHarbor is training others to use. There is so much to remember it is a lot to train an employee on.

Pros: The software doesn't have any glitches/bugs which means people can book the tours with just a few clicks and it always works - cross browser, tablets, smartphones, etc. This has greatly increased our bookings.
Very easy to use, we learned how to navigate and use the software in just a few hours.
Extremely rapid customer service which is crucial when you are running a tour company and need extra help or have a question.

Overall: We have greatly increased our bookings by using Fareharbor as a booking system on our website.

Pros: Flexibility and being able to condense trips for better/easier consumer experience. The Support team is AWESOME and quick to respond to issues. our new Account Manager Peyton has went above and beyond helping to set up new more condensed calendars/funnel and a new dashboard to separate 2 companies which will save me tons of time.

Cons: Think the calendar should be able to roll/copy a skeleton to the next year--so everthing would not have to be redone every year

Pros: Best part is the customer service. Very easy to get in touch with and always professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to add headlines to bookings if a trip gets cancelled or modified to let all of our employees up to date. Our company also uses NAVIS HUB migration which can talk to Fareharbor making to easy to process credit card transactions and add booking notes to existing reservations.

Cons: I don't very little cons about this software. Sometimes when you pull up a trip manifest it can be a little slow, but that is the only thing I can think of.

Overall: User friendly, intuitive, easy to add or cancel trips. Excellent customer support makes quicker bookings and higher revenues.

Pros: One of the best aspects of FareHarbor is the quality of people they employee and the customer service they provide. Their booking software is expansive and can do whatever I might need. It does things I didn't even know I needed and now couldn't work without. If I can't figure out how to do something, they are a call or email away and quickly answer any question. They provide so much training, support, and tour expertise that they have become a valued part of my team. They literally are the best company I have ever come across. They understand what a tour company needs and have made the software for it.

Overall: It is user-friendly, reliable, and provides peace of mind knowing it is always ready to get every important reservation. It automatically sends out confirmation, reminder, and thank you emails. I wish I would have found FareHarbor a long time ago.

Pros: FareHarbor is easy and simple to use on the back end and for our guests, yet has many functional options to allow us to do what we need to do without being restricted. And I absolutely LOVE FareHarbor's support system. We've used two reservations systems prior to you and NEVER had this kind of speedy help. Every single time we need help or have questions or issues, I'm able to get quick assistance and resolution by either phone OR email...regardless of the day or time. It takes so much stress off of us as a small business. Thank you guys!!!

Pros: It¿s designed for the tourism world specifically. Which is appropriate for my business. They are connected to TripAdvisor at thier headquarters which was a huge appeal as that was supposed to assist in retaining the good reviews.

Cons: It¿s designed for big tour companies not small boutique companies. There was no check in component and now there is but it¿s three steps to check some in. The software I use now is a quick Check mark. Customer service was phone call only and rough. There is no way to form and desperate excell spread sheet or report of certain Types of sales. I was shopping around other software like this and rather than having a conversation with me on how they can keep me they just shut me down. Even in the opening interview they said they didn¿t know if they wanted me to join the team... yuck. Not good for a small business that brings in a modest amount and needs minimal yet major accounting tasks and auditing tasks completed. This was just too complicated and I¿ve been in the industry for 10 years.

Pros: Easy to integrate into our website. Seamless customer checkout.. Support team fast and friendly...every person I have talked to has been amazingly helpful....The number one PRO...since implementing FareHarbor our business has grown 488% in revenue in 1 year, in large part to FareHarbor.

Cons: It is so full of features that it takes a bit of time to master, though when I do hit a wall, the support team is right on it.

Overall: Total bookings have increased since impleminting this software

Cons: so far the system has been better than any of their competitors in functionality. i pay some process fees now compared to a prior system i was grandfathered in with but the rate is still competitive

Pros: The flexibility of the system is so incredible that you are able to "slice your cake" 100 ways. It can be overwhelming but liberating at the same time. You don't have to change your processes to fit in a pre-designed box (for the most part). Another plus is the FareHarbor team's work ethic... it is something to be proud of partnering with. Finally, and by far the most impactful and important accolade is their commitment to making it easy on your customers. What is better than making it easy for people to buy what you are selling? They have an entire department that is dedicated to this goal. Overall, the best systems conversion we've made ever.

Cons: With flexibility comes complexity. It is a very complex system to learn, which can be a little paralyzing if you like to have total control. However, their support staff is 100% willing to do make the changes you need if you are ok with giving the controls over to them.

Overall: It has increased our quality and quantity of performance. It has also increased our likelihood of online sales.

Pros: We like having the freedom to customize our dashboard for our unique needs. It is easy to make, track, change, or correct bookings without risk of losing data. Our agents are admittedly not computer savvy, yet they all enjoy using FareHarbor, and it was easy to train them. Most of all, we really appreciate the immediate support we get from the customer service department when faced with challenges. Everyone involved has been helpful, but in articular, Matt stands out because of his willingness to understand our product, and explain the intricacies of the software functionality.

Cons: It's difficult to be critical since we are getting everything we need from FareHarbor. I think this is already in the works, but if we could have a way to transfer customer payment information over to our other product dashboard that would be great.

Pros: Extremely easy for customers to navigate on the front side of our website, has made bookings as a whole to come more in more conveniently and accurately than when we were booking everyone over the phone! The report functions are such a time saver at the end of a season! Fareharbor's customer support service is absolutely outstanding as well.

Cons: A bit clunky when getting things started. I wish there was a true 'preview' or 'test' mode we could work in when creating new items/adjusting (to view what the customer will walk through). Additionally I would LOVE some organization tools in regards to custom fields, customer types, etc! Folders of sorts would be great in the future! :)

Overall: Too many to list, and we're just starting to really utilize it. :)

Pros: We found that the software was very easy to set up and once going was very intuitive on the backend. Our customers seem to also like using it. Fareharbor allows us to have a much higher level of customer service.

Cons: Honestly, I cant think of many things that we like least. The only problem we have encountered is that we use large format tickets and originally the software didn't accommodate our ticket stock but since then they have made changes to accommodate custom tickets.

Overall: We found that the software allowed us to have a much higher level of customer service.

Pros: Customer support like no other. I have used three other softwares and besides being clumsy, when I had a problem, there was no one there to help me. I get 24/7 support and the software is super versatile.

Cons: If I had a complaint, sometimes I have someone book multiple sessions in a row and it is a little slow to ad the additional time slots. That is a very minor inconvenience for the benefits I reap using Fareharbor.

Pros: For the most part I find everything really easy to use. Every once in a while I need a little help, usually for harder things like developing a new tour.

Cons: I wish there was an ap for Android phone or tablet users! I also wish there was a way to see how everyone paid at a glance each day. I have to go to each person's booking to add up who paid cash, check or charge for the whole day.

Pros: Easy for my customers and for my year end accounting. The descriptions and presentation of my tour offerings is also very professional and probably helps sell the product.

Cons: Not ideal for my kind of business. I offer a variety of tours, durations, and start times. If I have to block out dates or parts of dates, it can get tedious. But it works well enough to keep me in. And I'm not a big volume business so I appreciate FareHarbor putting up with me.

Pros: The best feature is that our customers can see our availability and pricing before, or instead, of calling.

Cons: I still have to watch our bookings very closely. There is still chances of double-booking between the software and call-in bookings.

Pros: Customer support is available any time at any hour. They immediately will address any issue or fix any problem. Their booking service is completely adaptable.

Cons: A little confusing about using all of the features. Requires a lot of guidance, which is readily available.

Pros: Easy to use, quick payment. Booking is all done online, and I just show up and take people on tours.

Cons: Phone support is slow to answer calls. Get put on recording for too long. This is my only complaint.

Overall: They made me a mobile website which increased my business tremendously. All booking is handled online, so I now longer have to answer the phone much.

Pros: The ease of operation on a day-to-day basis. Efficient system for taking reservations and assiting with scheduling.

Cons: I struggled with some of the larger scheduling edits. Some additions and retractions were carried over by my previous manager (not Fareharbor's manager), and I had trouble solving the issue. Customer Service immediately solved my problem though.

Overall: Forecasting our daily tours and communicating to guests visiting our distillery.

Pros: Pros: It is great to be live online and allow guests to reserve at their convenience with no chance of overbooking. It is wonderful to be able to see what is happening to reservations while at home or on the go. Customer service is always very friendly and helpful. All of our staff has liked the ease of booking and check-in. We were very happy when they unrolled the shopping cart feature. We were with our old reservation system for many years, but have found it pretty easy to adapt. Report section has a lot helpful information.

Cons: There is a learning curve to creating and changing items. I have found it easier to call customer support for some of the big changes. Discount application could be better. We have some fees that can't be discounted so have to manually add the discount to every person instead of once for the group. Time consuming when making a large reservation. We have also found that loading large reservations is slow. While you can schedule staff, there is no clock-in/clock-out feature which would be great for hourly employees. We would also love for guests to be able to see and adjust their reservations and for FareHarbor to build an online store that integrates into the system. Needs better integration with SmartWaiver.

Overall: Online bookings available 24/7 with no worry of overbooking.

Pros: I love the support, the Fareharbor team is relentless in their pursuit of my satisfaction. Whenever I have a small issue their team is only a phone call away.

Cons: The backend can be complex at times. With such a feature rich piece of software the settings can feel daunting but their support has always helped me through.

Overall: Our online bookings have definitely increased and our backend is much more organized.

Pros: It is intuitive and our customers have remarked how easy it is to use. From the back end it is simple to make changes and the software offers so many options. It's as much a marketing tool as booking software. When changes are made to the software it is easy to figure out. No lengthy training sessions or manuals needed.

Pros: It is great for our business as the 3rd party to have an access to correct inventory. Easy to make reservations and quick service for our guests.
Fantastic customer service - our rep has been amazing to deal with! Quick answer, great communication, always trying to help!

Cons: Would like to see better integration of the reports being able to turn them into invoices. It is not easy to keep track of who paid us for the bookings we made but not collected payments, unless we are using excel, making invoices and adding payments manually.
Also, I won't give me a detail reports on how some of the deposits were paid with us (cash, credit card, room charge). We collect some deposits and some trips we only make reservations for.

Pros: The support is great - they are able to create workarounds when needed, and are super responsive. The software is very flexible.

Cons: There aren't any workable methods for instructors to manage their availability which then would generate availability on the booking platform. Also, no summer camp style option. Please expand guys!

Pros: I have used other booking software but my business gets charged with the tranaction fee, when guests book online with fareharbor the booking fee is passed on to the customer.

Cons: The software is very involved, and so it is sometimes difficult to train new employee on the system, however once learned it is a great system.

Pros: Every time I call your support department, they are courteous, helpful and go out of their way to find a solution. It's nothing short of amazing in this day and age to have a department trained so well. Whoever is training and hiring for this department deserves a raise. Amazing job.

Cons: Software can be a little more intuitive, but usually I send an email to my rep or support and it's done within 24 hrs.

Overall: More sales, better customer service, and faster turnaround for customers.

Pros: Very responsive to questions. Helpful with implementing changes and proactive with looking for ways to increase conversions.

Cons: Cost is billed to the customer at a pretty high percentage of sale price. I wish there was a way to pay Fareharbor directly. Relatively steep learning curve; the support is helpful, but they often just do whatever I need done for me instead of teaching me how to do it. There are some tasks that seem to take way too many clicks and screens.

Pros: This has been a life saver for our small rafting business. It does almost everything!! The support staff was great in helping set this up for us and I helped build it which was a great way to learn the system. This res system has truly made our lives easier and has unified our company. Can not thank them enough. Our guides and reservationists LOVE it. I do almost everything in my iPhone and it is very comparatively with the small screen. Fareharbor is wonderful and I recommend them to everyone.

Cons: There is little I do not like. I wish there were additions to the system like being able to send invoices with in the system and a way to track employees and all there certifications and renewal dates.

Pros: Could not be easier to use. Great customer service. FareHarbor constantly upgrades their system and works with us to make improvements. The FareHarbor team responds to issues and inquiries immediately and resolve things appropriately. We have never had an issue go unresolved. They listened to our needs and helped us customize our FareHarbor experience to suit. It has performed near flawlessly for three years. Our online reservations jumped from 6 per month to 25 or so per month almost immediately after deploying FareHarbor. Guests love the interface and ease of use. We love the cost to us (nothing) and the dramatic increase in direct bookings. They also redesigned our website. Updates to our website are only an email away and the end result looks and functions perfectly. We have been approached by many competing software systems over the years and have looked into all of them. None of them can touch FareHarbor.

Cons: We have not come across any "cons" with FareHarbor. Any issues we come across and communicate to FareHarbor are resolved.

Overall: Working with FareHarbor has allowed us to modernize our website and reservations system into something that is appealing to our customers. Pros: The custom, automatic email confirmations, reminders and follow ups are great. We love that we can take the system wherever our phones are and it gives us a tremendous amount of flexibility.

Cons: It's not that I like it least, but I would like to be able to schedule guides for days off in the calendar. I have a work around but if I can add crew to a day I'd like to be able to block crew off for a day as well. I'd also like to be able to sort my pickups on the manifest in the order they get picked up

Overall: My guides can check their schedules. I can take the system with me and check up on availability. The ease of making a reservation by the customers is great and if I have questions I just call and the staff is extremely helpful.

Pros: We rely on this software on a daily basis to keep us all connected. I love how it keeps all of our calendar events so organized and simple to follow. Bookings and details are easy to update and track, and can be rebooked, refunded or revised with a click of a button.

Pros: - Easy to use/understand.
- The development/support team: Every member of the FareHarbor team has always gone above and beyond to support our needs to maximize profits! One member, helped get a huge Accounting project up and running on our end, and we truly not be able to achieve our goal without the support and time he gave us.

Cons: - We have other streams of revenue other than tour based, and unfortunately the software cannot incorporate our retail line of business as well.

Pros: Our Reservationists find FareHarbor's system allows them to confirm our partner bookings with ease. Their team has been helpful in coordination of our setup with new partners.

Cons: Would like ability to be introduced to other FareHarbor Tour Suppliers we might work with. This opportunity is offered through other online booking programs such as TourCMS

Pros: Easy of use and the customer support. The reporting, ability to find clients, taking payments over the phone, accurate accounting, really easy reporting.

Cons: Setting up a new season is complicated, but I have a meeting to get help. I asked for help and the team sent me instructions. I learn better by doing not reading.

Pros: It has allowed us to sell our tickets online, and it has allowed us to keep track of our customers in a much more organized way than we were. I think our favorite functionality about this software would have to be the whole booking system. We love being able to use it for our reservations.

Cons: It is extremely difficult to manage. When we have a tour that changes dates, times, locations, etc, digging through the pages to find what I need is taxing and a waste of my valuable time. I wish the system was over-simplified, It would help me run my business faster and more efficiently. For example, the entire "Items" edit feature. It needs a new system for me to be able to easily change my event settings, without having to go through twenty pages before I find the settings I need. After taking training on how to use the system, I still can't quite understand how to give my customers percentages off, or discount codes. Our Christmas sale took me 2 days to figure out how to set it up on the system.

Overall: Our sales have quadrupled. Thank you, Fareharbor!

Pros: Everything .

As the marketing / media coordinator for a tour / activity based resort, it's important to have a reliable software system that is easily navigable for both users AND consumers. Our company made the switch over to Fareharbor 3 months ago and since then have seen a huge increase in both online bookings & workplace efficiency.

From the user's point of view, every tour and activity calendar is easily accessible through a simple yet responsive & comprehensive dashboard. Creating over the phone bookings couldn't be easier - computer literacy among-st employees is no longer an issue & time spent on fixing user - errors is non existent.

The customer support we've received has been nothing short of phenomenal. One of the customer representative has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are not only set up to succeed but STRIVE in our industry. The thought of calling in to customer support doesn't automatically overwhelm you with anger - instead you know you'll be talking to a staff member who has familiarized themselves with your company allowing them to provide specialized insight.

From a consumer standpoint, it's all there - a professional, informative, and painless online booking process.

Pros: Ease of use. After looking at other booking hardware, it is the apple product equivalent. This is what it would have looked like if I designed it myself.

Cons: I have not encountered an issue with the software at all. My staff embraced it quickly with minimal training.

Pros: We looked at a few different options before landing on fareharbor, and I have previous experience with other software. We have about 13 different companies wrapped up into one and pretty much any situation we have come up has been handled with relative ease. Fareharbor does a really good job with blending advanced back end options with an interface that is laid out in a very user friendly way. We've been using the software for about 4 maybe 5 months and a very busy Easter served as a solid proving ground. I could not be happier with the decision to go with Fareharbor. All said and done we have 13 dashboards that are all intermingled. even in the short 4 months we've had the software there have been several upgrades that have added tremendously to the flow and mostly to the back end reporting side. Customer service has been a pleasure to work with and my contact person was phenomenal at helping me get just what was needed. We were in constant, daily communication, and I greatly appreciate his help getting us going and then some. I've got a great feeling going into the 2017 season with very solid booking tool and online presence.

Pros: Of course it manages our reservations and processes payments but it also incorporates the essentials of a client contact management system. This was an unexpected benefit of converting to Fareharbor. We use the system to make and document outgoing client contacts and record basic notes about specific needs of a customer. For a business like ours in which the majority of customers are one time transactions, the ability to create and document basic email and text messages is a real time saver and greatly increases our ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.
In addition, the easy to use Public Banners are a way to convey pertinent information to potential customers BEFORE they call, saving valuable phone time for our associates.

Seamless use of the platform on an iPad or even an IPhone free up weekends.
