Pros - Always someone answered the phone when I called no matter what time of day or night. Software is bug free and works exactly how it should. Added paperless waivers to help the environment. My guides can all use the program on their smart phones to check guests in. Payments have been flawless and on time. Hits on my website have doubled. Cons - I would give more stars if I could. Can't believe it took so long for the hotel to agree to use this software as Peek Pro was an absolute disaster.

We are a snorkel tour business with one boat. We've been using FareHarbor for 4 months now and it's a big improvement to what we were using. Not only is it easier, and typically quicker, to enter a booking, the report options make tracking business a breeze. No more getting out my calculator! Fareharbor's customer service has also been great. They always get back to me the same day I call or send them an email making my job so much easier. They will either do something for me or take the time to tell me how I can do it myself. What more can you expect from a company? They are continually improving their system and take into consideration all the needs of their clients! Now that's exceptional!!!

First of all, after over a year with Fareharbor I have absolutely no cons. How is that possible? I put them through the wringer too. Every week I call to ask them to do something for me - even though they taught me how to do it myself. They answer the phone Immediately and understand what I would like to have done and , voila, usually within minutes it is done and done right. Switching to FareHarbor is probably the best business decision I have ever made!

I have yet to find a con to this software. Every time I ask about a feature that would be useful for my business Fareharbor makes it happen right away. It's very obvious the people who designed this software have been in the tourism industry. I do not have any negative things to say. I was a little hesitant to charge my online customers 6% but no one has even batted an eye at the extra charge. Thanks Fareharbor for simplifying my life.

Customer service is amazing, super fast and easy and you talk to people that live in America. FareHarbor sets everything up for you, software is customer friendly and mobile responsive and ideal for our standup paddle/ surf company. What's really nice is that it will text message your customers before class and then follow up with an email with a review link following class. My only complaint switching over from a previous program called PerfectMind is that there is no monthly recurring payment plans for our club members.

Very reluctant to have my customers pay extra for booking. Got no negative response in 4 months. I was also reluctant to trust their asset management as my target is moving. No Problems!! I have used other reservation systems & this one is way better thought out. Overall, I could not live without it.

Pros

All automatic booking/payment. Very easy to rebook or refund

Cons

Have to enter the customers name twice to book & pay

I've used a number of different reservation systems over the years but this is the best for a couple of reasons. 1. The customer support is immediate and always available. 2. I genuinely feel that the folks at Fare Harbor want me to succeed.

Pros

Familiarity and ease of use. I especially like that they rebuilt our website at no cost.

Cons

There are some simple functions that seem more challenging than necessary.

FareHarbor has been a wonderful reservation system for us. The customer service is the best I've ever had.

Pros

I like that guests don't know they're going to another website to book an activity.

Cons

Right now people have to pay separately if they book kayaks or standup paddleboards. It would be a nicer experience if they could combine reservations and only need to pay one time.

After nine years conducting my own bookings I was hesitant about switching to any online service. Not only does FareHarbor allow my passengers to more easily make bookings, but it costs ME nothing. Passengers love it, shaping up to make my best season yet and I DONT HAVE TO ANSWER THE PHONE nearly as much.

Fare-Harbor has been able to create a database for our mountain bike tours. They have been able to customize the product items to suit are needs perfectly! The interface on our user end is very intuitive for us to use. We especially appreciate all the technical support. The staff seems to always be available to help us through any questions we have. They also regularly approach us on how to make their tools work better for our needs. We plan to integrate more features in the future for our bike shop as well.

It was an easy choice in choosing to go with Fare Harbor and their software for reservations. We own and operate a small fishing charter business on Kauai, Ohana Fishing Charters. My husband was looking for a system that'd would be user friendly for taking reservations and to do his accounting at days end. The customer service we get from Fare Harbor is always timely and helpful as well. We always feel connected and feel that they are there for us.

My customers tell us it is very easy to book online with us. Your customer service is outstanding. The only issue I have is NOT with you, but with our internet service. When the cruise ships are in, the service is very slow and I can't get online if I need to add payment or check my availability. I wish I could see my calendar offline.

Making changes to our box office is SO easy! Fareharbor customer service is great, too. If you email, you get a very quick response. If you call with a question, they not only help you with an answer, they'll even send you links to a custom video for future reference.
