### "FareHarbor is the best booking service a company could ask for"

We switched to after Bookeo glitched and offered a series of additional times we didn't offer and double booked several customers. They were impossible to reach because they only do email correspondence and ended up blaming us for their failed service. FareHarbor rescued us from needing to close down our business. They've far surpassed our expectations and are ALWAYS there to answer questions and help us make modifications to our bookings. The customer service is outstanding. Someone is always there to answer the phone or any emails we send with questions. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. My partner and I are always so grateful for their continued support. The introduction process to the service is also phenomenal, they walk you through everything you could possibly need to know about using their booking service and pair you with a personal assistant as you ease into using the booking service. Not to single anyone out, but Michaela is absolutely outstanding. Furthermore, the layout of the booking site that our customers see fare surpasses other booking sites. It's sleek and easy for the customer to operate. The aesthetics also pair well with Squarespace if that happens to be the web hosting service your company uses. It's very modern and clean. We also love that the layout our customers see to select their booking is a calendar format as opposed to a list. We've found we've had fewer phone calls from our customers asking how to operate the online booking process when we made the switch to FareHarbor. A further perk of utilizing FareHarbor is their Reports tabs. It makes filing monthly sales tax returns a 10 minute process and makes input into QuickBooks a breeze! Needless to say we absolutely love FareHarbor and we would recommend it to anyone who has a business with booking in your plan. 10/10 for service, aesthetics, and ease of use.

i love it but i could do with a few more features that would really push it forward -Staff Scheduling : Staff been able to put in the times that they can work in to the back office so when booking lessons it makes it easier -Tide data: as we work on a tidal beach its hard to input and book with out having to look at other website if this was integrated i would make it a lot easier. but over all a good bit of software

i love the software! its free for a start!

the back office (we use both online sales and in house sales to feed our surf school and the in house boooking back office is not easy to use and could do to be more user friendly

### "Web boat tour ticket sale"

We wanted to be able to sell our cruise tickets online. I was contacted by FareHarbour and got an internet demonstration of the program and back office. Our company's specifics were implemented rapidly with the customer support and we were able to provide an online purchase of our boat tours without difficulties.

Pros

The ease of use. A friendly and very reactive customers support.

Cons

Maybe a specific software for smartphones.

Reason for choosing FareHarbor

Other software solutions totally base the cost on a percentage of your company's sale. With FareHarbour, some of the cost is shared with the customer whom is buying the ticket. I was doubtful about this, but the ease of use for our customers proved that it works better than our previous software.

### "FareHarbor is the BEST in the Business-Bar None!"

is top notch. From the day I spoke with Matt who helped me reassure my husband how creative and insync this booking software was to the level of patience Margaret had in teaching me the software, I have loved, loved, loved them! I like things to just work-the first time. i am no computer guru and FareHarbor has made it so easy to do my bookings it is unreal. I love the aesthetics of my website and how I get to send receipts I create or the canned ones they created for me instead of standard looking ones to my customers. It looks professional and the best part is the credit card fees! The swipe fee is 1.9% + 30 cents. You can have your clients book an event for themselves online or you can do it yourself and save them 6%. Either way it works so well for my customers. We have PayPal and the cc rate is better than them so we have two options to help our customers with. For the most part it is FareHarbor all the way for us! FareHarbor is a beautiful set up and works really well with my WordPress site. If you are going to use anyone else for your booking needs, you may regret it, SERIOUSLY! On a scale of 5 stars, they get ALL 5 for me!

Pros

Ease of use 1.9% + 30 cents Swipe Fee Calendars are so customizable Social Professional Customer Support is off the charts amazing! Must be because some live in Hawaii? :0)

Cons

The one stickler I have that I have noticed is kicking my butt, maybe I am doing it wrong and just need to ask, but I wish there was an automatic tax rate button or something so I can always have the correct rate when charging my customer. I have to go in each time and manually change it and I must say I have forgotten to do so twice now and have caused my company some bad debt.

### "Great value and works well for a small tour company"

Our experience with Fare Harbor has been outstanding. The absolute best thing about working with this company is the customer service. They respond quickly and are always patient with my questions and concerns.

Pros

The system is very dependable. I have never had anyone not be able to book online because of the site being down, I think there are lots of features for the price.

Cons

I could use more reports. I would like to be able to compare years and months to one another. Year to date sales on a chart would be nice. Sometime adding tours can be a little tricky. The only real problem, however for our business is the inability to take a credit card for sales other than bookings. We will be selling more retail items and not everyone is on our tours that will be buying. This may mean dual systems.

Cons

The only feature I miss is the possibility to also sync with airbnb platform. All the rest is great.

Pros

I started to use Fare Harbor this year and from the very start, the customer service is out of this world. They are incredibly quick to get back to you about any small need or question. I am a very small business owner but that does not matter to Fare Harbour. You get the same treatment as if you owned a multi-million dollar tour company. For a few years I tried out other software, all offering similar products but when it came down to the customer support, they all lost me. It was too complicated and long to solve little problems. My account manager at Fare Harbour is really genuine and to be honest, she is the best customer service/ account manager I have ever dealt with. Fare Harbour is the best.

Cons

Refunding customers is straight forward and easy but it does involve you depositing money into an account specifically for refunds. I know they have done some work about this so maybe it has changed.

### ""Solved SO MANY problems, all in one solution""

Recommend to any little and middle size business that work in team , or / and wants to work with affiliate or commercial, great for tourism, tour, surfschool, yoga teacher. We love them !

Pros

When you want to scale your little school to a bigger business, it's hard to fight with just a wordpress, all plugins proposed are or expensive, or incomplete, or not well coded. Fare harbor is all in one booking AND Management system that solve LOTS of concern you will have when trying to book with online payement. Also, the fact they only take commission on your actual booking (and not a fee) show that also bet on you somehow.

Cons

The admin system could of been a bit more "sexy" and it would of been a perfect

Many times products with small changes are disconnected without being able to detect the disconnection immediately.

Pros

It is very complete in terms of the integrations it has with different OTAs and compatible with our company's website.

Cons

That the information is only in one language and the translations must be done by ourselves, which makes the process of having the products in several languages very long. It would be convenient to load the products in a language and for the software itself to make the corresponding translations through an application that they consider viable. Many times products with small changes are disconnected without being able to detect the disconnection immediately.

### "Great support and helps run my business"

At the time of implementation, I was looking for a product that could manage my workshop bookings and take payments. The product more than delivered on this aim and has given some added value boosts through integration with the likes of Google, TripAdvisor etc.

Pros

The integration of with my Wordpress website was simple to do and delivered in the timescales I was looking for. The interface provided to manage bookings and tours is very easy to understand and quite intuitive. If there is something that I'm not able to do then e-mail support is available and quickly resolves my problems

Cons

Nothing, has so far met all my business needs

fare Harbor is a welcome relief from the crazy constant updating & tone deafness of the last provider we had. They still have their quirks but they are a solid provider that has a first rate system that can handle any challenges we need to overcome.

Pros

These guys have been doing this for awhile and the attention to detail with all the little things that come up with making reservation for an event is evident. Their people can help you do almost anything when it come to booking issues.

Cons

The backend isn't exactly intuitive when it comes to doing everything that you need, but its in there somewhere. You have to hunt around a bit to find what you're looking for.

is easy and simple to use on the back end and for our guests, yet has many functional options to allow us to do what we need to do without being restricted. And I absolutely LOVE FareHarbor's support system. We've used two reservations systems prior to you and NEVER had this kind of speedy help. Every single time we need help or have questions or issues, I'm able to get quick assistance and resolution by either phone OR email...regardless of the day or time. It takes so much stress off of us as a small business. Thank you guys!!!

Pros

Like in my title customer service is amazing, the rep has helped me every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble, also the customer service in America is awesome and the deal with your problems straightaway no waiting around!

Cons

The platform is a little tricky to use at first but you get your head round it.

Reason for choosing FareHarbor

I thought the rep was more honest and upfront with his sales pitch, also the customer service and feedback and follow-ups was more in line with what I needed for a small growing business.

This product is very unique, I've used various ticket managers throughout the travel/tour industry and I found this software to be very efficient, effective and professional.

Pros

This software keeps everything organized and precise. The software has a lot of safeguards and keeps your account up to date, all the customer orders are labeled and easy to read. Guests and hotel personnel can navigate through it quicker, this software is definitely user friendly. I also like the sync option with Trip Advisor, it helps our guests provide more reviews.

Cons

The calendar can be interchangeable but when you go into the tour tab, it will only show you one tour at at time. Also, when the tour links appear on social media, the link is not personalized, instead it gives you a company logo with the word free across it.

I have $3000 frozen in their system since 28 April. They have still not paid me out. They just say they are working on it.

Pros

Fine when up and running, but no loyalty to longtime customers.

Cons

Service cancelled and funds frozen in my account because I am not a US company, which they knew for 6+ years.

is an excellent service. The product is very easy to use and intuitive. Better than the product is the customer support. As a business owner I don't have the time or energy to learn an entire online platform. Their team built my product and trained me on how to make simple changes I want to make. Any challenges I haven't been able to do on my own their customer support staff has happily shown me how to achieve the outcome I wanted or just took care of it for me. They are quick to respond to inquiries and answer the phone when I call. There are other online platforms I can not say the same thing about. I absolutely love the experience I have had with FareHarbor.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and easy to use. Anything I want to do is usually right there and I don't waste a lot of time searching for the menu that has the option I want to change or add.

Cons

Honestly I haven't found anything I can complain about with the software.

Varias cosas me gustan: La transparencia, seguridad bancaria tanto como para nuestros clientes como para nosotros. Fácil de utilizar y muchas opciones que agilizan los procesos desde que comienzas una reserva. Accesibilidad con los técnicos a la hora de solicitar ayuda.

### "Amazing Time Saver!"

We implemented the Fare Harbor booking system into our sailing charter company at the beginning of the year. We run just over 300 private charters on our 50ft sailing yacht every year. Before Fare Harbor I had to run every transaction manually including confirmation PDFs. and confirmation emails. This took an enormous amount of time and organization. This has now changed and freed up roughly 3 hours per day to spend with my family.

Pros

Integration was easy as they set it up for you. Huge time saver!

Cons

I still am not proficient with the software back end. It is easy to manually book charters but beyond that its a lot to wrap your mind around. The company stands behind their program and helps me out with anything I cannot figure out.
