Pros: We have used Replicon for many years. Just migrated to Gen3. Very User friendly, easy reporting, great support team with the ability to create customized reports. Great value for the price.

Cons: We were previously on the Gen2 platform and had a few needs that were not met. However, the upgrade to Gen 3 solved all of our problems. No cons.

Pros: It is easy to use and the technical support is outstanding. I implemented the software in 3 weeks for 16 employees and I received excellent support during this time. 24/7. My staff has had no trouble with the system and enjoy clocking in and seeing their hours worked by mobile device.

Cons: I wished there was a way to pay for service yearly on an average number of employees who work. There are times when an employee only works one day during a three month period and I am billed for the entire time.

Overall: This is definitely a time saver for both my self and my staff.

Pros: We recently migrated to the latest version and as I'm not technologically savvy I was worried about learning new things. However, I've found it very user-friendly and the migration team were always there to hold my hand throughout. I have needed to use the Help Desk chat box a few times for various questions and have always found them prompt, friendly and very efficient. They make my life easier! Thank you.

Overall: Easy to keep track of client invoicing, particularly ones with multi-projects and tasks.

I currently only use a small portion of the Replicon package at this stage and haven't had any issues yet. When I do have any problems they are always minimal and easily solved via the helpdesk chat box.

Comments: Overall very strong software

Pros: It is time tested and been around the industry for a very long time, they have great customer service, solid product

Cons: there are limits on tech link ins, it is very structured and could be more flexible, would like to see more can bans

Pros: Simple interface, easy to use, looks clean.

Cons: Can't use 2 types of days on a single day.

Overall: I use Replicon at our org to track vacation/sick time. It's very straightforward and easy to use. One improvement would be to give the option to use more than one type of time off in a single day.

Pros: Very robust as it integrates time and expenses with projects. Users seem to like it and have made comments regarding its ease of use. Data integrity seems to be great (which was causing us issues with the system we used before this). It also contains the necessary DCAA components, which is critical for us as a Government contractor. The implementation team was very professional and available as needed to address initial start-up questions.

Cons: The administrative side of the product can be somewhat complicated due to the integrated nature of all of the data. It requires a pretty good understanding of what data resides on what admin screens. After awhile, it's not that big of a deal, but it does take some time to learn initially. Pricing is a little higher than some of the other options, although I guess you get what you pay for.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be sure to take some time using it before offering the evaluation. The devil is always in the details.

Pros: Replicon is a very intuitive and user friendly application that was easy to implement and roll out to employees.

Cons: Nothing. Everything went well with the implementation and no one has had any issues using it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Lay out all of the software requirements and functionality ahead of time and create a checklist of must haves and nice to have features ahead of time.

Pros: It's simple and very user-friendly.

Cons: Booking time off involves more steps so it should be made a little simpler.

Pros: It's pretty simple to use and quick to learn.

Cons: I am thinking if you have a dashboard were we can quickly see the remaining Holidays instead of going to Reports and generating a report.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a good product, and I think anyone can quickly learn and use it within no time.

Pros: I like the ability to access your timecard/sheet from anywhere as long as you have internet access.

Cons: I haven't run into any issues regarding the product. All of my technical issues have been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction so far.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would encourage others to try a product that is hosted offsite and always available. It's become more valuable than our old in-house timekeeping solution.

Pros: I like how the employees are able to know exactly what time they have taken and what is left.

Cons: I am unable to get it on my phone. I would like to enter things immediately from my phone.

Recommendations to other buyers: My recommendation would be to be honest so that Replicon will be able to do their best to satisfy each customer.

Pros: I like the simplicity of filling in your time. The reporting portion is very easy to use and very helpful.

Cons: I dislike that we would have to pay for everyone's license to be able to have the project management side of the software.

Recommendations to other buyers: I highly recommend Replicon for those looking for ease of use and not a lot of time taken out for time sheeting and reporting.

Pros: Replicon was very easy to set up and integrate into our current environment. We were able to interface with both our ERP system (SAP) and our payroll software (Paychex.

Cons: I would have liked off-the-shelf integration with SAP. Instead, we had to develop it ourselves.

Recommendations to other buyers: A lot of software in this space has a lot of options that you pay for and that you really don't need. It's much better to solve the problem you initially had and keep the cost down than to let your project's scope get out of control.

Pros: It's simple to use, mobile device enabled, and has a user knowledge base.

Cons: I haven't experienced any problems with the Replicon software up to this point.
