Pros

Love the email and website tracking features - it really automates an important aspect of our relationship tracking. Also, the platform is intuitive so keeping customer interactions is easy and it's nice to be able to track so many different tasks (Sales, Marketing, Service) from a single platform. I've tried at least 10 other CRMs before stumbling upon AgileCRM, I'm really glad I found Agile.

Cons

I really can't think of anything at this time; perhaps expand integration tools and make it a bit easier.

What I like best about Agile CRM is that it's an all-in-one solution. You get all the necessary CRM features, plus marketing integration. Other platforms cost a lot more and require "upgrading" to include marketing.

Pros

Its relatively low-cost and extensive features makes Agile CRM a great value.

Cons

The only (slightly) negative thing I can think of, is that the sales funnel probability is only set when you create the opportunity. Most CRMs will increase the probability (and therefore, the expected value) as you move it through the sales funnel.

Pros

I am using this on the recommendation from my Social Media director and I have found it to be a good piece of client engagement. It is simple to track deals and gamify the system. Like most software, I probably only use 20 percent of what I could. I would recommend it if you are planning landing pages and don't want extra software.

Cons

Sometimes it can be fiddly when it comes to integration with external software. Moving between contacts can be slow. Forthe price this was a great value.

Pros

The software is good, you can find all the classic CRM feature and use very good sharing tool. The organization is always aligned regarding prospects, offers and planned actions thanks to this software. It's very important also the Marketing and Ticketing section, in addition to the classic Sales features.

Cons

The tool sometimes is not very fast and with certain browser is a bit slow and the page doesn't refresh immediatly. Also the user needs a bit of training to use the tool properly.

We brought on Agile CRM to our agency a few months ago after reviewing loads of CRMs. We are enjoying it thus far, but the left sidebar seems counterintuitive and the email campaigns seems limited.

Pros

The price is perfect for our agency. The price is right with this product. We enjoy the ability to easily add new contacts and communicate with them in-app.

Cons

The nodes within the campaigns are super limited when you are starting out on the second tier option for the platform. Another downside is the left-hand column. It takes FOREVER to find the option you are looking for, and then when you do you have to quickly switch over to your next task (whether that be triggers, campaigns, etc.), but there is no way to do that because of the lengthy feel of the columns. Apparently, there was an older version of this software where the options were in the top portion of the page, which I would have enjoyed much more.

Pros

Easy to use combined tool for digital sales. I like that websites and emails can tell some feedback about users. I can easily get more feedback with forms and appointments. I can automate some parts of marketing.

Cons

Prices is getting too high per user/company when you want fully utilize potential of the tool. I would like to see less expensive accounts for other type of users which don't need full functionality of the tool. Without that I'm limited with number of users.

We are currently working to streamline our entire recruiting and business process and that is exactly what AGILE CRM has done for us!

Pros

I love using Agile CRM. It is a VERY comprehensive CRM system. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is the functionality and ease of use compared to other systems I have used in the past. I also like that the system provides real-time data and information on analytics such as emails sent, opened, etc. This information provides me with the ability to target the right candidate in my recruiting efforts at the right time.

Cons

I can't find too many cons, which is a very fortunate thing! I would say if there is anything at all it would be that you can't add candidates that have the same email address... basically creating a duplicate contact for different recruiters who've reached out is impossible while including all contact info.

Overall, Agile has helped my company with marketing and tracking what works for us versus what does not seem to work. We love that you can see who and what people clicked on and how to make your marketing plan better as you go!

Pros

We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what!

Cons

This software can me a little intimidating at first. It takes some getting used to if you've never used a CRM before.

Reason for choosing Agile CRM

We considered many products while trying to select a CRM. I do not remember what they all were however we were most pleased with Agile's free trial. It allowed us to access all the features of the program and was easy to transition to a paid account once we decided we loved it!

This is one of the best CRM tools that I have used. It has a nice interface, functionality, and does what it advertises to do. Not only does it organize all my clients for me, but I can also track their sales and keep up with their payments. It became a real game changer for me when I had to work independently from my company as a freelancer.

Pros

Agile CRM is the best CRM that I have ever used. It features a sleek interface and is easy to use. It's not too often you can find a CRM that also has very affordable pricing.

Cons

This is one of the best CRM I have ever used. There are a few cons which I will now mention. The first one is that it is really hard to customize the look and feel of the software. I was expecting a modern UI but was given something outdated. The second con is that it doesn't seem to be user-friendly or intuitive for newbies.

I utilize Agile CRM for my small business. This is my first CRM and Agile has been extremely helpful! Between the amazingly EASY software program, to the webinars, to the online chat, to the email support - everyone has been very helpful in getting my CRM set up for my business the right way. I have gone from using an excel spreadsheet to automated marketing and other tracks with Agile CRM. I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Super easy to use, great setup for easy navigation!

Cons

I wish the Android App was up and running, they keep saying "soon"

One think Agile should work is customer service. Generally is decent CRM with automation. Price vs value is good. Agile CRM includes everything you need to keep track of everything about your contacts and automatically get in touch with them. Full-featured account that’s free for 2 users, it’s easy to try out and see if it’s the right CRM for you. You should give it a try.

Pros

\- Easy in use - Campaigns and automation - Custom fields - Price per user - Video tutorials - Sales and marketing automations

Cons

\- Customer service - Little bit complicated for beginners but video tutorials are helpfull

It's really simple to set up.

Pros

It's simple to add new contacts, either manually or automatically as they complete out forms on the site.Forms to embed on your website and input into your CRM.Even team members who were unfamiliar with CRM were able to understand it and become productive within a few hours since it is simple to use.

Cons

To provide a better reporting experience, integration with other reporting tools such as Tableau might be improved.There aren't many possibilities for testing.The help files and tutorials were of poor quality and were not always maintained up to date with changes in the software's layout, for example.

Agile CRM has been invaluable for contact upkeep for both my web design and my insurance businesses. Just a little more polish, and I believe it could even compete with some of the more niche CRMs in their own niche.

Pros

It's super easy to track what actions you've taken with any given prospect/lead you enter, and it has built in additions for virtually everything (MailChimp, a web form, a calendar, the whole nine yards).

Cons

Some of the additions require a little more know-how than the average user likely has - I'm a developer by trade, so it's second nature to me, but odds are John Q. Public would have a hard time working with an API.

After trying many other CRMs we all have fallen in love with Agile, this is the best word to describe. Is so easy to set up and very user-friendly. Just finished imported our Data from Zoho and all looks good. I have given up spending time in Zoho CRM that almost forces you to enroll in what I can only describe as a university course. Agile has some things that need improvement but the development team doesn't stop bringing out new features and tools and you can also post your development ideas into a Forum and this can be voted by other users, I have already something being developed using this tool. If you want something simple to use but also fool of cool features this is the system to go. I love the Chrome extension where you can add contacts on the go from any web page (including the great Linkedin fetch contact details feature). Looking forward to the new feature releases

Pros

Time to set up, User-friendly, Zapier integration, Modules (sales, marketing and help desk), Price, Email marketing, Web activity tracker, Web forms and landing pages builder, Filters and Tags for creating lists.

Cons

Help Desk database still being populated so you have to contact the Agile care team more often, but improving.

Pros

Agile CRM is the only CRM available in the market which has the best drip email campaign feature. It also has email tracking feature which helps in the lead generation results in the increase in sales.

Cons

Although many features are available but there is a lot of learning curve to each of it. The reporting features seems to be buggy. Reporting should be improved further like dates get reset on each switching between campaign. From a developer point of view, error message lacks the clarity on the issue.

Successful and efficient. Wouldn't be without it now!

Pros

I'd best describe this software as an intuitive office whiteboard. It organises the stages of our sales deals and links contacts, companies, tasks and events around each one. Support and availability of direct - dial in support has been superb a real strength. An initial support call seemed 'unwelcome' but supported me to scope the product quickly and was quickly appreciated.

Cons

Some of the synchronisation features of email and calendars have been difficult to grasp and configure (and I'm still not sure I understand Agile mail vs use of gmail! That said - I'm still using the free version so who can complain!

Ease of use, easy to set up, cheap.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy to use and connects with many modern options such as Zapier (especially for Facebook ads leads). Good customer service, which is prompt and duly, and internal notifications make this software a prime choice for many startups and small businesses, which gives them a very wide client base as an entry-level CRM that could serve even larger organizations as they ramp up.

Cons

Connecting things isn't the easiest, and it takes time until you understand how to turn leads from Facebook and whatnot into leads in the system; which may create redundancy and the need to clean up the system in the long run.

We use AgileCRM at our agency to manage all of our clients' info, contact history and project details for our internal team. (Sales, Developers, and marketing)

Pros

Out of the box, Agile CRM integrates with most internal softwares like Outlook, WordPress, Gmail, etc. Overall, AgileCRM is easy to use, and has a very intuitive UI that's simple enough for marketing, sales, and internal sales. The form builder is also pretty good, and can be integrated into WordPress sites to capture leads based on a number of criteria.

Cons

Although the form builder in AgileCRM is easy to use, it's a bit restricted, as is most of the software in general. Don't expect SalesForce-level customizations. If AgileCRM fits your needs, it'll be a great solution for your company, but if it doesn't keep exploring.
