Pros

Love that this product automates our marketing efforts. Most importantly that it remembers when to send a customer an email that we have pre-populated with a specific sequence. This is invaluable and is exactly whey we chose Agile CRM.

Cons

SMS could use some help. Does not have a feature to unsubscribe a customer, this has to be done manually. Hopefully this is something that could be fixed in the future.

Pros

Agile CRM does everything I need and more. The selling points are the price tag and the fact that I can send newsletters out without unsubscribing links!

Cons

The interface is terrible. It's like they copied Infusionsoft - and took out most of the good stuff. Creating automations (the primary thing I use it for) is slow, tedious, and generally terrible. That said, once you get past this, it works great!

I have used it for six month and it has some amazing features and i recommend the various clients to use it.

Pros

Agile CRM is best for its data processing it can load heavy data in easy way. it can also integrated with github and also support the service desk activities.

Cons

It's costly not every client or organisation have afford it. It is difficult to understand for the beginners because it has some difficult tools.

Contact Management, email marketing, sales tracking.

Pros

Easy to add contacts, share email, add tasks and track deals. I like the integration with Gmail and with Stripe. We add forms to our website to easily integrate contacts.

Cons

We have add issues with emails sent from Agile being filtered out as junk or spam. Also we tried the live chat feature, which didn't work so well for us.

Pros

The feature set & price-point THEORETICALLY is great & the service team is actually great.

Cons

Too many features that aren't really up to industry par. It seemed great on paper but once I logged in, set myself up & tried to implement things it was a nightmare. It seems so promising but the UX needs improving, by my opinion. It's great as long as you can ignore excessive features & focus on what you actually need from it.

Cons

The email issues. My clients are unable to open my emails when on a mac computer. I also wish that agile would easily integrate with other software. Google is great, but I wish MailChimp would be synced so I would not have to change to a different email system.

We initially had some issues with our Agile CRM. Their customer service came through for us! After having difficulties trying to get this CRM to work for how our company schedules appointments. They found a workaround that works well for us. I am very impressed with how the went the extra mile to make sure we are happy.

Pros

Easy to use for "non-techie" employees

Cons

Had issues in the beginning, but they worked with us to find a workable solution.

If anyone is looking for an easy to use CRM tool...Agile is it! The Deal section provides what you need in one snapshot. It has drill down capabilities so one can easily obtain deal info. All in all it is very good.

Pros

Easy to use - simple - easy to train new employees -

Cons

Reports are limited - quirky search criteria - recent software upgrade was frustrating because it added several clicks to get information on deals

Pros

It has all the basic features for a good CRM plus advanced features. Really useful especially for startups. I like how I can make landing pages and some email automation using the free version software. It also allows you to add social media.

Cons

The automation is limited for the free version. Although the landing page and form builder is really useful, I felt it was quite limiting in the design aspect.

Even though we didn't stick with Agile we can say that it has a lot of potential.

Pros

We have tried using Agile for half a year. During that time it manages to work with some problems, the UX is not great and the API that was a major feature was lack lusting.

Cons

The UX was really hard to use. It could be simpler to do most stuff and it didn't really adapt for B2C use.

Wordpress integration. Marketing workflow visual tool. Telephony and VOIP. Lots of tools and plugins.

Cons

Mobile app still needs work. Mobile app needs telephony integration. Pricing requires pay 2 years in advance to get value pricing. Pricing difference for monthly subscription is too big a jump compared to advertised 2 year purchse.

You can use the software pretty much from day one with minimal training. Although the training is helpful, you can simply upload your contacts and start working.

Pros

Excellent for segmenting your customers into different groups> this enables you to tailor your marketing campaigns to these particular groups/markets. Integration into the business - the software requires very little time to set-up and learn how to use. No need for time consuming training.

Cons

The filter system could be slightly easier to use. However, it isn't a major problem. The analytics for campaigns could also be improved slightly.

It has been a good interaction with us from start, when they called us right after we signed up. They offer good features like wordpress plugin and SMS integration for such campaigns, oh and let's not forget the good support!

Cons

It was a little hard to find some info on how to use the SMS integration but they helped us with the support..

I love how easy it is to use Agile CRM. I also love it's integration with LinkedIn so you can see the user's LinkedIn profile right next to their entry in the CRM.

Cons

I wish there was more interactivity with LinkedIn. Right now, it's only a iFrame but it would be useful if there was more interaction between the CRM and LinkedIn

I use AgileCRM every day for the online appointment scheduling feature. I appreciate that it syncs my calendars, contacts, and emails - all to "ping" me if I have missed someone who needs a reach-out.

Cons

It probably does this (I just haven't searched enough) but I would like the daily tasks to sync with my Office365/Outlook.

Pros

It is easy to use and integrates most of my daily functions in one centralized location. Bulk email marketing, gmail, sales goals all in one place.

Cons

I wish there was a way to integrate google voice as one of the phone providors so it would automatically link any phone calls with potential or existing clients.

the learning curve was pretty fast

Pros

Easy to use, love the design...if it weren't for the bad customer service, i would want to keep using it forever

Cons

POOR customer service Many issues (customers do not receive our email, we do not receive our customers emails = pretty big issues when you are trying to run a business)... Issues are not a problem when people a there to help and fix those issues...but it's jsut not the case... I always have to follow up so many times with their team, they tell me they are working on it..but i never hear back from them
