### "Emailing Clients and setting up templates - really poor"

Pros

Easy to use, good dashboards. configurable.

Cons

The ability to sync emails if not on Outlook 365 is poor. Making emails look good for new business leads is impossible. No control over spacing between paragraphs. It makes emails look as if they are sent in bulk via a robot. No api for 3CX phone system

Learning curve upon adoption. I know there are webinars but the webinars go very fast with no time for one on one questions.

Pros

Agile CRM is loaded with features that cost significantly more to access via other vendors. It has given me added capabilities that I can use to grow my business. Additionally, the customer service has been outstanding! They are always able to help!

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep at first but once you learn the basics it is rather intuitive.

agile crm is a flexible application you can use in different time of function. for the customers, to your business process, to your team. it is easy to understand.

Pros

we use agile crm in communication to our clients in a recorded way. whatever you set and talked about can be logged in here. It is a fast and secure way for both parties. as all of the changes are centralized. this is a good solution so the client can see the phases of the development and also the effect of the possible changes the client may want

Cons

You just need to teach the client how to use the application to maximize its function. if the client understands, i think it will become an easier way in the business process.

Agile CRM is a good tool to use if you'd like to keep your database organised, however, needs a little more improvement on the automation features and other integrations. The updates (from time to time) are also confusing.

Pros

The free trial is good and loaded with features.

Cons

Some technical problems reported but not quite sure if they were being resolved.

Over the course of a corporate career, I've used about 13 CRM systems and this may be the worst I've encountered. Using a spreadsheet would be better. Do not waste your money.

Pros

Easy to use for inputting contacts ONLY.

Cons

Everything else. Support is terrible; email sending is spotty at best. Honestly, just burn your money, you'll get as much bang for your buck as using this.

Flexibility of Price Convenience of use

Pros

All in one solution. Nice look and feel. It has all the functionality of a salesforce and outreach but for smaller teams.

Cons

Tiny bugs as it is doing a lot in one package but support is usually great at handling them. I also wish there were more filters for drilling down into information.

Good to have everything at one place. Easy to add roles and responsibilities. Handy tools like emails etc at no additional cost. Easy to integrate with internal systems.

Cons

I disliked the lack of documentation of integration in various platforms. Also in couple of occasions we had to contact support team to step in to help us.

All the basics you need in a CRM without a bunch of extra fluff. Integration with several other business apps is very helpful. You can send email from Agile, but it doesn't replace Outlook. So you still need to be in multiple apps to track communication with prospects and clients.

Pros

Agile CRM is packed with features that everyone needs. Value is great for the price that you pay. I love that it includes email marketing for sales campaigns.

Cons

I found that the Gmail read receipt notification for chrome was not always working or there would be delays in receiving it.

Pros: Good customer service from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and cool product

Cons

I had major trouble canceling my free trial and was eventually charged for two months of subscription. I am updating this review as I was able to receive a refund for those two months I highly recommend making sure you don't click on any pay now button if you are looking for a free trial as that is what happened to me when I was told from an agent that the charge would happen 7 days from now and by then I was not able to cancel It's a cool product but this payment issue is was not positive.

Great tool for our sales and marketing teams to collaborate on campaigns.

Pros

The user interface is clean and easy to use. It has been pretty easy to train our staff after moving away from Daylite and into Agile.

Cons

It would be great if more companies like 8X8 were supported for telephone integration. This would clean up our workflow.

I've loathed using Agile for sending marketing emails. It's email design interface is confusing - and the campaign dashboard contains very little practical inflammation. Would not recommend.

Pros

There isn't much that I enjoy about working with this software. You can build nice marketing databases - but there are many other CRM's that I've used which are much more user-friendly.

Cons

It's uber complicated to use, and almost painfully difficult to find necessary information.

Cons

Pros

It's mobile friendly! None of the others I checked are completely ios compatible with no loss of functionality. This one rocks! I can do everything on the road that I would do at my desk. Super important to me since I'm on the road most of the time. Plus the UX is easy for me. I like the icons and though it's a lot to learn, the interface is simple, which I need.

Cons

The calendar is in 24 hour time. A bummer here in the USA, and unacceptable. Since I love Agile so much, I just coughed up the extra money for a second scheduling app. (Sigh.) I hope they will make an option for 12 hour time soon!

The interface is nice and easy to use, multiple people can use it at once. You can automate campaigns and triggers, which is useful.

Cons

Sometimes the system doesn't work in some parts for seemingly no reason, like when sending out an email campaign.
