Pros

I like the automated campaigns the most. I love not having to set reminders to send follow up emails.

Cons

When loading a filter to see your contacts its slow to load you have to go to the bottom of the page for it to continue to load the next pager.

Cons

Agile it's quite difficult to understand, interfaz is pretty much, in my perspective, unhelpful to develop the task I am for.

Pros

Has most of the features that I need at a price far less than competitors. Easy to use, simple functionality. I can grow my business into the system.

Cons

It could do a little more on the sales pipeline side but at the price available I can deal with that.

Pros

Nice idea of integrating sales and marketing automation. But in reality you just cant trust the platform. Good ideas on paper.

Cons

In practice, it doesnt work. data has been lost. customer service have been unresponsive and our company missed our on Cyber Monday because of it.

It's really good if you are a small to medium company looking for more complete CRM but you really need to look elsewhere as you scale.

Pros

Their integration to your website and Gmail is pretty good. I find their document creation and signing pretty useful although under-promoted and document creation is still clunky.

Cons

If you have a big client base, your quota will fill up quickly as they count contact AND company separately. Their Marketing tool is still not ready for production so don't even try them for Marketing Automation. Reporting leaves more to be desired as well.

Pros

My main reason for choosing Agile is that it does a lot of what I otherwise would need to put 3-5 different systems together to do and I would have to buy into a much higher monthly cost. Agile is a jack of all trades and it been a great tool for me to take my marketing effort to the next level with automation and intelligent use of email campaigns. If you want a good general tool to do it all then Agile is a great choice. I have needed the support a few times and they have come through fo me - especially on the phone. So nice to get somebody on the phone these days! :-)

Cons

Agile CRM offers a lot of features and some of the features are not comparable to specialised systems. But with Agile reasonable priced then I don't see that as a big drawback. In my experience the main an most important features of a CRM are well implemented and be used right out of the box and where it lacks I can afford to buy into alternatives and make it work together with Zapier.

### "Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged."

Terrible customer service. I still haven't been able to cancel my service despite several requests and now going on month 4.

Pros

I added my credit card info so that I could upload my list and try out the CRM. I ended up cancelling within 24 hours and did so via their online cancellation process. I have been charged 4 times now and despite requesting cancellation several times using their online cancellation process (which by the way according to their terms of service is THE ONLY way you can cancel). I have been disputing the charges with my credit card every month. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

Cons

The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee!

Reason for choosing Agile CRM

I didn't. I chose Hubspot.

Pros

Agile CRM is super robust. It can do some pretty crazy things. Track link clicks and relate them to current users. It has like a million triggers. They offer the free version for you to check out. Pretty cool.

Cons

The user interface is bland... Nothing cool to see here. I think partially what a lot of people like about CRM's, is there visual (UI) experience. Making it relatively intuitive for employees and new users.

Best CRM in the market for email campaigns. Easy to use and fully featured. Also it has some cool features like email tracking, clicks tracking and lead generation.

Cons

The reporting feature in buggy can't rely on it. Importing contacts (to which you would like to add triggers) takes too long.

If you like the price then the system does the job. But its not as comprehensive or user friendly as sales force or Nutshell.

Pros

\- simple - no extra bells and whistles - ability to customize fields, reporting and admin settings -

Cons

\- support takes a while to get back to you, they also don't speak English very well - support was unable to import my contact base, they also did not follow up after the support chat I had - don't seem to care for their customers as they should - if you don't pay the full price for the basic plan you have limited functionality - knowledgebase and many support options not available if on free version

My experience with Agile CRM has been great! It has moved predominantly from good to great since I was an average user earlier and now I cannot move a step in business without Agile CRM! I love the way in which I can add notes, timeline view of all my activities and how the mails can be sent directly from Agile CRM using the right email ID. This is a boon to users like myself who all the time forget recording tasks. Task integration is fantastic which is a must have for SMB's. It is a must try CRM!

Pros

It's a tool with great potential, but they are trying to do too many things and they aren't doing anything at a highly professional level.

Cons

The unsubscribe link has to be set up manually for every campaign (yeah, crazy!). And their customer support simply drives you mad on every interaction. Unfortunately, the knowledge base isn't too developed either, so that you could avoid the CS. They are trying to improve, though.
