Pros

\- ease to use - good customer support - good layout - affordable - saving data from other sites or uploading is simple

Cons

\- all users have to be on the same subscription level - my team does not use most of the functions but I would still like them to look at the information

Organized. I feel a huge relief by looking at my dashboard and seeing the flow of my business at work. I can instantly set Tasks and Reminders for myself so I don't let things accidentally fall through the cracks. I am able to completely give my company a face-lift with its ability to generate HTML emails and slick landing pages.

Pros

I don't have to pay for five billion different services in order to get up and running. This is one cohesive solution that has an extraordinarily cheap price tag. I can generate Landing Pages, HTML email templates, Forms, etc.. Has a built-in Help Desk/Ticketing system. It's just amazing how much they've put into this!

Cons

The biggest con is having to take the time to sit here and trying and figure out what I don't like about it... Because I love everything! It's worth taking a close consideration!

Pros

The price point is in line with most CRM budgets. With that low price point you get a lot of features and functionalities.

Cons

I was most disappointed with their customer support and marketing team. The support was of low quality. I did like how simple the user dashboard is, however, there are way too many ways to do things in the system and it can cause dysfunction amongst a sales team.

Pros

AgileCRM has all the features you would find in the top of the line customer relationship management tools including support for third party apps integration, API, campaign manager and a ready-made templates for emails.

Cons

The support is very bad and have had a lot of terrible experiences when things didn't go well. Another issue is the workflow, which isn't very intuitive and smooth.

The organization is there, which is important, but the bugs on the features and widgets are needed to be updated. It can slow you down which will lead to frustration. When all the features do work, it's pretty efficient.

Pros

A great looking platform, it has your contacts organized well, has a lot of features to make calls and record them thoroughly.

Cons

Full of bugs. The CRM has plenty of features to choose from, clearly competing with Hubspot, but can't follow through. They are always glitching or having to be refreshed, for example, the Twilio feature. It is a basic CRM in my opinion but with lots of room for improvement.

Pros

Agile is very easy to use, self explanatory and has great setup. It is easy ti integrate with other programs and works very well with clickfunnels and other marketing programs and sites I would easy recommend agile CRM for smaller businesses and thous just starting out in online business, they have great support team how are very willing to help with anything. If you are using clickfunnels or godaddy agile is very good to use with them and easy to integrate in to both platforms.

Time saving. Better and easy workflows.

Pros

1/ Agile's look and feel. 2/ The way it manages contacts, companies and deals. It really changes my way of working, now goals are clear: just push contacts to deals and then push them further in the pipeline until the deal is won. 3/ I love the app because it really offers all the features available on my PC. It means that I am a true mobile worker now. 4/ Agile's integration with third parties (Gmail, Zapier, telephony). It really changes everything. 5/ The overall gain of time. i work faster and better.

Cons

I tried to contact support and I was proposed an appointment by Skype. I would really appreciate being able to contact by chat as it's possible with Vtiger support.

Pros

Agile CRM is a great sales software, it includes many things like marketing and services in one place, it also has sales tracking, automation, contact management, web analysis and many other things, and besides that, an excellent interface and very clean

Cons

The free version is very limited and you will have to pay for better reports and features, like everything

Ease of use and all in one tool. We've tried many CRM and sales programs. At the time of coming to Agile, we were using 4 different set of tools Manage out marketing, sales and followup. Agile pulled all of it into one

Cons

The JavaScript can get a little buggy at times. Outside of that we haven't experienced any issues and these are few and far between.

Pros

Ability to organize my clients and make necessary follow up is my most valued feature within agile. The ability of the CRM to pick client social media connection also help understand my clients.

Cons

Organizing triggers within a campaign is still a challenge for me. I believe once I run several campaigns it will improve. I'm also not yet able to integrate CRM to work with subscribers who fill up a mailchimp form within my website. Im sure I'll get around it.

time saving, better client management, more leads

Pros

All in one, including automation, links to Google apps, integrations, and schedule. The most common task can be automated. Set up is fairly easy and if needed very good help is provided on the site and with guides an video. In case of problems, support is super, fast and friendly.

Cons

Some small features could be added, but much is done on a regular basis. Managing double entries could be better. Branding on outgoing mails should be removed

Overall, the Agile CRM, is a nice, cloud base App that is very well suited for more of the Sales Industry

Pros

I was looking for a good, easy to use CRM, and decided to give this a try. It is free for 10 users, and cloud based. I like the appointment scheduling and email campaigns.

Cons

I do't need some of the features that come it the App, such as Lead Scoring, etc,, and I feel it gets in the way. I wish I could customize the App a little more to suit my Travel Business

Pros

I spent a lot of time searching for a good marketing automation tool. The majority of tools I came across were either very expensive or didn't have all the funcionality I needed. I loved Agile because, besides being affordable, I can manage everything from there: from e-mail automation to lead managament to landing pages. I like the interface and the user experience. I was able to create my account and set everything up with no pain.

OK, so it doesn't have every single feature that something like Infusionsoft will have, but then it's a fraction of the price! So unless you're looking for highly bespoke add-ons then this is well worth looking into. The list of functionality is pretty good (and growing) and the new Helpdesk Ticketing facility is very useful for companies who want to track support queries, but can't afford to pay for extra services like Zendesk etc

Pros

\- This product pretty much contains everything that a business needs. - Tons of tools and features.

Cons

\- With so many tools, it can be a bit hard to learn and get around the software but there are a ton of tutorials + customer service that can help you get around.

Scalability. Period.

Pros

It can do a whole lot for the cost. Definitely tries to mimic Salesforce, though it's less sexy around the edges. I like that the solution can abolutely scale as much or as little and as quickly as you want.

Cons

You'll need a developer to maximize it. It's not the prettiest UI/UX. I have paid for the premium tier and support is still lacking. Integrations aren't as clean as I'd prefer for them to be.
