Pros

The centralized location of all information attached to a contact makes it quick and easy to look someone up and see their progression through our system.

Cons

The interface might be a bit difficult to navigate if you are new to the platform. The simplicity is nice, but the symbols might confuse some.

Pros

Very cost effective, lots of features for the price, relatively easy to understand from day one. This is a good value.

Cons

The mobile apps are very clunky. Also, the marketing features (social, email, campaigns) aren't intuitive.

I used Agile CRM for 2 years to manage IT help desk support. Its a great tool with plenty of features.

Cons

Cons

if you do SCRUMbut, it will not w well at all color choices like white on grey need improvement. Different price options for lease would be nice.

Easy to use templates, easy campaign management. Tracks open rate, site visits and allows you to do targeted followups to clients based in their email interactions. Cost is good and support is 24/7

Cons

Can have bugs that pp up at random times. The support is 24/7 but it is not as quick as it should be. It requires a focused learning curve as there are a lot of bells to get through.

\*More features in lesser price, compared to other CRMs in the market. \*Ease of use. \*Less learning curve. \*Integration with other softwares like zapier, Gmail, QuickBooks, etc.

Cons

\*Importing contacts (when you like to add triggers) takes too longer. There is an option called 'Faster import' which imports in seconds but can't add triggers. \*There are some UI issues. \*Still a beginner, have much more to check.

I really like the Agile CRM software, it is easy to pick up and navigate. I love that you get to try the free version for as long as you like until you are sure about the purchase. The phone support was fantastic

Pros

Easy to operate, great support, We were able to personalise it to our business

Cons

Some services hard to navigate, trying to work out the Auto part was a bit tricky. Also the additional cost to loose agile from my emails was a bit annoying

Pros

AgileCRM is versatile and serves its purpose for marketing automation. I am pleased with the ease of creating automation campaigns, contact uploads and AgileCRMs custom fields are fantastic. AgileCRM allows me to to drilldown and define and segment many different kinds of leads in very specific groups. I can say AgileCRM has helped us bring a more personal approach to our big database of leads.

Cons

If I have any complaints, it's that AgileCRM is a little buggy. One big bug that stands out is the WYSIWYG email editor. It's a bit of a disaster. I simply create emails in another WYSIWYG editor and paste it into AgileCRM. And one other thing that's annoying - their pricing model is a bit misleading. The prices on their pricing page don't tell you that those prices are based on a 24 month period. The month-to-month is 2 times more expensive. And almost all of the 3rd party integrations (Twilio, Plivo, Mandrill, Twitter, etc) are blocked unless you pay for the most expensive plan.

I was able to automate my email campaigns, and act upon generated leads much faster.

Pros

Open API meaning you can integrate third party software with Agile. Excellent customer service. Easy drag and drop campaign customization.

Cons

Maybe add a variety of theme customization. Price can be a bit high. Constant bugs appear over time. Not the best User Interface/ User Experience.

Pros

It is easy to call and setup email campaigns. I am calling about 50 people a day and sending them all emails.

Cons

sometimes it is a little bit slow and lags between switching pages. Not sure what that is but that is it

Pros

If you love scheduling an appointment to have your call returned from India, this is the CRM for you.

Cons

You'll regret your purchase within minutes of purchasing. So many features that the support team doesn't even understand them, not that it matter because they don't work at their core.

I've tried at least 10 CRM for my small business. It's really hard to find the right one, one that offers exactly what you need. I'm really glad i found Agile CRM because it's the most complete solution so far and you can't beat the price! Perfect for a small business (and for bigger ones i presume)

Pros

Offers a LOT of tools to manage clients and deals, emails, automations and plus, it's in french! The Android App is very useful too

Cons

Nothing that i can think of

I can manage the 3 pillars of customer relationship within one tool. The campaigns processes and triggers are very useful to plan for many different scenarios. It's a complete tool for manage marketing automation at a very reasonable price.

Cons

Web tracking is not that easy to configure and somme little features are not possible to configure. That's all

Pros

AgileCRM offers an eye-pleasing design that doesn't overwhelm, which is very important when working with customers. It has a nifty dashboard that you can customize to your liking to see key data. This platform does make for a quicker learning curve than other CRMS out there.

Cons

I wished it would allow for deeper customization and integration... maybe it does now as I last tried it in 2017.
