Being able to set up campaigns for automatic emails being sent to users and the ease of creating email templates.

Cons

Campaigns not automatically moving through when a new tag is added, have needed to create new campaigns for each tag.

Bunch of crooks ..

Pros

Initial customer support was great because they are trying to get your business

Cons

They deducted my credit card even though i was still under the trial period... I raised it with them and they deducted the following month.. furious i ask them to solve it.. it is already 3 months and they still havent solved this... What a bunch of crooks!

Pros

There are lot of good features in this product like it offers strong analytics features at the contact level, it offers easy integrations with other apps, and offers some marketing automation features

Cons

The User interface is not that great and that can lead to bad user experience. It is slightly on pricey side

Pros

I really do not have anything positive to include about this program, apart from having an option to cancel.

Cons

Definitely not for everyone, especially if you are a busy person without extra time to set up the program. It takes a LOT of time!. They would not refund my money after I canceled my account several months prior - Not honorable at all.

Pros

I think that the price is good for the product. Prior to buying I actually used other software packages including Infusionsoft.

Cons

At times the screen will lock up and that can be very frustrating. Also, if you have contacts active in a campaign you cannot change the campaign without kicking the contacts out. This is a problem for large campaigns.

the software offers marketing automation, gamification as well as project management. The application can be used for free for up to fifty thousand contacts.

Pros

Despite Agile CRM's a vast array of tools, features as well as applications it is really cheap for per user per month. The software can be integrated with other web-based applications such as Gmail and Quick books. Most importantly it also integrates with Zapier which enables the software to link up with over eight hundred web applications.

Cons

Consumer support does not solve most of the software's glitches. Agile is only suitable for fast-time users of CRM software. The application is incapable of handling certain sale processes.

Agile CRM is great if you want one tool to do everything, the issue is that it doesnt do EVERYTHING great. It does little bits and pieces 'OK' and that makes it difficult to use. Ux/Ui is off and its not a very nice looking product, but if you can ignore that its a very powerful CRM and Marketing Automation tool, lead page generator, sales pipeline and everything else. Good entry level pricing as well and has a google apps integration, but the overall quality of the product when we were using it made it too hard to use.

Does everything from Sales CRM to lead page generator

Cons

hard to use, friction with sales and marketing team as it is ugly

Pros

Very user friendly and easy to use. The dashboards are very good and can be personalised according to the sales funnel of the company.

Could be divided per service to help organising the pipeline.

Pros

Agile CRM has the biggest amount of useful features among their competitors. The tool is free for 10 users. I also found very positive, that system enables marketing automation, which is available from Starter account. This is also an advantage over their competitors. A comfortable in use is a calendar feature, besides you can add Google Calendar integration, which is also a big plus. Customer support is great (maybe just a bit noisy), I got a call from them on the same day after I signed up and offered their help.

Cons

In general, it is a good tool. I was also looking for integrations with Slack, but didn't find it, unfortunately, as well as live chat. Well, it is a good a direction for improvements.

We save time, Agile CRM has a user-friendly and cost-friendly interface, we use it to communicate easier. The marketing area and the sales area is the strongest part of this software, in general we only have good things to say.

Pros

It has a good integration of its tools, Agile CRM is powerful and we like how it stores the data of our clients and potential clients to know what each one needs, improving the experience and helping our company grow.

I have no contra for this software, it has fulfilled my expectations which leaves me satisfied.

Its a funny thing because Agile CRM is full of bugs but I really like it. I like the fact that when signs don't quite work or make sense there is a a bloke (more often than not) called Abishek who will have a Skype conversation with me to get to the bottom of it and get things fixed. I love what Agile CRM are doing. Its the CRM I would build if I had time to build a CRM.

Agile is a complete CRM software, incredible, easy to use and intuitive, with great tools that provide the company with a service to customers to improve their quality of service, with contact management, helping in the sales areas that They require higher performance. In addition, it has a base in the cloud to access the system from anywhere in your devices.

Cons

In some occasions the interface has been too slow or I have had problems with the updates, but in general everything has been fine, once you advance to the paid version you can take full advantage of this software, it is worth mentioning the good price that this has.

The simplicity of the software and the UI does not take long to learn and understand. It is very good for beginners and businesses that require a specific service that is not complicated. Importing customer information was also simple, quick and efficient.

Cons

The email template designer is very easy to use and provides our business with the service we require. However, more choices for content that can be used within an email would definitely help to improve it.

It was such a major upgrade from our last system, it has in such a short amount of time significantly increased our productivity. And we've barely tapped into what it's truly capable of.

Pros

It's extremely easy to use and is also quite robust. Easily competes with other top name CRM's. Makes your day to day tasks a breeze.

Cons

With the mobile app, when you receive an email open notification from a particular contact, if you click on it, it just opens Agile but does not take you directly to that contact.
