Other than the import feature, that is it would be ideal if we could import without emails, the system is great.

Pros

Cons

Some of the emails of one campaign were flagged as spam – not sure if it is an issue related to the software or to how we designed the campaign

Pros

Has automated our marketing and sequence of sending emails! Friendly staff to help with on-boarding issues and questions! Last but not least, their CRM is user friendly!

Cons

Only thing that could be improved is allowing for SMS to automatically be unsubsribed at a "subscribers" request. At this point if someone texts "STOP" a human will have to manually remove them from our SMS campaigns, this is one short fall.

Pros

Ability to upload and have new content integrate/sync with existing info. Campaigns work well and very clearly organized marketing vs. sales.

Cons

Reminders aren't great. Stuff is somewhat hard to find at first - doesn't seem very intuitive -tough to navigate. HTML editor looks very dated and is tough to use, even for someone who considers themselves tech/media savvy. Tough to learn how the nodes integrate/work.

Relatively easy to get started. Integrations into Zapier. Basic customer journey editor. Multiple custom fields.

Cons

Support was abysmal and we never thought the software platform was secure. Don't recommend for high value work.

Pros

I like the deal tracking. Emails flow in and out like the way they should. We track how we are working with our clients. This is a great way to create landing pages without external software and then tracking it.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to get some of the connectivity sorted for emails or other services. The customer service sometimes doesn't get what I am trying to explain.
