A CRM with email blast capability.

Pros

The ability to send email campaigns is one of the most valuable assets for us as well as to sort our customers appropriately to find them as we need. The customer service is ALWAYS prompt and helpful.

Cons

Would love to see more integration with Shopify, but they seem to always be improving how the two applications talk to each other.

All-in-one.

Pros

I like that it is all-in-one. I stopped mailchimp, optinmonster and my online scheduling. I only use agile CRM and it works perfect. They called my if I need help. Very good customer-service.

Cons

I am from The Netherlands and sometimes it is difficult for me in English. But the support is very good. They called me if I need something.

For a starter or single user, I think Agile CRM is a great application. i love all the features it provides for single users like myself.

Pros

The price is very competitive for all the feature you get with the application. Customer service is great!

Cons

They don't have too many VOIP applications to integrate with . I was not able to use with my Nextiva service.

Pros

The fact that I can create forms or landing pages to capture leads without having to code is great. It captures all of my leads, plus integrates with Gmail to pull in folks I met IRL.

Cons

Some of the functions are a bit complex, but I think that is true for most CRM's. I probably need some additional training.

Ease of use so I can keep track of potential clients. I book more clients because I can schedule myself to reach out in a specific time frame. Plus I can target email marketing to those who may truly be interested.

Pros

The UX and the mobile compatibility. I have a slight learning disability that makes it hard for me to "see" when things are cluttered. The UX is icon based and very intuitive. The mobile compatibility is a must. I'm a coach and on the road 99% of the time. If I have to be at my computer to use a CRM it's a non-starter! There is no loss of functionality on an ipad. LOVE!

Cons

The calendar is in 24 hour time. Unacceptable in the USA. I had to buy a different app to do my scheduling.

None of it. I was very cheap so had try it.

Cons

I used the Agilecrm program for 1-2 years in 2018, but then I closed my account because I was not satisfied. After 2 years, I saw 3 unauthorized charges from agilecrm from my credit card. I believe that this unauthorized withdrawal of money is something that cannot be compensated.

I am still in the testing phase but I like the software in general and might consider it.

Pros

Agile CRM is simple CRM tool, it has all the needed features for Sales, Marketing and customer service. It can be integrated with many other applications and it has the automation feature as well.

Cons

It is free for 10 users, but when if you want to add the process automation then you have to move to another plan where the price is higher than expected and not all the other features in that plan are needed

Pros

Agile CRM has a lot of features and offers a lot, and I do mean a lot for a small business owner. It's almost borderline overkill, but in other ways not so much. I would rather have too much than too little Great product for the cost. Anything worth having is worth working for.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve to it, especially when not used to a CRM, and just starting out. This is to be expected, however. Awesome product.

We switched to AgileCRM about a year ago mainly because we liked the customized deal tracks where we could conform the CRM to our sales cycle vs. the other way around. We've since been able to eliminate cost in other software solutions with the all in one nature of AgileCRM for marketing and service functions. AgileCRM is the centerpiece of our operations.

I enjoy this for small business clients. It's easy for us to use and transfer to them at the end of the contract, and it's worthwhile to train their people on.

Cons

It doesn't grow enough, so eventually a small business will have to dump it if they grow out of it's functionality.

Starting with the pros 1-All in one integrated software you don't need any software apart from this to maintain your daily work. 2-features like landing page and integration with other crm is well and good. 3-you can set separate dashboard for sells and marketing

Cons

1-features of landing page can be improved as sometimes it just become a mess to manage blocks of landing page .

Despite some drawbacks, it is a really great CRM for any compnay, especially SMB.

Pros

It has so many features. The one I liked especially was seemless mail integration. It also has nice integration with Microsoft Office 365 (bot mail and calendar).

Cons

The user interface seems a bit out of date. The same goes to some basic functionality while integrating with social networks and gathering information about prospects from there.

I used Agile at the beginning of creating my company and I was really excited about the low pricing and high value. However, I found that you really need to pay to unlock new features that are almost vital to running a company. There were a lot of options that weren't accessible that really bothered me. E-mail didn't integrate instead you had to permanently BCC all emails. The organization was all over the place and didn't feel like a coherent effort to get the work done. Basically, it did a lot of nothing and really let me down because it could be something great.
