I have been using AgileCRM for about one year from now after test many other apps. I am using the free version. We are a very small company and me and my partner are in charge of sales and customer contacts. The key factors for me are the integration with gmail and import export features.

Pros

Direct integration with gmail. Easy to use. Use of almost all the features in the free version

Cons

The mailing editor is not really good. Started tu use it with the idea to replace mailchimp but was not possible.

Agile CRM is easy to set up and work with. It doesn't have many advanced features but what it does have it does exceedingly well.

Cons

If you need to develop precise custom or expansive networks, you will eventually have to upgrade anyway.

Pros

With Agile, I can now maintain my contacts in a centralized address book, send messages and track all my emails sent to individuals. It is user-friendly, self-explanatory and has great setup. It easily integrates with other programs, especially my email and other marketing tools.

Cons

I expect agile to be able to get the right logo of firms and match it up with contacts saved for easy identification but this is not always so for all my contacts saved. Additionally, the system kept freezing from time to time and that was a bit frustrating.

Good experience, you can get lost in features and function, but chances are, you will find what you need somewhere.

Pros

The free version was somethine that helped us get into the software. There are many CRM options on the market, but this free version won because we could really try it before hand.

Cons

I must say that Agile is part of a segment of CRM that all look similar.

Not much, I ended up switching to another product.

Pros

The software offers a lot of features for the price and useful integrations to help streamline workflow and stay organized.

Cons

I didn't need all of the features offered so the cost wasn't worth it to me. Some features were not intuitive to use requiring time spending reading support documentation.

Overall its excellent value for the price. Other softwares which only include marketing, or sales, charge the same as agile.

Pros

Its extremely feature rich. Email, sms, voicemail drop marketing on top of a sales crm with lead scoring, etc.

Cons

Its a bit clunky at times, and the support can be very slow

Pros

The email marketing system is impressive and provides far more than most CRM's that include that capability. Where I felt it came up a bit short was the overall GUI design and some difficulties learning how to use it properly. If you are looking to simply do email campaigns then Mailchimp, etc may be OK for you but if you want that functionality built around a true CRM then you should consider Agile.

Cons

The GUI interface and the set up of the emailing system could be more intuitive
